We went here for an exquisite meal. We were blown away by every single thing about this restaurant. The food was amazing. The vibes were phenomenal. The drinks were perfectly made. The service was exceptional; over the top. We ordered cocktails, and as the waitress checked my sister's ID, noticed her birthday was in a week. We were given a free mochi dessert with a lit candle in celebration. Amazing!! Every item we ordered was amazing. Everything was very fresh. Overall, you have to expect the expensive prices, but with the cost comes five star service and experience.

I ordered takeout while staying for a work trip in Boston. I got the Vegetarian delight (tofu, lotus root, celery, carrots, mushroom, asparagus, snow peas, etc), miso soup, and white rice. The dish was really good, I got it extra spicy. It had just enough sauce to coat my rice and veggies. I could have used more tofu, I only had about 4 large pieces. I would order extra tofu next time. The miso soup was fresh and warm, the white rice was also up to par. The takeout was really well packed, still warm, and came with thoughtful utensils. Overall 4.5/5!

the guru decided to try a sushi place still hungry for fresh fish. You the yelpers said this one is good. No question everything was very fresh but when I went to order some sashimi I noticed $3 extra was on my bill. Apparently I had neglected to read the fine print that said if I order sashimi style instead of nigiri style I would be charged $3 extra. That's a first for me. I don't think I've ever seen that done in all the sushi places I have been to.The other big issue was the service. I sat at the bar because I wanted a nice drink to go with my meal. Unfortunately the bartender kept leaving the bar. I've never seen that either. The bartender was away long enough that someone else had to cover. That's a problem.despite leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth I do have to say overall it was ok. The various sushi they did offer were not very appealing. Clearly the chef is trying way too hard to impress with expensive ingredients. Just because something is expensive doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be spectacular. Now I do applaud them for knowing exactly which fish came from where but I think they are missing a golden opportunity to offer more locally caught and sustainably sourced fish. It's Boston. You're right by the waterfront. Why not offer something from there? In the end I had an ok experience overall. 4 stars.

Beautiful restaurant with a relaxing, busy atmostphere! Everything about this place is stunning, we had a wonderful time! We got sat by the big windows and it was a beautiful day for some sushi. Will start off by saying that prices here are definitely steep, but this is in a busy place in Boston, so we expected it. Their sushi cuts are delicious and full of flavor, their makis are perfectly plated and melted in our mouths. Their uni on the Shogun Maki was absolutely a showstopper- it was amazing!!Our waiter explained everything, which I always love, and was very nice. Definitely a good recommendation for anyone looking to have a treat in a busy place.

The Prism Dream Maki was fresh and flavorful! The 4 pieces of Nigiri [Tuna, Salmon, Hamachi, Shrimp] that comes with it was nothing special. They didn't taste as fresh as the roll. I thought $40 for this meal was a bit overpriced but it did come with soup and salad. I would come back and just get the prism dream. The service was quick and friendly!

First off, I have to say the staff was so incredibly accommodating! We were coming into town for a conference and the number of attendees kept changing up until the last minute. Hugo and Austin were unbelievably gracious with the changes and utterly unflappable. When we arrived, everything was set up for us to be seated right away. The waiter Andrew was excellent as well. He was very thorough with explaining the menu to us and made sure any questions were answered. Our party all ordered drinks and everyone said they were delicious. I forget what mine was named, but it was their take on a lychee martini, it was divine! The only glitch in the night was that another diner and I ordered the same dish, and Andrew mistakenly thought we had ordered one to share, so I didn't get an entree. I just changed my order at the last minute to something I thought would be quicker to make so as not to hold up dinner for everyone.I was able to try some of the sashimi though, and it was amazing. Everyone loved the food, even though not everyone in our group loves sushi. Fuji at Ink Block had something for everyone and I can't wait to go back to Boston one day, just to get sashimi!

We had an amazing dinner at Fuji at Ink Block. We dined Sunday night. We had a nice bench table at the end. Our server was brand new and organized our meal beautifully. Our nigiri's were great. We loved the tempura soft shell crab roll. It was quite a meal. They do a bumping take out service.

The portions are large and the food is quite delicious. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is also pretty nice. Would not recommend the shrimp shumai appetizer. Had the spicy dry stir fry beef - loaded with veggies and quite tasty. Also ordered the seafood udon - the udon is dry FYI. Overall a positive dining experience. Would certainly come back.

We came to Fuji for a special occasion -- they offered us champagne on the house but I don't drink alcohol and they were very accommodating and made me a lychee mocktail. The food was perfect! We had the tuna wraps -- never knew pineapple would be the perfect touch to tuna. For entrees we had the salmon and beef teriyaki. The salmon teriyaki was a little perfect than other restaurants -- you pour the sauce yourself. We also ordered a sushi appetizer which was also great. Our waiter was incredible. I wish I remembered his name but he is the definition of amazing customer service. The overall vibe of the restaurant is cute & romantic -- would recommend for a date spot.
