bosa never disappoints!!!! I wanted pink sprinkle and they didn't have it... so they gave us a TON of extra donuts!!! they are our fave donut spot ever and they always hook it up! thanks so much bosa crew :)

The shop inside is a little dirty but the people were friendly! The donuts were amazing and soft. I got a smoothie and it was not very good.

BoSa Donuts is the standard for donuts in the Phoenix area. More times than not, if there is a box of donuts being shared, they are from one of the many Bosa's locations. My favorite item on the Bosa's menu is their apple fritter. Bosa's apple fritters are darker than many other donut shops. They almost look burnt, they are not. This results in a deeper flavor. BoSa's apple fritters are filled with cinnamon. Apple bits are plentiful. Bosa's apple pieces have a crisper bite than many other places. Inside is soft and fluffy.This location is relatively big. Plenty of seating is available inside. In a hurry, a drive up window is available. Service is quick.

I drank a few sips of my coffee and noticed something on the inside of my cup it was a nat floating in my coffee I don't know how it got in there because my cup was one that you punched a straw through and that nat wouldn't have flown down the straw it had to have been in the coffee.

By far the most consistent donut shop in Arizona. My go to donut shop never disappoints. Unique flavored donuts. Excellent friendly customer service. Clean store. The chocolate sour dough donut is as good as it gets. Tastes like an old school chocolate cupcake from the old style bakers melts in your mouth..The best assortment. Worth the trip from anywhere. No need to look for the best. They do get their do. They beat everyone every time . This location can't be beat. Fantastic donuts best in arizona

Good doughnuts but the customer service is poor. You can't have a small box unless you buy 6 and the maple is so thin on the doughnuts and all that are glazed. You would think there is a recession on glaze or toppings. They don't sell additional toppings or glaze either. I wasn't impressed.

Earlier this morning I had to back out of the drive thru at Bosa Donuts on 75th and Cactus because they were taking way too long. I went inside to see what the problem was and there were people working there who did not care about customer service. They were taking their sweet time and completely unorganized as a crew, on top of the fact when I asked, they were very rude. So my kids and I left. We went to Rainbow Donuts on 28th Drive and Cactus. They were kind and accomodating, even gave my 2 year old a free donut afterwards even though he didn't need it. Good customer service all around. Also, I ordered the same exact thing...2 ham and cheese croissants and 12 donut holes and they were about $5 less. Just thought I would share with my neighbors. I like supporting businesses that have good customer service and don't rip off consumers. Especially in these hard times.

8/23/24 today went to get smoothies here- so disappointed. Girls working made drinks that weren't our orders. When they remade it they just basically dumped into a new cup. Usually pretty happy to come here. Today it sucked. Had to give one star just to post this. I want to give them no starts. Girls listen to the order - it was basic too no boba. If you aren't sure ask.

Got a Thai tea and it tasted like if they used sink water. They didn't use half and half. It was disgusting. Please use purified water at least.

I appreciate that they clean but all the donuts I bought tasted like cleaner got sprayed onto it. Service was ok - the girl was nice but had to wait a long time in the drive-thru.
