Franco's Trattoria

We just moved to Framingham and had guests visiting from Texas. Our experience in Texas has been that - well - it's not famous for Italian food. We wanted them to have delicious, authentic, Italian food. We also wanted it delivered. I found great reviews of Franco's on Yelp and decided to give them a try. We ordered a variety of things, and everything was scrumptious. The servings were enormous (I made 4 meals of my chicken parm). Everyone was impressed, and I'm so glad we selected Franco's. We'll absolutely order from them again.

Garlic knots, gnocchi Sorrentino, and the subs. Best in the Metrowest area hands down!

What a nice and casual place with excellent yummy food! I got an eggplant parm with spaghetti, which can be a hit or miss for other places, and it exceeded my expectations. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Will be back with my family for sure!

The food is excellent and the service efficient. The ambiance is that of most pizza places but don't let that deter you from this place! Carlos is personable and let us in on his philosophy. Give good quality food at a good price and people will appreciate it. I didn't just appreciate it, I LOVED IT! I think Carlos has the right recipe! Make sure you try the dynamite sticks!!

One of my faves. Now that one of the brothers is back, everything is right again. If you're tired of New England Greek style pizza. This is the place.. very New York like when you order thin crust

Franco's was one of my favorite pizza places, but after they were acquired a few years ago, the quality and portion size has continuously dropped and despite increasingly infrequent visits, I've never felt that they improved at all. First prices steadily crept up, then portion sizes started dropping. I'm OK if you need to shrink portions OR increase prices for the same sizes, but to do both is a bit egregious. The salads in particular caught my eye- they are now half depth but have increased from 9.95 to 14.95 despite this, and that doesn't even speak to the quality which has also reduced.Last time we were there we got a simple cheese pizza (in addition to other items) and you could tell the love wasn't there anymore. Thin crust, minimal sauce and cheese, and the flavor wasn't the same. Seemed like a lot of cost-cutting measures rather than a change in recipe...Franco's used to have the right balance of thick/thin, cheese and sauce to make a killer pizza, but now I can usually find a good reason to go anywhere else.After the same family acquired Conrad's, I can see the same thing happening over there. Not much you can do aside from speak with your dollars, but when Rossini's is keeping the pizza quality the same despite inflation creep and you can get a cheese pizza for LESS at someplace like Giacomo's, then something is wrong.

We've been getting pizza from Franco's on a weekly basis for a while now, and are always pleased with the quality and flavor. The pizza is never too greasy or heavy, and they have a lot of interesting options. The crust is perfect and the toppings are fresh and delicious! The staff is really friendly and efficient, and the kitchen is consistent in quality. Definitely worth a try for great pizza and Italian food!

Food is really good and friendly service, however it's pricey and portions are very small. This was a $7 order of French fries. Did not even fill half the box.
