"Very cute new place with great breakfast sandwiches (made fresh and definitely a cut above on the ingredients). Coffee is excellent, and the owner is super friendly!"
"Came here for brunch a few weeks ago and can't wait to go back! Esmai's is not your ordinary American brunch place, it has so many unique Asian brunch dishes.Karage chicken milk bread sandwich- Absolutely delicious! The chicken was juicy and hot with a nice light crispy outside. The flavor was super yummy. The egg was light and fluffy. The milk bread was also yummy. I would definitely get this again!Fries- crispy and hot with the perfect fry and seasoning. Even when the fries for cold at the end of the they were still crispy and yummySoufflé pancakes- they were small and weren't as fluffy as other soufflé pancakes I've had before. They were okay. We tried the pandan and plain with fruit. The pancakes were the same but they came with different syrups.Lavender Vietnamese coffee- yummy!! Nice strong flavors. There are many other unique drink flavors and other food items like loco moco that I would want to try next."

Visit Restaurant Page"The entrance to Anna's Cafe is up a flight of steps to the entrance which leads into their goodsized dining space. Head in and around the corner to the counter were you place your order and pay. After perusing their chalkboard breakfast and lunch (after 10am) menus, I decided to go with the veggie quesadilla $4.50.I settled myself at a table and they brought my dish over piping hot and accompanied by cool salsa and sour cream. The vegetables were colorful and retained a nice fresh firmness mingled with the hot melty cheese. It was a satisfying lunch, though perhaps a bite or two more than my appetite actually needed.Seeing as I enjoy having both sweet and savory at brunchtime, I appreciated seeing that they offer a french toast and hash brown combination for $4.75."
"We stopped at George Howell Coffee on our way out as we wanted a quick, yet filling coffee and breakfast before our day started! I ordered a decaf pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk (SO GOOD) with a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. My Husband ordered a regular drip coffee with an egg, tomato and arugula sandwich on an English muffin. Both were so yummy and filling (as you can tell my Husband couldn't wait for me to get a photo first before taking a chomp), perfect for a quick breakfast on the go! And man oh man those baristas were pumping out orders like nobody's business! We went in the middle of the morning rush but you wouldn't have known it by how quickly they were getting people through the line, we waited no time for our order. Great spot!"
"Love OggiGourmet! Can always count on special toppings like eggplant and others!Staff are always very friendly. Great indoor and outdoor space for groups. Very convenient since it's located right outside of the Smith Center! Will be back again!"
"Great neighborhood gem, exactly what we were looking for. Large breakfast portions with that old school ambiance. This is how I want my diners always! The service was quick and friendly."
"Heard of this by way of a recommendation from a bunch of people who had spent more time in the area. Super convenient and dependable coffee shop that is a small chain.I really love their aesthetics. The white tiles and pastry display was a total win. It was incredibly chic and pleasing. The restaurant itself was pretty clean and there was seating indoors and outdoors. The staff is kind but rush you as the shop is quite busy. Everyone is moving at a fast pace. I went twice and their service seemed very good but not focused on individual. One time the food and drink really quick for me, but slow for my friend (and I ordered second) and another time. It was slow for both of us but fast all around us. The first time I got a salmon and egg sandwich and it was huge! A bit too much of the herb dressing, Their croissants/bread is the centerpiece for sure. A little bit hard for a croissant, but overall great flavor and texture. The second time I got a pistachio croissant and it was not my favorite. Basically a croissant that was sliced open with some pistachio cream inside. I wish I had selected something else. While they are good quality, you can certainly tell that they are built for mass production.Cappuccino was delightful and they offer a variety of options for milk. Didn't totally love the iced coffee, but that's OK. It still hit the spot. Nothing to write home about but a solid choice. The outside area can become quite windy so be cautious. Also, the door is so hard to open that a few people almost tried to walk away and give up because they thought the shop was closed."
"Café Amalfi is our go to spot for our breakfast needs when staying at the Battery Wharf hotel. This café is conveniently located near the Battery Wharf Hotel. No need to drive because the café is located just steps away. Keep in mind, while they are very close, they are not formally apart of the hotel and therefore you cannot charge your purchase to your hotel room.It is perfect for your morning coffee or a quick morning breakfast. The service is very fast and the food is fresh. I enjoy the avocado toast, and any of their Panini sandwiches. They also offer lots of fresh baked goods."
