It's okay. Maybe it's cause I'm used to huge asian supermarkets. Very crowded and had to back up more often than not going down aisles.Inventory wasn't remarkable and they do have a ramp for wheelchairs and/or strollers. But it's moving around once you're in the store that's the challenge sometimes.

Decent size. I shop here because its proximity to the T line and when I dine in Chinatown. I mainly shop for produce and although items were fresh, not the largest selection. Small frozen and refrigerated section. Most of the store comprises of dry goods. Two entrances. The easiest one to find is the same building with Dim Sum.

Good selection of products and really liked what I got, but most products are in Chinese, very little English. Building is in a sketchy area in an alleyway, and all the local Chinese people were sneering at me and giving me rude faces (I'm white lol)

This is a hidden gem on a small alley type Street in Boston' Chinatown. I think only the locals that actually live in Chinatown the garbage man and myself use this little tiny alleyway but it is a legal street in Boston. Anyways Jia Ho is in the middle of the alley or the middle of the tiny side street between Beach and Kneeland. You walk downstairs it's basically a basement of a large building. And it's set up pretty much like all the Asian markets with fresh vegetables some fresh fish all imported goods teas etc. i've been frequenting here for the previous 10 years surprised I haven't made a review on this place yet. Today I only picked up a couple items I got some shrimp and pork dumplings they come frozen but you can swear they're the ones that they serve in the restaurants they made in Chinatown and they're fresh and then flash frozen easy to double boil and they come out fabulous just as if you were in a restaurant. I also picked up a little bit of noodle to make like a stirfry with some fried noodle looks like angel hair comes out delicious. Next time you go to Chinatown to indulge at your favorite restaurant take a quick walk around the corner and check this place out you'll probably go home with a bag of imported goodies. As far as cleanliness goes you know it's pretty clean for Chinatown if it was on the outskirts lets say Saugus or Newton it would be dirty but for Chinatown I'm impressed pretty clean. Prices are approximately the same as all the other Asian markets may be a couple dollars more by the time you're filling a bag or two but they are directly downtown and I'm sure the overhead is enormous. FYI don't try to drive here if you're parked and you're going to enjoy a nice dinner I would take a quick pop over to this place but stay in the same parking spot because as anywhere else in Chinatown you need to park in God's on your side. I'm so happy that they've loved me my entire life they take good care of me I always get a spot, unbelievable!! Thank you Chinatown parking God's

This is a small and cramped supermarket. If possible, I recommend using a basket instead of a shopping car because the aisles are narrow. There is a good selection of fruits and vegetables. There were some flies flying on top of the fruit, so I chose to buy the vegetables since they are packed in plastic bags. They also have fresh seafood, meat, snacks, lots of sauces, instant noodles and some frozen food. Since this place is small, the selection isn't great. I found most of the stuff that I needed. They charge for grocery bags so bring your own bags.

They take EBT! Good enough asian grocery store in the middle of the city. Super 88 and hmart are obviously bigger but it's good enough!

I'm grateful this is around in case I need condiments or snacks, but the produce, fruit, and meat here are totally gross. Jia Ho has the traditional not-so-sparkly-clean Asian grocery store feel to it, with grimy white tiled floors and a fishy smell wafting across. Choy here always has a lot of soil that you have to scrub off, and the meat is all very frozen stuff.I docked off a star because the prices are high, you pay for the convenience of being in the city. And the service is awful as noted by others.

I shop here on couple times a month. Today i needed some help and every employee claim they did not speak English including the cashier. When i got home i called the business and ask what time they close and in perfect English 8pm. I will never shop there anymore. Employees there are rude

Found so many hidden gem ingredients I can't get anywhere else. Fairly reasonably priced for being downtown, always a good vibe! If you're just running in for a drink or a snack, be aware there's a $5 card minimum, but I never have a hard time finding something fun to try.
