Coconut Rice

Consistently good take out.Spicy noodles and the crispy duck are a couple of my favs. Have not dined in but If you're looking for good Thai take out, this spot is worth the trip

Very good Thai food in Hudson! Mostly takeout, with limited indoor seating. Special requests (like brown rice) are no problem. Authentic Pad Thai noodles, we like to order our "wet". Enjoy!!

This is the new location in downtown Hudson, MA - previously an ice cream shop. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and very fast service are highlights of this place so far. They are newly opened and they are making a great first impression!!I ordered the fiery pad Thai w/ chicken and scallops (lunch portion). The food came out hot and fresh, and packed a lot of flavor. It was just the right amount for me and I was absolutely satisfied. I will totally be coming back for more.They know what they do well, and they have a good variety of menu options - but don't overdo it with too much to choose from. It's a nice balance.Overall; a great first visit!! Looking forward to round 2 in the near future

So Coconut Rice Thai in Hudson was pretty amazing tonight. It was our first visit. I honestly had no idea it was there. It's located near downtown minus the traffic. We had the Crab Rangoons, Fiery Pad Thai and the Coconut Rice Hudson special. ALL 10/10. The service was excellent as well! The indoor seating was great. It was super toasty on a chilly day. I will be back again soon!

WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD FRIENDS! They took the place and cleaned it up as it needed to. And its wonderful to see this location back in business with something old, something new, something not borrowed nor blue.Fantastic take-out window through the ole icecream shop where so many times I stuffed my face on the best fried clams in the region... So in order to make up for the dire loss, they come with a fresh take on food. Place is sinfully clean, bright and welcoming. Service is so HUDSON loves you it feels like disney without all the baloney and politics. The food is great. Prices are reasonable. The steamed pork dumplings were great, dainty but a tad TAD undersalted/flavored. I'd still eat them by the dozen, however. We also ordered duck pad thai which the pad thai itself was fantastically balanced. (Some places make it sticky icky sweet because they go heavy handed on the palm sugar). The duck was a generous portion but was unfortunately a little over done, but the skin was chicharron crisp! MMMM. We also tried the fluffy, flavorful and colorful Thai fried rice with shrimp. They don't skimp on proteins and I hope that never changes.I'm looking forward to bringing home some curries and coconut rice! Definitely will be a winter doordash favorite in this house!Welcome! Excited to see a new restaurant in the neighborhood and even more excited that its a thai restaurant!!! This place is legit! Their tom yum was amazing amazing and my sons both loved their pad thai! And their red curry was amazing! Ive had few amazing thai food experience and this makes it to one of the list! I am beyond excited that we now have our fav thai place in the neighborhood!!!

Always have a wonderful experience with Coconut Rice. I always order through the Toast app where I can gain loyalty points on every order. The wait is never too long and orders are almost always ready by the estimated time. Have never had a quality issue and love that you can customize spice levels on Pad Thai (be careful though, make sure you try lower levels before you go high)

The pickup window is a joy! I had the green curry and mango sticky rice. It was freshly made and delicious!

Great new Thai spot in the Hudson area. Very clean and friendly staff. A little strange the restaurant is in an old ice cream shop, even greeting you at the window. That said, the food makes up for it. The Khao Soi is incredibly flavorful and really fills you up. Everything else I saw coming out looks great as well. Definitely will be back.

I live about an hour from Hudson so I'm not typically in this area but I was last night and I'm so glad that we stumbled upon this little gem. It doesn't have a lot of curb appeal (still looks like an ice cream stand) but don't let that put you off. They do mostly take out but inside there are several cozy tables and they also have some outdoor seating. The service was great and the food was delicious. I wish I'd taken some photos but we were so hungry that I forgot. We had crab rangoon, crispy brussel sprouts, chicken Pad See Ew and Khao Soi dinner. I have already recommended it to friends who live nearby and if I'm ever in the area I would absolutely return.
