Nick's House of Pizza

Really enjoyed my last couple of pizzas from Nick's. I had a half peppers & onion, half pepperoni pizza and a Hawaiian pizza. The Hawaiian was very good, instead of Canadian bacon, they used real bacon! Both were very good and reasonably priced.I called ahead and got someone right away. Took about 15 minutes to make. All the employees that helped or talked on the phone were very nice and knew what they were doing.The spot itself was super nice. Upscale for a pizza joint and pretty trendy. They've done a great job in there.I definitely recommend Nick's if you are looking for a really solid choice of pizza!

Yum! We are new to medford and trying local spots. Got Nicks today for the celtics finals game and they delivered so quick! The food was all hot, crispy, and delicious. We got a steak and cheese calzone and buffalo chicken calzone, both were good but the buffalo was unreal. We also got the broccoli and cheese bites which were DELICIOUS. The curly fries were also good and still crispy when they arrived. Can't wait to come here again!

The Sicilian pizza here is delicious but the main reason I come here is the jumbo wings. They are not small at all. I've had salads and subs here and they are good as well I haven't tried anything that was bad here. The service too is good sometimes it gets busy because of the location but with the team they have there they usually survive without an issue. I highly recommend wings though.

Your standard pizza. Pretty cheap pizza (especially in Boston). $11 for a pizza. The service was a bit awkward which is why I didn't rate it 5 stars, but overall it was a good, solid pizza.

Always very good food just a sometimes the pizza is not cooked long enough. Otherwise I have always been pleased

This place literally has the best cheese pizza I've tasted in a long time. This is the only pizza shop I order my pizza from as I'm am very particular about pizza.

Q: Where does one go for hoagies and grinders around this area? A: To a lotta places, that's where.I was in the mood for a steak grinder and I have boycotted places like Domino's (for hoagies not 'za) and the filthy/grubby Arlington House of Pizza. I decided to go to Nick's. I am partial to Greek-staffed/owned joints as opposed to places like Sal's that use punk rockers and virtually "whatever" as cooks. I was wicked hangry and got a large pepper and cheese steak. Like most peeps, we all have our yardstick for what the ideal steak grinder outta be like. My hoagie was freshly cooked as it should be and was steaming hot and I liked that. What I was not mental about though was that the meat was too lean. That's right, too lean. Fat is flavor. No fat, no flavor. Also the cheese wasn't cooked into the hoagie, instead it was two slices of premade packaged cheese in the bottom of the roll. It did melt but I like it integrated into the meat just as the peppers are. I felt still hangry after eating this. For a large it seemed more like a "meejum" (as it's pronounced by Greek accent). This was a good/OK hoagie but not the best. I do not mean to imply that this was carelessly made but it's simply not what I call a "hoagie's hoagie" in my book.As a bonus, Nick's is located right on Tufts campus and a lot of smart people eat here. This makes Nick's a lot less depressing to be in than the "normal" sub shop.Two smart people were seated near me and eating wings and 'za. The wings looked wicked good and I could hear their positive comments about them. I wanna try 'em next time.They do have a pretty extensive menu and some funky stuff like Taco 'Za and stuff.Stay hangry, YELPers. CAVEAT: No Greek salads or any other type salads here.

Good food and good service! Food fresh and hot! Delivery timely and driver friendly.

I just called for help. Guy said he was too busy to help me. I was told to order or get off the phone. No time to answer questions. I was ready to order and be hung up mid sentence.As a follow up: my wife still wanted to try the pizza. I asked for the manager and told him I was the guy who he hung up on. I was again informed he was too busy to care. I told him I already left a one star review. He threatened me with violence and I was told to hope we never run into each other at a bar.

Buyer Beware, pay in cash only....Nick's food is good, been going there for years. I work at Tufts we order from them all the time, that may be changing. got food from them today, paid with card , added a tip and then they added more....Really, I left a tip and they added more to my card receipt, not kidding ! I hope the extra tip they gave themselves was worth it, they lost a customer and I'm going to tell everyone I know.