"Popped into Grounder Cafe while visiting Tufts. Saw the great Yelp reviews and it sounded like a perfect place for great coffee and a quick delicious breakfast. It did not disappoint! Loved the espresso, latte, iced coffee and their acai bowls. Great service, good pricing and delicious food. 5-stars!"
"See, I don't typically go out for brunch mostly because I am not really a breakfast person but Café Luna is the place to go!The mexican corn omelette with home fries is amazing. We tried the chipotle chicken hash with truffle fries & eggs over easy for the first time. This was yummy and was different from our usual order of corned beef hash, though we liked the corned beef hash much more. Their drinks are banging, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Portion sizes are large, super filling, and the food always comes out quick. I totally recommend trying Café Luna, if you haven't yet!"
"Great breakfast spot - lots of menu options for different levels of hungriness and taste buds, solid coffee, and many fresh pastries. The ordering process is very simple and quick with the touchscreen right at the entrance.I got an avocado toast which was done fast and tasted fresh. It's decent size and comes with an egg and peppers - yum! It wasn't that expensive either. Definitely recommend!"
"So if you're up in MassachusettsAnd you can't deal with sh** and might lose itYou should really just chillCome to Cafe BrasilAnd then after we'll go home and do sexIf the top half of your girlie underwear is feeling poorly, then your Bra's ill. This is an adorable little Brazilian Bakery which I checked out on a couple of occasions now and they make nice Pao De Queijo and other Brazilian Delights like Coxinha.I highly recommend them for all your delicious Brazilian Bakery needs. The woman working here is so adorable as well. Extremely friendly as well with excellent customer service. Not to mention they are absolutely dirt cheap. My other review:This is a lovely little Bakery with really friendly people and the woman working here was really really super nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the warm gooey Pao De Queijo that I bought here and will definitely return. There are a number of bakeries by this name around the region so I guess it might be a chain but this is my favourite so far. This lovely little Brazilian Bakery has excellent PDQ which are the little gooey hot cheese breads and I love that they serve them warm to me. The girl who gave me them was a total sweetheart and seemed to really like me. Friendly people and good products, so definitely a five-star location of this Bakery. Also known as the Padaria Brasil. If you're going to wear a Period Pad, then make sure the Pad Area is the right area, I guess."

I'm not much of a brunch person but I was intrigued by the interesting menu items at Esmai's. I'm so glad I tried it -- everything was delicious and executed very well. This is my new favorite brunch spot in the area. The brick toast ($12, weekend only) was the best version of brick toast I've ever had. Perfectly crunchy and caramelized exterior, pillowy interior, and bursting with flavor. It comes with syrup but it's not necessary. I would absolutely get this again. The karaage on milk toast ($14) was very interesting -- fluffy scrambled eggs, cheese, and fried chicken in a lightly caramelized fluffy milk toast sandwich. I wish there was less cheese and more savory flavor on the chicken, but otherwise it was quite tasty. The OG banh mi ($10) was delicious -- lots of fresh crunchy vegetables, tasty sauce, and plenty of Vietnamese cold cuts. The bread also had great texture. Good deal, too!I also got the salted toffee latte ($6) which was very yummy and sweet. The prices here are very reasonable and the food is delicious and unique. What's not to love? Overall this was a very pleasant brunch experience and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Would recommend making a reservation -- while there were a lot of openings for Sunday brunch a couple of days prior, when we got there all of the tables seemed reserved.

Since I live in the same building as Anna's Cafe, I have made repeated visits. The service here is consistently good. The cafe owner is exceedingly nice and has even given me food free of charge. As for the food, it's pretty good. I often order a breakfast sandwich, but unlike the McDonald's version, they serve this all day, and it's fully customizable. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. Does this place serve the best food ever? Probably not - but the excellent service and reasonably priced good food make this place a solid choice!

