Definitely a vibe when you're starving from shopping / window shopping. It's not mind blowing but they do have horchata which is so hard to find at most Mexican restaurants in the area - so major points for that!"

"First time trying this place. I have been to Boston many times and some friends have bragged about it. I also heard the lines were long. But I was lucky when I walked in. I dropped by probably after the big lunch crowds came in. Anyway, we ordered the following ... *3 Al pastor tacos -No rice no beans Roasted veggies Plantains Pickled onions Lettuce Cilantro Mango salsaGreen salsa Pico de gallo And *3 Camarones ( shrimp) Tacos LettuceClantro Lime RiceCheeseRed cabbageRefried BeansCilantro & OnionsRoasted VeggiesGuacamolePlantainsBoth kinds of tacos were pretty good. Fairly priced with a lot of ingredients. The tacos are doubled in tortillas. (I can only imagine how yummy they are as tortilla chips as they are nice and thin.) If you get them with pico de gallo and sauces, you gotta eat them right away or the tacos get a little soggy. I tried the shrimp without the sauces to consume later and they were perfect. Look forward to trying other items when I'm back in town!"

"By the reviews that were made here looks like I lucked out! This place wasn't anything spectacular, but for a place I needed to eat quickly before a concert, Naco Taco did it's job! I ordered the chicken taco bowl and everything was made fresh and with a decent amount of seasonings. If I'm in the area and I need somewhere to go again quick this will be one of the places I'll consider going to."

"Five Horses has pub-style dining in Davis Square. The interior has a lively vibe with a buzzing bar area and a close-table dining room. We sat outside at the streetery, which had a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Good food, good drinks, good service. Prices are fair; there was an extra random charge for around $4 for something, maybe a leftover fee from covid dining days, who knows, but frankly it wasn't enough to make a deal over. I would go again on a nice day, inside is probably fun to watch local sports."

"I come here quite a bit with my family of vegans. I know a place is good when all three of my kids joyfully agree to go for dinner. I have had several items, but I think I have finally settled on my favorite, the Be You Burger. Usually, I am not a fan of the simulated meats that are out there, but the combo of caramelized onions, pickles, and BBQ mayo works well with the impossible meat and toasted brioche bun. "The definition of a Hidden Gem! We loved almost everything about Amber Road. Ambiance is cute, although acoustics were a bit loud. Service from Ashlie was outstanding. She offered suggestions and was attentive throughout the meal, even though she was pretty busy. The food was really great, and we enjoyed everything we got. The lobster turnover was my favorite thing during the whole of this trip to Boston, and I will be thinking then when we get home. Black Truffle Chicken was also really delicious, too!Excellent drinks and a limited but thoughtful slate of wines by the glass.I already recommended it to a friend who was looking for a spot to dine this evening, and would tell anyone to get in for outstanding food!"

My fellow Yelpers, if you are like me you often say to yourself " I'm tired of eating the same thing, I need to find something new!"Well just when I thought I would never find something new and I thought that Casa Pizza had excellent food already, WELL GUESS WHAT??!Today I tried a special dish that you can ONLY FIND @ CASA PIZZA,its called KOSHARI, (it's under Pasta in their menu ) let me TRY to explain how much this dish blew me away!!! It has everything: pasta, rice, fried onions,chickpeas & lentils under a delicious special tomato sauce and it comes with 2 side sauces (one HOT sauce & one GARLIC sauce) that you pour all over this delicious Egyptian delight! I had NEVER had this before, so Nader (one of the 2 owners along with Joey) told me "just try it!" People you must RUN don't WALK down to CP and order this dish and see for yourself!! It is like nothing I have ever tried before. The pasta & rice are nestled under a mixture of chickpeas & lentils with a delicious tomato sauce and fried onions on top!! My wife LOVED the HOT sauce (I can't handle that much HEAT) but I did enjoy the GARLIC sauce ( honestly this dish is SO GOOD I didn't even need to add anything else to it!! I am lucky the shop is close by me but I tell you it is so WORTH THE DRIVE if you don't live locally to come down and try the AWESOME FOOD these 2 guys are making here @ CASA PIZZA! "A really good hole in the wall.We ordered 3 al pastor burritos to go, with a guacamole and chips plus some hot sauces they make, the green salsa is flavorful and mild, the red has a kick, not atomic by any means. Our friend wanted horchata but it was out of stock. I would've ordered tacos if we hadn't been driving to boston to have a picnic on the point.The food took a lil while, but was well worth it!Staff was friendly and was English speaking. Not that I have a problem with that as it never stopped me before with my limited and poorly spoken tres al pastor burritos por favor-etc!Parking can be limited as many big rigs, or electric trucks park where they can. It made leaving difficult with visibility.We had to go right and turn around with the large truck impeding sight, but we got out.We had a lovely picnic. It took me two sessions to eat the huge burrito, my 2 friends crushed them and haven't needed dinner. I think this restaurant does a good job of making their foods accessible to western peeps, and it's nicely put together."

"My first experience with the pupusa. If you're not familiar, it's like a soft bread filled with cheese, vegetables, and/or meat. I tried quite a few to get the full experience. The place is tiny with maybe 2 tables and a bunch of counter seats. It was the definition of a hidden Gem hole in the wall. The staff is awesome. The food is handmade and fresh. My favorite was probably the zucchini and cheese one or jalapeño and cheese. It comes with a sort of vinegar slaw. That's quite nice to balance the flavor of the pupusa. Definitely check this place out for some authentic food and great people."

