My favorite stop on the way to work. BNC staff is so friendly. Great coffee and eats. Plus welcoming seats overlooking Quincy Market. The best!

I usually just grab a salad over here during lunch and they're huge and relatively inexpensive, I got between here and Viga depending. This place is right outside my building so it's quick and easy like if it's raining or something. They have a decent breakfast selection too and sell pretty much anything besides alcohol. It's re-done it used to be something else but I couldn't find anything on Yelp for it so I added the business myself. Oh and if you are craving candy.. a ridiculous amount of it is sold here.

This place has the friendliest and best staff. I work in the building. Thus, it is a very convenient place. In addition their Starbucks coffee is actually better than the regular Starbucks. It doesn't have that bitterness of a regular Starbucks's coffee. The food is great too, both breakfast and lunch. The negative factors are the price of everything. In addition for lunch, the portions are too large. They need to make the portions smaller, since it is lunch. Like I said the food is excellent.Smaller portions could also mean smaller prices

I work in the building and never had a bad meal. BNC is a great family owned local business. Keep up the great service and keep the fresh food coming.

Come here every morning for a parfait (~3.70) and sometimes egg white/cheese on wheat wrap. Nothing extraordinarily amazing but not bad either. There's seating if you want to just relax for a bit.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent coffee and lattes! Went in for the first time in a while and the woman who made my chai latte was super friendly and made one of the best lattes I've ever had. I will definitely be going back. The location is one of the best as it's right next to Boston City Hall and on the way to Faneuil Hall if you're touring Boston.

I actually LOVE Boston News Cafe. Their staff is super friendly, and they have an awesome selection of healthy food and snacks. I am addicted to their goat cheese, chicken, cranberry, mandarin, walnut salad. It's full of the good stuff, and is huge. Everything is always so fresh and healthy. And affordable. They carry my favorite kind of mineral water, and local dark chocolate. If I need a snack, I feel like Boston News has the best options. Plus they also carry really a nice selection of magazines.

Not a fan of this place at all. The sandwiches are average at best and are overpriced. You're better off going to Al's right down the street where the subs are far superior and much cheaper. The breakfast is not great either. The bagels are awful as are the bagel sandwiches. You want a better bagel or breakfast sandwich go to Cosi across the street or Archies in Pi ally. Truth is I stopped going there in September when I realized they charge you for butter. I ordered a bagel and they charged me .50 for it. They must be the only restaurant in the world that charges their customers for a pat of butter. So yeah when you're getting your bagel or muffin and ask for butter be aware of this. I know it is only .50 but is the principal. Butter cost around 2.00 pound and it is absurd they charge .50 for a sliver. I will never set foot in the place again.

We enjoyed our breakfast here. Service was fast. Dining area was clean. Fairly inexpensive. I had a bagel with peanut butter toasted and a hazelnut coffee, my husband had a bagel with cream cheese toasted and a regular coffee. He said the bagel tasted like a Thompsons but we both enjoyed them.