My friend lived in Boston and urged me to go right when I landed. We gave it two tries which resulted in a 3.5 rating. The first trip was for breakfast which consisted of a triple americano that was heated but not hot and on the verge of being lukewarm. My husband had an iced vanilla latte which was weak, I had the tomato goat cheese pastry, and he had an egg sandwich. The place was busy and line was long, so I didn't ask for a remake. The second visit was specifically to get my friend a bag of beans and to try the OG just for her. We went in the afternoon so it was less busy and I ordered a small OG. It was sweet, tasted just like a coffee Frappuccino, and was delicious. The hubby ordered another iced latte which he enjoyed. The second visit was much better.

Great place for a fast and affordable slice of pizza in Harvard Square. The owner is very friendly and quickly made a new pie of pizza when the one I wanted was not available. Would love to try their grilled sandwiches next time I'm looking for a fresh quick meal.

A very solid diner experience. Menu was expensive with options for everyone. The space has a few tables in back in addition to several barstools at the counter. The chicken ranch sandwich was delicious and would recommend. Also tried a few bites of my sisters burger and it was very good.

Such a cute study spot and the food, pastries, and coffee are so yum! Got the Shakshuka, Smoked Salmon Sandwich, Kouign Amann, Sugar Donut, Black Sesame Latte, and Vanilla Latte to share with a friend. We FEASTED. And have no regrets. If I'm ever in the area again, would love to come here to work. Such good vibes!!!

This is a really cute spot to grab some coffee and/or baked goods! My friends and I were on a walk along the waterfront by the North End and decided to stop by when we saw how nice it looked from the outside. If you're looking for something fast and easy, this is the place to go. Not to mention, you can take a nice walk along the water while enjoying your drink!Granted we were there in a Saturday afternoon, but it really wasn't too busy, so it would make a nice spot to hang out or study. It could even make a good date spot if you're looking for something on the more casual side. I didn't get the chance to try any of their food items, but everything in the display case looked delicious! I'll have to come back to try some of their menu items.
Visit Restaurant Page"Cute cute cute! I was walking towards Broadway station one morning and came across this cafe. It was pretty early and the space was empty. I really liked the interior, was a warm abs welcoming feel. They had a variety of baked goods and savoury items to choose from. The coffee was easy to order, the i Larissa was very friendly. They also have a lot of space for indoor dining. I'm not sure what the wifi situation is, but could be a good spot to get work done."
"Great place that's very large that's part restaurant part bakery part coffee shop. Staff is nice, food tasted great, and it came out in a timely manner."
"Stopped in Dash cafe for lunch with a couple of co-workers on a Thursday. It wasn't very busy with eat in customers, but their phone was ringing off the hook with take out orders. I made my own sandwich... they were out of tuna (that was my first choice) turkey with cheddar and chipotle aioli. Grilled to perfection and the chipotle aioli was delicious! I also got fries, they were good too! They also had salads and coffees. We will be returning!"
"We had great experience with this coffee shop located in the Boston Public market. We were craving a second pick me up for the day and ordered their pumpkin spice latte and a flat white. Their pumpkin spice latte is exceptional. They make it using real pumpkin products and you can definitely taste the difference. Way less sweetness than most other versions out there. The staff were incredibly friendly and memorable. Highly recommend getting your caffeine fixed here if you find yourself at the market or in the area."
"Saw this place had tons of reviews so decided to check it out. This place was packed during lunch on a Sunday. Not an empty seat in the house, and considering how spacious this place is, that was a good sign. It wasn't good however for us when we were trying to find a seat, but it didn't take toooo long. I ordered the Monkey Wrench sandwich and an Iced Vietnamese Coffee. The sandwich was high quality and had really fresh ingredients. I especially loved the focaccia bread it came on. My coffee was good too, and I'm glad I tried it.I will say it took quite a long time for our food to be made. Considering how packed it was I understand, but it was loooong, like over 15 minutes long. Drinks came out fairly quickly though. I ordered a hot coffee too and the guy mistakenly gave me an iced, but another barista quickly apologized and gave me the correct one. I also liked the pool tables in the back and their photo booth. This is definitely a place I'd love to come back later in the evening and vibe with friends at. Oh, and they also serve ice cream! They also have monthly specials but the tiny menu is only by the registers so I didn't get a chance to look at it before ordering. I wish they had it on the board also because they looked good. Overall a cute garage themed coffee shop in the city with quality drinks and food, & great vibes."
