Great friendly service at 7am and dang good donuts plus a ham croissant and iced coffee.

Came in with an open mind & a desire for caffeine but left very underwhelmed. Ordered a large iced caramel coffee but was sad that it was beyond bitter and could not be salvaged with any amount of sugar or cream. I threw 95% of it away which made me so very sad. Not only because I absolutely loathe wasting food but money too and I still needed some caffeine. Ordered a large cinnamon roll, old fashioned, and a maple bar. They threw in a couple of donut holes which was lovely of them. Unfortunately, all the donuts were very heavy in weight. It started with some promise with the maple bar. The maple was lovely, not too sweet and not overly iced but the weight of the donut itself was dense and heavy. It's such a personal preference for cake, yeast, etc., etc. but for me, all of the donuts were too heavy/dense. The cinnamon was very disappointing as I did not feel it was cinnamon-y enough. Clearly many people love these donuts, it simply wasn't for me.

Donuts are blah. Got chocolate glazed, however you could see the chocolate glass, but it had no flavor or sweetness. Flavorless cream with food coloring I guess. Also got donut holes, which were okay but not really sweet. Dough was soft. Also had a boba tea, but boba tasted old.

JUST WOW!!!! 07-25-2023This - 'Bosa Donuts' location,has thee RUDEST person/woman that I've EVER encountered!!(Hope they're not ALL the same, but I have a very strong feeling that THEY ARE!!!!)!!!!When you pull in and park,..Go to the multiple doors, and they have a small paper, among other items scattered on the doors,..Good thing I read them,..Had to go back to the 1st door, to see if it was open/maybe, I missed something?!?!),..saying the drive thru is open,..Okay?!?!?!?!Yet, not stating the indoor dining/ordering/pickup, etc, is open or closed,..So, after going to each set of doors,..I found that they are both, indeed locked. Ok then. Let's go thru the drive-thru, and see what happens?!No answer at the drive-thru,l AND ITS VERYYYYY DARK OUTSIDE/THERE!!!!(Still SO VERY hot/humid outside, with being middle of summer & monsoon season, PLUS the EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING!!!!),..So, drive up to the window. Wow. These two 'women', could care less, that someone is sitting out there, in the drive thru. They absolutely seen a car with the windows open/waving, etc. They're busy chatting, and I'd seen the one look at us a few times, and we did not matter. Seen the 'rude woman' try to look a few times, she then walked by a few times toward the front of the building, where there are multiple windows,..leaving their 5-ish minute conversation, and come back. Waved, etc. but did not want to be rude, or scare anyone with knocking on the window. But, needed to get this order finally!NOT OKAY AT ALL -We're in the middle of a HEAT WAVE/**EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING **We have had, recorded Temperatures, above 110 degrees, for 25 consecutive days now , m in Arizona, and have extended a National record among LARGE U.S. Cities. So, after many minutes,..Rude woman finally cames to the window, and rudely said TWICE - 'you did not go to the drive thru'I said :'yes, I did,.. but no reply, so I came to the window'She was furious. Okay?!?!After taking her time, to get us the order,..Finally,.. have it!!!!Said thank you, very much!And -This MOST RUDEST person, that gave me the delivery,..LITERALLY WITH CLOSING THE DRIVE-THRU-WINDOW-ACTUALLY -PUT A SQUARE CARDBOARD IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW,..IN FRONT OFF MY FACE, BEFORE I DROVE OFF!!!!!!!REALLY?!?!HOW OLD ARE WE?!?!To those that care to bother to go here,..They are 'APPARENTLY', having a closed dining room, and signs only say that the drive thru is open, but does not state on either door, that it's closed for dine-in.We will NEVER, come back here,..EVER!!!!And we'll make sure, that ANYONE WE KNOW, does not either. Sadly,.. Worst ever.

Best donuts, it's great to go to just about any location and get great donuts. The line was long but staff moved it quickly, we picked our donuts to go. This location looks like a fast food restaurant and doesn't really have a comfy atmosphere so we like taking to go! One of the better donut places in the Phoenix metro area

The best donut I've ever eaten. The customer service was excellent. Plenty of parking.

We came in around 2 on a Saturday. The place is in the middle of starting a remodel, so there was only three tables available. Worked out for us since we were the only ones here. Service with a smile. A wide selection of donuts to choose from. I had a raspberry filled donut my wife a Boston cream both were very good. We each washed it down a Vietnamese Iced Coffee that was also very good.

I have been to their location on Central Ave and this one is nicer. There is a large seating area but not too nice and very basic. My maple bar donut costing $1.60 was fresh and tasty which is the most important item.It's in a shopping center with a large parking lot and was close to empty when I was there.Recommended.

Best donuts in the valley, hands down. They are fresh from 4am to 10pm. They're open 18hrs/day 7 days a week! I love this place. Right behind my apartment too ! Dangerous ! They always say hi to me and my dog and they give Charlie little donut holes everytime. Thank you bosa!
