We ordered the family special: 2 large 1-topping pizzas w/25 wings for $50. The total came to $61 after taxes (the math ain't mathing). Pros: delivery was on time Cons: the buffalo wings were cold AF. They did NOT taste good at all. You could tell they fried plain unseasoned chicken and slapped some terrible hot sauce on them bad boys...The pizza was lukewarm. We ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 red pepper. It wasn't bad perse, but it wasn't anything to write home about. I've honestly had better pizza from dominos. In conclusion, I was disappointed. Probably won't be back..

I bought a steak cooked onion and peppers with cheese. The worst steak and cheese I've had in my life. What happened to Charlie's? Well they have the name Charlie's but it's not the original Charlie's and they burnt down and was closed for several years. they should've stayed closed, and gave Charlie back his name and got their own name I'm not going purchase anything else from them because it was not tasty. It was salty, it was soggy, and it left a very bad taste in my mouth never again and I don't say never unless I mean it ! never again. I'm giving it one star because I have to give it a star, but if I had it my way, it would be no stars.

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE. I ordered plain fresh wings thinking I'm getting just some regular fried chicken. Well plain is exactly what I got.. no seasoning no nothing just raw chicken dropped into some grease and fried. Straight trash and not edible. You'd think you'd season your meat before cooking. Back to Dimitrios I go!

This place is a joke! Only thing that's decent is the salad and the pizza. Placed an order today for a large pepperoni pizza and a chicken Caesar salad with bacon and no croutons. 45 mins later, the salad came with croutons and no bacon and they completely forgot the pizza. When I called back the woman on the phone was apologetic and told me she would called the driver. I was under the impression the driver would come back with by pizza, but when I called back 25 mins later, the woman told me I only ordered the salad and she can bring my bacon since it wasn't on my salad. No apology and simply didn't give a care and the world. I'm all set with them.

This place used to be good (when I was a kid). Can't image why people still eat here. They've changed management so many times, switched ownership, it's to the point where they're only in business because it's one of two pizza shops in the area, it's a short walk, and people are just used to it. Would never eat here again, I've grown and my pallet is just too sophisticated now for this 'around the way' shop .

Wings are fantastic. My office orders 50 wings every Friday and have been getting Charlie's every time for the past few months. The sauces are great, my personal favorites are the Mango Habanero and Red Chili. They also have liquid fire which satisfies the office's spicy side.The main reason why I give them 5 stars is consistency. The wings are always good perfectly, not soggy and not over cooked. No crazy amounts of excess skin. We can always count on Charlie's to bring us flavorful wings at a good cost with a reasonable wait time.

In terms of food, let's be honest that almost all sub/pizza shops are mostly the same quality with the same menu. My gripe with this place is the treatment of customers. Out of the blue around may 2017 they started charging a credit card processing fee. I was nice enough to tell them it was illegal to do that. Denial. The next time I spoke with a manager on duty and showed them the statute that's pretty clearly written (I'm a lawyer by the way) and still they played dumb. So I started going more often, getting the receipt of the cost and the receipt of the over charge each time, and filing a complaint with the attorney general's office each time. Last month the sign disappeared and the fee stopped. Tonight I went in and witnessed a woman whose call in order was messed up. They acknowledged the mistake and remade it.... Then forgot to remake it as the woman stood there for 20 minutes. When it finally came out she asked for an extra blue cheese and they tried to charge $1. The woman balked and the manager came to the counter, got loud and had an attitude while explaining it's $1 even if they messed up her order. I was able to witness all this because I waited 25 minutes for a garden salad. A plain, handful of precut vegetables in a plastic container, garden salad. 25 minutes. No explanation why. So yeah, I'm done with this place. The place across the Street has the same menu, same prices, and same taste because these places are virtually identical.