"Delicious cold brew. Great cookies. Came here on a Sunday, the place was overall pretty quiet but there was still a good amount of people here compared to the other stores in the area. Tried the NoLa cold brew which was strong and not too sweet. Had a chocolate chip cookie on the side which was the perfect texture- soft and chewy but not too soft and chewy. Will definitely come back again."
"So happy we stopped in for breakfast. I had a latte which was good. Ordered the breakfast sandwich with sausage. I didn't like the sausage but the rest was good. A little too much mayo on it but still good. I had to try the sticky bun since I read about it and it did not disappoint. The staff heated it up for me and it was great. Would definitely return just for that or to try other baked goods. Great find!"
"Wonderful addition to the South End which forces (obviously?) on chocolate of all kinds.... Bars, pastries, cookies and hot, cold and frozen chocolate drinks. Also of course tea and coffee.Cozy space with a laid back vibe and friendly staff. Black and white tile floor and homey touches abound I had a frozen chocolate white was not to sweet and a really good chocolate and raspberry cookie warmed up Pleasant music playing and just lively enough with it being loud."
"Friendly staff, lots of regulars come here, I popped in because I wanted a fresh glazed donut and a small hot coffee. Perfect treat on a chilly April weekend afternoon. Prices are very reasonable. I will be back!"
"Coffee was really good, we also tried the chocolate croissant and the marbled poundcake. Both were fresh, moist and delicious. The caramel macchiatos could have used more caramel though, but that just might be me being too used to dunks"
"Cute coffee shop in Brighton! I ordered a lavender latte and a bacon breakfast taco! Both were great! They also have vegan options for breakfast food items! The place is nicely decorated and the safe was friendly as well. The only thing is you plan to study there to note is that there is no public bathroom. Great otherwise, would recommend!"
"Just started working across the lot from this joint, great little spot, tons of good offerings from baked goods to sandwiches, breakfast, coffee, and cooler beverages. Rick's a great guy and I'd reccomend the spot to anyone passing by, the turkey club is great, can't wait to try the breakfast items. Definitely stop by and support local small eateries such as this one."
"A simple but picture perfect cafe on an out of the way corner on Boston's North End, Caffe Lil Italy is a nice spot for morning coffee and Italian vibes in the neighborhood. We enjoyed lattes in the corner window seat. With views of the Old North Church and nonnas making their way with groceries down the crooked streets, it was enough to make you think you were in Europe and not Boston."
"Ended up here by chance and was so incredibly yummy. Got the chicken sandwich and I loved it. Really nice guy prepared it for me. Quick. Delicious."
"Great spot to enjoy a breakfast and a tasty coffee! The design is modern and cute, and the coffee tastes strong and flavorful! The avocado feta toast was devine!"
"Dining method: counter serviceItem ordered: Super Linda batidoSpeed: For one smoothie, it took a whileValue: a little pricey, but worth it!The Review: The vibe of this place is EVERYTHING. A simple counter serve spot, the decor will leave you immensely happier than when you arrived. I imaging the effects are even greater in winter. The options at this place are incredible, with lots of options for different diets. Everything is so fresh. My smoothie was bastante delicioso and I absolutely cannot wait to return for some food."
"Based on a co-workers testimony, and the crowds of people (esp. students) I see I here on the way to work, I was expecting to get my critical dose of morning caffeine packaged in an unbelievable brew. I think fellow Yelper Louis A. said it best: "If you want coffee with your sugar and cream, this is your spot. If you want a nice cup of hot coffee, with full flavor, I'd look elsewhere". On my first visit I went for a "regular" house blend. I found it tasting less acidic than Dunkin, but lacking the bitterness I look for in a great cup of joe. Looking back, I don't recall it having any boldness or other characteristics shining through. Though, this is fairly characteristic of a light-roast coffee. I also went for a blueberry muffin, which was, well, remarkably unremarkable. Just a little bit better than you get at the grocery store, but not something I am willing to drive 45 minutes for (there is such a place!).On my second visit I went for the French Roast, since darker roasts have that "oomph" I look for. Well, the jury has returned, and the verdict is: Nah. It also lacked the oomph that you find in dark roasts. While side by side I could probably tell some difference, drinking it as I write it doesn't seem any different than the house blend I had some time earlier. The SIn-a-muffin is the same case of déjà vu... not bad, not nothing remarkable either."
