The place was clean, I was helped when I was ready to order. I didn't want fries but they wouldn't let me sub fries for chips which I thought was odd. I didn't find the staff very friendly. I ordered the turkey club and wanted chips instead of fries but the other options were potato salad or Cole slaw. I didn't want either of those either so I stuck with the fries. The turkey was quite dry, and just didn't have much flavor. Thank goodness that I got stuck with the fries because they were actually the best part of the meal. The portion was very the money. Turkey Club 6/10 Fires 8/10My co workers liked it more than me so you may love it. I won't pick to go back if I travel back for work.

I went in on a Saturday to get a nice deli sandwich and ordered the Rueben. Of course when you go to pay everywhere now they want a $ tip, which I think is ridiculous, but I tip anyway because some of these places can't afford to pay their workers. This day there are 4 women behind the counter and it's just me and my co-worker ordering with only 2 other people in the restaurant. I sit down and they bring out the sandwich, and I ask for a cup of ice for my drink. The woman says " go up to the counter to get a cup". I had ALREADY tipped them 20% and she couldn't even take 2 min to get me a cup when everyone is standing around with almost zero customers in the building. The Rueben was the worst I have ever had. The meat was sliced very thick like strip steak and it was chewy. This is not a "NY Style" deli. They should actually take that name off their building and put up "local crappy deli with poor service". This way when you want a good sandwich you will know to drive past this place. Oh and I paid $25.00 for a sandwich, side and drink + tip. $25

Takeout from Ken's New York deli in Bedford. Weird vibe because there's a bar in a sub shop, but it works. The Ruben and the Rachel sandwiches for A1 top notch.Loved the onion rings as well. Pricey. 850 for what you see below. Still .good !

Quick update to say the kids meals at Ken's are great. My son loves both the chicken fingers and fries and the grilled cheese and fries. Gives me a chance to get him something he likes and not have to eat at fast food.

Their chicken tenders and wings are really good, you can drink beer here. It's really busy during lunch time so I came during dinner it's a little bit more calm. I love the vibe here is really bright the tables are set up nice and the customer service is cool. They have TVs so you can watch games while you eat, it looks like it's just a Chill Spot there's a few people just sitting here having drinks.

25 minutes to wait for a cold sub.I asked "do you guys out lettuce on Your Italian"? Reply form an unpleasant you lady. "We put on what you ask for." Me "But do you usually include lettuce if I say everything?" More attitude "what do you want?! I said "Italian with everything but NO lettuce, LIGHT hots, very LIGHT mayo and oil. 25 minutes later I take my sandwich and head back to work. Ok. A ton of lettuce. Not sandwich lettuce but salad lettuce. And a ton of Mayo that I had to scrape out and no oil. Menu says, "imported Italian". I promise you there is nothing imported in this sandwich. 2 slices of mortadella, 2 slices of salami and three slices of hot Capicola. A thin sandwich with no meat flavor. ALL mayonnaise. For $11 and change ? I would never go back.

*This is regarding a Doordash orderThe Burning Question: Is it NY Pizza? The Brutal Truth: Nope...BUT it's pretty darn close! To be clear, pretty close to NY pizza is the ultimate compliment for someone who was born and raised on Long Island and partied in NYC on weekends. They got that NY pizza flavor (orange grease and all) downpacked. What is a bit off is the crust, but it's not a bad crust...it's just not that NY crust. I gave them five stars because although it's not 100% the pizza I'm used to back home, it's the closest I've had in Massachusetts. To be clear, it's not the best pizza I've had in Massachusetts (Regina's pizza-Boston location is the best) but it is closest to that Friday night pizza I'm used to and for that reason they get all the kudos!!

This Deli and Brick Oven Pizzeria sells a lot more than just deli subs and pizza. Matter of fact, this has to be the smallest place to feature one of the most vast menus I have ever laid eyes upon. And to think...it's a mere 9 minutes away from my place of work.So far, I've only tried two items: the tuna melt and their cheese pizza special. The pizza was pretty damn good and I might even try the pepperoni next time. Not quite full fledged NY style, due to the crust being crispier and thinner than traditional NY pizza. But you can fold it in half and it has a tasty flavor. I'm gonna go on a limb and say this pizza's a 7 out of 10 for me.Now, as for the tuna melt, this one's...okay. I mean, the portion's a bit large, in my opinion and the tuna itself could be seasoned more. Plus, the fries were somewhat reminiscent of BK's fries, only not as thick. 6 out of 10.The staff are an...interesting bunch. It may be just because everyone's still wearing masks. But I half feel like some of them have a chip on their shoulder. Then again, it could just be a Mass thing that I don't relate to, seeing as how I'm just a damn Yankee from NH n' all. But...they still call you 'hun' here as well so...I suppose I can give it a pass.Next time I visit, I'd really like to try the lobster ravioli. Hell, maybe even the lobster bisque, if I ever work up the nerve (I have since found that bisques up here are evidently hit or miss). In the meantime, I'm giving Ken's NY Deli 4 crispy brick oven cheese pizza specials out of 5.
