Such a great spot! Went there today specifically because I wanted a chicken stir fry sub and the one I got here was exactly what I was looking for. The flavor was so good, instead of marinating the chicken in Italian dressing they have a special herb blend that keeps the chicken so moist. I learned this from their super friendly staff. Everyone who walked in seemed like a regular, and regulars who know good food. We'll definitely be back.

My meal tasted like it was previously frozen and also had some odd aftertaste. Presentation was also very poor. I ended up with an upset stomach that night, I'm unsure if it was related but worthy to mention because I hadn't eaten anything else at the time so I cant imagine it was from anything else.I was originally going to order online but waited to order in person. I was not given a receipt and was never told the price before paying. The last thing on my mind was that I'd be ripped off. I thought ordering in person would be less the tech fees I saw if I had paid online and it ended up being more! That's such a dishonest way to do business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. So disappointed. Nothing the owner can say in his reply will change my mind about this place.

I placed a pick-up order on DoorDash. Called the restaurant to confirm / get a time estimate - guy says 30 minutes. Ok, I came in 30 minutes - he says "few more minutes." 40 MORE MINUTES GO BY STILL NO ORDER. I'm getting pretty mad now. After talking to him again, I swear, they just STARTED working on. Seriously? Doesn't even matter if you have the best pizza in the world, that is not an acceptable way to treat a customer and set expectations.Oh yea, and all the prices on door dash are marked up $2 from store list prices.

Meant to do this a while ago: same day, I called grubhub for my money back. they said they needed authorization from broadway. they called me back and said i wouldnt get my money back because they didnt like how i placed my order. i then called broadway to which an employee said "you ordered the vegetarian sandwich? im the manager and im not giving you youre money back." he cursed at me at some point and told me more or less to come to the store to change his mind. I got an email from another "manager" the next day saying that his employees are trained to fix any error in customer complaint. while this was a nice email, whoever was managing or using the phones that day i ordered this, is one of the most incompetent readers that has no sense of customer service. On top of all of this, I am a sous chef, and have had many line and head line jobs in the last 15 years. just wanted to remind everyone that this place still bothers me months later. the sandwich was literally relish, mustard, pickles and green pepper. if the cook thought anything was weird about that, i should have been contacted to make sure we were on the same page.
