As of today I am done with them. I was delivered cold food. The delivery was almost 15 minutes late. I tipped STILLJust to open COLD clam strips cooked in old oil The steak In cheese was only warm in the middle & I did NOT ask for onions yet there's random pieces of onion in my sub .. paid for extra cheese to get no cheese smh The fries were cold and soggy I called to explain this and he asked me how it was cold? If I knew I wouldn't have called. Terrible customer service

Funny thing. I've lived in and out of Boston/Dorchester for almost all my life and never ate here before. Was in the area so i stopped in and ordered a pizza and a steak and cheese bomb. I looooved it. The pizza was perfect and the sub was packed with plenty steak and extra cheese. It was ready in a timely manner. Great customer service. I will visit them whenever I'm the area. They only reason i gave them a 4 is because of location. Truly is a hole in the wall but great food.

So this is my final verdict with Morton's Pizza:-The pizza is good, as long as it is hot and fresh, the moment it goes cold throw it in the trash...no amount of time in the microwave can revive it!-Breakfast is my #1 preferred meal here. I thoroughly enjoyed the shredded chicken with cheese grits, hard fried eggs, side of bacon and cup of joe.-Salads are delicious...the subs, pasta, calories and chicken wings are good as well. - I've only had one issue with delivery within the 7 years I ordered from here.All in all 4/5 stars

I ordered 65 dollars worth of food and the experience was bad. Cheese pizza was oily and nasty. Make my son, sister, and I got sick been in the bathroom all night with the runs and vomiting. Call them to complain and the food is sitting on my table and fridge 30 wings and a box of pizza untouched. Asked for breadsticks and they give me mozzarella sticks.Never will I spend any money with them again.
