BoSa Donuts

I have been a customer since 2020 and currently in 2024, what I can say is their donuts are second to none and this is why they get three stars but their customer service is less than desirable. Especially in the mornings there's this girl with a mask which is already weird to be walking around, looking like she's to be a surgeon and forgot to take it off but what I find about the people who wear masks is that unfortunately it's almost as if they think they can be more rude to people with a mask on like we can't see them. It's a very strange psychology, but I believe there's something to it. In general, I find that anytime there is a rush, they are not trained well at the store and are unable to handle it with politeness. If I'm there to pick up a mobile order, I say thank you I appreciate it and they say yeah and they say with a bit of an attitude. Have a great day, sir. That's what they should say, and it shouldn't be like pulling teeth. This is something I consistently anytime they are busy. Beyond annoying and definitely makes me not go there. The place literally loses money because of their attitude problem. Don't get me wrong it seems to be a theme most places you go, but I don't accept any excuse when there are places like Dutch Bros and Portillo's and In-N-Out where employees maintain a very high level of customer service consistently.

Great donuts! Rotten service. Do not prioritize delivery pick up orders when a paying customer has been waiting in line. Especially of the delivery order is not even ready. I waited my turn patiently in line only to have somebody else walk in and be served before me. Not going back. Not cool.

Donuts are great but the service at this location is awful. The girls working this morning were so rude. A shorter chick with dark hair and a face piercing was incredibly rude and just kept rolling her eyes. Will not be back

Hats off to the bakers best donut hands down! I also got a bagel toasted just right Thank you to everyone behind the counter ! It's busy so be prepared to wait a few extra minutes. Pro tip find out who is in line, order to the right and pick up to the left.

My daughter and I received a coupon in the mail and tried their strawberry banana smoothies for buy one get one free. Our assumption would be that it would be made with real fruit and yogurt, but it was made with powder flavor, and we did not enjoy the smoothies at all. A suggestion would be to put the ingredients that you use in the smoothies on the menu or on the counter so customers are aware is made with powder and not real fruit. The service was very quick and friendly, and they had a large selection of different variety of donuts, and would like to try their other items later.

Pricey! Lots of normal donuts at $1.49 each ! Iced coffee is almost $6 and tasted disgusting. Not sure if it's the syrup but definitely not good! Even added more cream still gross.Apple fritter was over cooked and way to krispy. Raspberry filled was good though. Overall I was hoping for a different donut that I can get anywhere.Sausage, egg sandwiches were big and tasty.

Always good always consistent. It's donuts. I haven't tried the breakfast sandwiches but they looks tasty. A bit pricey for donuts but that seems to be an Arizona thing.

Melting your mouth donuts. Went back twice within a week. We really only buy glazed donuts, and these have to be in the top 3 donut places ever. Yum!

Seriously delicious donuts. Staff has always been very nice and helpful. If they don't have something in stock they usually reach out to confirm or offer a substitution. By far my favorite donuts in AZ.My only complaint is I usually eat too many...
