Old school food and service. Friendly, fast, greasy, good. We stopped in at the end of august before the dinner hour and everything was ready to go. Next time skip Papa Gino's and try this place.

This place is unsanitary, they don't wear gloves or wash hands before food prep. I've been here twice when BHOP is too full. Great people but the guy literally licked his fingers while grabbing my slices, looked at me in my eye and said is that for here or to go.

No, no, no. Do not go. They do not take food-handling hygiene seriously here. Never have, never will.A few years back they were closed for health violations. Right before then, I was there getting a sub, and the son (of the mother & son team) made the person's sandwich before me, no gloves, went to the register and took his cash and made change, didn't wash his hands, and was ready to make my sandwich next.I opted for a bowl of soup, instead. Cut to today. They wear gloves, sometimes. Probably part of their health code suggestions. BUT... they don't change their gloves! Same routine as before, but wearing gloves this time, register and all.You can't teach an old dog new tricks. As disgusting as ever. I can't and won't comment on the food, as it was just ordinary and uneventful, frankly unmemorable.

Nested in Newton Corner, this pizza shop, despite it's modest exterior, is actually quite remarkable. As a matter of fact, this place is great even. And in what ways one might wonder - simple. It's affordable, it's clean, it's quick and the service is friendly and effective. What more could you really ask for?They have all kinds of daily specials and deals here - you can literally get 2 slices of pizza and a soda for under $6. And that's just one of the many deals that they have. They same some on wraps, some on subs and some on various other items.Personally I'm a big fan of their subs and wraps, especially the chicken cordon bleu one.Their pepperoni pizza slices are pretty good as well and their salads are real salads without iceberg. Nope, not here people. Instead they use mesclun greens and it's a lot better. And their chicken cutlets whether it be for the cordon blueu or buffalo are absolutely delicious. Good in anything, even wraps!With few options in the area for a quick lunch, except for Corner Cafe and Quiznos, this place shines above the rest and I truly believe that it is the best spot in the area. And the best part is that it's local, family owned (the owner's mother still works there alongside the owner most days) and that alone is business worth supporting.As far as seating goes, there's numerous tables available and the place isn't too packed during lunch surprisingly. You shouldn't have a problem snagging a spot there.PS: If the owner is reading this, he should consider adding a tip jar on the counter. I've wanted to tip so many times! Just add it man!

Amazing food, great service, affordable prices and just the kindest person running the shop. Very clean shop and it is made sure that your food is made to perfection. I have been coming here my entire life and will continue to come here and recommend it to everyone I know.

Pizza was delicious. Service was great and fast. Friendly owner, he made sure my kids' pizza was ready first so they wouldn't wait. The restaurant was clean. 100% recommended!

The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. We had a broccoli chicken pizza, a calzone, a bacon chicken ranch pizza and a white Roman and they were all five stars. The garlic bread was also so delicious.
