I've never eaten in, but these guys are AT WORST the second-best burger joint I've ever experienced. The contender for first place is Top-Notch on the south side, based on the burger delivered relative to the price.Top-Noch goes for classic burgers done well, while bobNGrill goes for nouveau burgers with exotic toppings, etc... but at their core is a classic burger done well. The only north-side burger joint I've encountered with a better price-quality ratio is the Diner Grill, just west of the Piggery.

When looking for a place to eat near my friend's apartment, he suggested bopNgrill. Located on the Loyola University Chicago campus, this restaurant was actually featured on Guy Fieri's television show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives (Season 15, Episode 2; https://www.foodnetwork.com/shows/diners-drive-ins-and-dives/episodes/goin-the-extra-mile ). So if the food is good enough for Guy Fieri, it's good enough for me.When you first walk in, you notice a map covering a cork board where customers can place a pin to indicate where they're visiting from. You can order using the two touchscreens near the back of the restaurant. We came pretty late at around 8:00 PM, so about an hour before they closed, on a Sunday to get dinner. I ordered the bNg 2.0 burger ($10.49) while my friend ordered the duxelle 2.0 burger ($10.49). We also got the kimchi fries ($8.49) to share. The order took longer than I expected, especially since there were only two other customers when we walked in, and they already had their food, but I'm assuming the employees still had to prepare pickup orders. Once the food was ready, they called my name, and I picked it up at the counter.Honestly, I was pretty hungry, so I ate my burger quickly and didn't spend much time examining the different components of the burger. All I remember is that it was savory, a bit messy, and tasty. The kimchi fries were great too. One small gripe: I do wish they came with more kimchi on top. The fries were the perfect amount for two people; my friend and I polished them off quickly.bopNgrill is definitely a solid spot, and the prices are very reasonable.

Loved this place, just across the street from the Hampton Inn we stayed so ordered and picked up right away.Kimchi fries are plenty for two and are delish!! Spicy chicken bowl was also very good, too! Employees were very courteous and helpful upon arrival to pick up my food. They have Korean style burgers too, but I just wasn't in the mood for it. I'm sure it's great as well. I'll be back again!

Looking for some comfort food the order was simple consisting of white rice, kimchi, and there amazing fried potstickers/dumplings, being rather affordable coming out to around $12-13 bucks with a fountain drink as well. Situated a couple blocks outside Loyal University the option for both indoor dining and outdoor seating is nice in the summer with a great self order system and quick kitchen to table turnaround. The menu isn't too large but one item that stood out is the chicken katsu rice bowl with this delicious sauce, their dumplings with a nice and spicy filling as well as the spicy mayo and aioli that pair well with fries.

After a long weekend in Chicago we decided to end it at a Diners Drive Ins and Dive spot and it did not disappoint! We went around 2:00pm on a Sunday. Parking was a little difficult to find, but after driving around the block a couple of times we lucked out and found a parking spot across the street. We ordered our food from a kiosk they have set up. Our food was ready in no-time. We got the BBQ chicken bowl, a deluxe burger, and kimchi fries. Everything was amazing. I would love to get the BBQ chicken bowl again - it was lighter (compared to the pizza and burgers we had been eating all weekend) and packed with flavor. The kimchi fries were delicious! And the burger was juicy and very tasty. We will definitely be back!

Good spot to eat when you want takeout or don't have the time for a traditional sit down restaurant. You order off an Ipad in the store so feel free to order ahead, makes no difference. Each time I go I try something different and it is always a hit. Will be back

Got a burger and fries! Fastest burger I have ever received. Staff was great, their kiosk doesn't allow an option to remove egg. Staff were very accommodating and kind. The food was hot and fresh. Will be back.

Decent food. The fried pot stickers were good. They have hamburgers, hence the title. However there is no real ambience - if you were hoping for that. Just lots of boxes.

Ordered the kimchi burger and fries to-go. Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had, no lie. Everything you want in a burger: juicy, messy, and tasty. The flavor was off the charts. The portion of fries was definitely enough for two people. I will definitely be returning.