They tasted great and came with double corn tortillas and plenty of filling.The salibutes were even better. At just $3.99, they were a thick fried corn tortilla (like a Johnny cake) loaded up with chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and cilantro. They were very filling and plain old delicious!We love these little taquerias. Family owned businesses with fresh made to order food. Well done, Baja!"

"Sitting right at the corner of a super busy city street is Loco Taqueria. This place has a little bit of everything although it's primarily a Mexican and seafood place. They have pretty cheap oysters and the mignonette sauce that accompanied them was great. I loved the birria Tacos. Just oozing with flavor. Style wise the ceviche though is the best looking dish with it scooped into little plantain cups. Loved the outdoor patio and they do have a ton of umbrellas there for shade/rain protection."

"Very good! I had a craving for birria tacos and was so happy to find this place in Dorchester. This restaurant is so cool and the service was great. There's a ton of seating for eating inside.I got the street corn and of course the birria tacos.You can get three birra tacos for $13.99 or four for $18. The street corn was so delicious and so were the tacos. The consommé was flavorful!! I wish it came with a bigger serving for the tacos haha. The tacos did get a bit soggy since I did takeout and didn't get to eat them right away, but that was nothing the air fryer couldn't fix. I'd definitely go again and get more food. Their menu is huge and they have so many options. This will definitely become my favorite spot in Dorchester.Parking is limited on the street."

"Naco Taco is delicious! They offer a variety of taco and torta selections and a few combo value meals (two tacos + a side or a torta + a side). Conveniently parked right on Newbury Street, they attract lots of customers and offer quick, efficient service. I always get their bistec taco, which consists of grilled steak, a smattering of avocado spread, cheese, and a chipotle crema. They don't skimp on their fillings! You can always expect lots of flavorful steak strips. The steak and avocado combination is amazing! They go together so well. :- ) I've tried their chorizo taco, which was very delicious. I love potatoes, so this was the perfect taco. It consisted of potato chunks, cilantro, bits of onion, and a chipotle-tomatillo sauce. I've also tried their smoked tofu taco, which consists of refried beans, salsa, crema sauce, and a few chunks of fried tofu. I found this taco to be lacking when compared to the bistec. The refried beans didn't help the dryness, either! The salsa addition​ was probably the best part because it added some pizzazz to an otherwise plain taco. If you're looking for bold flavors, I'd recommend the bistec and chorizo tacos!"

"Been wanting to try this place for a while now because it's hard to find good Birria tacos near Boston! This location is inside Bow Market in Somerville so it is very small. There are places to eat outside in the actual market but not inside. Food: We got 3 quesabirria tacos with consomé. The birria was juicy, flavorful, and soft. The consomé was warm and surprisingly not too salty. I was able to drink the consomé on its own. The tortilla also crisped up nicely but did get a little soggy 7.5/10.Price: It was $17 for 3 tacos and the consomé. This is way too pricey for me to buy this again. They were also a bit skimpy on the meat so it was not worth the price 6/10."

Now the birria tacos - even though they came with a broth, they had cheese and the tortilla was crispy, it taste it nothing like a birria taco. So should I read it as a Birria taco or as a regular taco? As a regular taco it was very good really nice flavor and the crispiness of the Tortilla made it hold up together much better, So I'll give it a 3.8. but as a Birria taco it lacked all the spices to get the right flavor and aesthetics of what it should look like so I would give it a 2.5For the price in the quality though I will definitely come back"

"Dude! believe the hype, man!One of my good work friend that's been trying to get me to try this place too long, after a couple of trips to Wolly Beach I finally made it in here, and I can see why he spoke so highly of this place. are these the best tacos I've ever had? No, and alas, my search for the perfect taco continues, still this distract you from the fact hands are seriously freakin' good!When I was indecisive Beef Barbacoa and Pork Carnitas, my server recommended the Carnitas, so Carnitas it is!. Let me tell you: they do not skimp on the meat! there's a generous amount there, but not so much that the taco falls apart at first bite. The meat was cooked well and just the right amount of juicy. However, my critique is that while the toppings and sauces did a nice job complimenting the taco I would have liked a little more seasoning in the meat, although to be fair there is S & P available if you choose to add it.The toppings complimented the tacos superbly, they added just enough flavor to give the tacos some pop, but not so much as to overwhelm. they added some freshness, some creaminess, and the onions added a little bit of crunch. My only criticism here is that I would have liked just a tiny bit more onions. I like more crunch and bursts of freshness offered by onions, but I realize that this is somewhat of a personal taste.Still, I was not expecting this level of quality especially from a small shop like this. There is limited window seating available inside, and there is some outdoor seating."

All the ingredients are fresh and you get a choice between corn or flour tortillas for your tacos.$12 for 3 tacos. That's a good deal. The meats are so flavorful and the toppings are more in line with authentic Mexican. I didn't see sour cream or cheese. It's more like pico and cilantro and hot sauces. Seating is limited but you and find two tables around the back to sit outside. The Service was great but it's kind of funny to be asking for tacos while people are in line to fill up their gas tanks. A hidden gem for sure."

"Obsessed! Omg I love this spot! I believe my husband and I got the chance to chat with the manager. We had a great chat and we were so excited he spoke Spanish which was so welcoming.The food? Amazing! I'm allergic to gluten so I was concerned about what I could eat. The guy who we spoke with mentioned that it was either his family member or the owners family member is celiac so there is a great selection of gluten free options! Lastly, the roof deck is so incredible. I love the seating and the view. This place is our go to date night."
