Cafe Salerno

So I had a nice meal steak tips and salad I thought the price is a little high, which I said I was then threatened by the owner and patrons. I felt for my safety and I left. I paid the bill. They wanted to call the police and never felt so abused by a restaurant.

Consistently great food for years. Especially the eggplant, chicken Marsala, pizza and many more. Great staff and atmosphere. A must in Beverly!

You gotta love this place!Two brothers that actually get along with each other, make some great food, have great personalities, and make you feel welcome whenever you go. During COVID-19, their outdoor seating arrangement is great. We had the chicken parmigiana and chicken piccata last night. With a couple of glasses of wine it was a perfect date night.

This place is fantastic! The imported Italian sub and Turkey/ cranberry/ stuffing are our favorites. The atmosphere and staff are great. We recently moved and talk about how much we miss the subs!

Went for pizza and drink Friday night. Staff is super friendly. We ordered 2 pizzas. A cheese and the Salerno. Both were well cooked and flavorful. The crust had a flacky outside edge. Very good. Prices were low for the quality of food.

Our first time having dinner at Cafe Salerno and we had their famous pizza. It was pretty good and the mixed drinks were generously poured. On our return we tried the Parmigiana and I must say we were disappointed in the meals. Sauce was very sweet and cheese was of low quality.

Celebrated a 90th birthday party during off-hours on a Saturday. The folks were awesome to deal with, gave us free rein on the restaurant, served pizza as appetizers and the hot and cold buffet.Food was fabulous, they were so helpful and friendly before and during the party, and would highly recommend! Nice to have a small business so friendly and accommodating for 40+ people!

Great local eatery! Food was fine, service is friendly and lots of familiar faces. Hope they find a great new location...

I got pizza tonight at this place we found plastic and hair in pepperoni and cheese pizza. it was gross I waste my 31.99. no one was wearing masks even though it says a sign on the door from the board of health. The Covid won't go away because this restaurant is not falling the rules.
