Great place to meet with friends after work or on the weekend! The ballast burger cannot be missed neither can the Brussels sprouts appetizer. The bourbon maple wings are a nice twist on your usual buffalo wings app. Overall, the atmosphere is great with lovely music and friendly staff!

Amazing! Bottom line. The burgers are cooked to perfection, tender and moist! The brioche buns are so super soft and cooked perfect. The spicy margarita was outstanding, and the service is spot on. Five out of five stars. Will definitely return.

Great place to meet friends or even a date night. The bar was full with a very social atmosphere. Our waiter Andrew was hilarious and gave us great recommendations. The brussel sprouts were amazing and we all loved our meals. Will definitely be back to watch a game!

I had high hopes. very clean, cute inside..a little chilly from AC on a cool day, but nice. we ordered salmon & a grain bowl/with steak. The salmon was good. The people next to us, also ordered salmon, and their portion was twice the size of our very small portion. ...but ok...it tasted good. sadly, the steak in the grain bowl was as tough as shoe leather. I ate the grains/veggies (some hard uncooked 'roasted" carrots mixed with perfct roasted ones?!) but pushed the steak to the side. I'm not one to compa;in or send things back, but When the bar tender eventually took away our meals, I mentioned the steak was inedible, she asked "want me to ask the owner to take it off the bill?'. um....i didn't come to dinner to barter. Maybe comp me a glass or wine,..or just say sorry, try us again we are new. totally put us off.I wont return.

Loved it. It is new and they are definitely getting the hang of the things. The food was great. The remodel is beautiful. Attaching some pics of our food. Service was excellent.

Excellent! Had the steak frites and it was amazing! Atmosphere was awesome. Drinks were strong!

Was excited to try this place! Interior is nice and aesthetically pleasing, it looks good. The servers were nice ( multiple came to our table, which made ordering food and drinks somewhat confusing ). However, even with multiple waiters/waitresses they were not nearly as attentive as they should have been. It took us an hour to put in our food orders, only after we had been given a warning that the kitchen would be closing soon (we wanted to put in much earlier!) food was mediocre- not good, not bad. Drink menu looked amazing and I was so excited to try, but my drink with muddled mint and strawberries just had some mint leaves and full strawberries thrown in. Not sure that I'll be back as there are many better restaurants in the area !

Perfect place for quick date night or dinner with friends. I enjoyed the chicken wings, cold IPAs, and the Ballast Burger may have been the best cheeseburger I've ever had .6/5 stars...highly recommend Ballast!

Stopped in to check out this new neighborhood bar. Exceptional service, good food, and great atmosphere. The music was at the perfect level and the crowd was energized, but not over the top. Great to have a conversation with the people you came with. Will definitely be coming back -kind of chill which was nice for a Friday night date night Great bar seating. Lots of pub tables, so not conducive to large families with children, but they will accommodate you.

Food was decent. A bit pricey. It may seem petty but it really irks me when they charge $3 for a Diet Coke (mostly ice) and then another $3 for a refill. They did a. Ice job on the remodel but overall I was underwhelmed.