"Stopped in as sounded different and was by Harvard University. There is dangerous step up as approaching counter... I almost tripped over then saw small sign mentioning it? A Harvard lawyer will have field day law suit as measures not adequate of warning the patron... an older person would be on floor... should be marked in Yellow paint or caution lines... or eliminate step with ramp step ?Law suit waiting .... Now to the waffles Ordered the zinnekens with chocolate sauce, homemade whip cream... waffle itself wasn't anything I will write home to grandma about at my visit to Harvard... was freshly made; was very good expected more of a Belgian taste or a sugar crunch texture.Fudge sauce ok, the homemade whip cream was excellent and what it needed. I would have like the waffle with a scoop of French vanilla or a vanilla bean ice cream ? I didn't see option for vanilla ice cream ; but after my initial review the owner or operator responded mentioning vanilla ice cream option.... So my error or make ice cream more visible as a good add on and price upgrade except one to sub whip cream for Oreo ice cream for 2 dollars extra... vanilla better with a waffle...Was fair priced, good desert but not the extra pizaz or higher level I wanted... should add ice cream offerings, waffle ice cream sandwich Chocolate chip or shortbread or other flavor waffles... orange fruit waffle with scoop orange sherbet would be a summer weather treat... Coffee offerings looked like a good compliment to waffles ... a sugar cookie waffle again with coffee expresso ice cream or vanilla bean would be a draw me in desert... employees all cool and friendly atmosphere to mingle over a coffee expresso... a s'mores waffle with chocolate, marshmallow, Carmel, vanilla ice cream with expresso bean shavings... I'd buy in heartbeat at high end price..."
"10/10 amazing food and service! My girlfriends and I truly enjoyed our brunch/lunch here!"
"Had a hankering for some deli and we came across this place in the center of Lexington. Friendly staff, quick service, and the prices are far lower then I expected. The Italian is good and so is the Napoli. The Buffalo chicken was disappointing because it didn't have any Buffalo sauce and seemed to use deli meat instead of a chicken breast or something equivalent. To me the star is the Pastrami! Piled high and very delicious. I will get this again on my next visit!"
"I love their friendly prices! For $10 I can get a full breakfast platter: pancakes, meat, eggs and a drinks! My favorite is the green iced latte! And I can see they have a wide variety of flavors of syrups!"
"After experiencing the beauty and culture of the Palace and Courtyard of the Isabella Gardner Museum and visiting their gift shop the convenience of this eatery is convenient and a good choice.Check in at the front podium and you will be escorted to a table. The ordering and service is fast and efficient,My rigatoni had just the right amount of heat and the clam morsels and chorizo sausage bits were the first to go.Like a child I picked out all the American parsley I could and put them in a little heap on the top right of the dish,The sparking water with ginger syrup was good and refreshing and went well with the savory pasta. Hubs had a grilled chicken sandwich with salad.Great place to multitask: Yelp post and nourish your bod at the same time.after head to their indoor seating area and found it a good place to write out 4 postcards. I also bought postage stamps for them at the gift shop. Only thing no Mail Drop or post office according to an employee at the front."
"BEST coffee in Boston and this is a hill I'm willing to die on lol!! I visit Boston quite often (several times a year) and go out of my way to visit this coffee spot every chance I get! I was lured in by their promises of Peanut Butter Mocha the first time and it was so fantastic it's kept me coming back. I've tried other flavors too - their London Fog and French toast - everything I've tried has been wonderful - but that Peanut Butter Mocha just cannot be beat!! It's so creamy and has such a flawless balance of the two flavors - heaven itself! The staff are always super friendly and you can tell they are happy to be there. The vibe is relaxing and always warm and welcoming. The location is excellent- right along the Freedom Trail with the historic Old State House right next door - a fantastic place to relax and people watch. It's always bustling outside but chill inside. And I absolutely LOVE that they pick a local non profit to support each month and donate a percentage of their profits to! They have a small food menu but I've only ever tried their cookies (which were also excellent). Truly some of the best coffee I've had on all my worldly travels and definitely best in Bean Town! Highly recommend!! See y'all on my next visit!! :D"
