The food and service here is on point. Cutest and friendliest lady works here. She makes sure you feel at home and waits in you like a regular sit down restaurant.Happy to say that we are regulars and go after a good workout at EOS.We always get salmon with fresh steamed veggies and gyoza. Gyoza is flavorful and fully stuffed and nice & crunchy.Highly recommend.

It's been a hot minute since visiting Bop N Roll. The owner remembered us after all that time! Amazing! She is very nice. I ordered the bento chicken katsu. This bento box has changed over the years. Less food. You get rice (white or brown), 2 gyoza, 2 California rolls, potato salad and the katsu chicken which is made to order. You get a small container of katsu sauce too. While waiting I noticed 2 order kiosks on the side. You can go this route if the line gets long at the order desk. The food was ready quickly. The potato salad is moist and good. The CA rolls were ok. It finally happened that the chicken was not up to par. It was overcooked and dry. It wasn't inedible and average at best. I don't know if our tastes are changing or if this was the standard fare these days. In any event I was somewhat disappointed. Shared parking lot in this large plaza.

I got the beef bulgogi bento box and enjoyed it. I got it to go but from what I saw there is some indoor and outdoor seating at the restaurant. The whole crew at the restaurant were extremely nice and welcoming.The food has a nice balance of everything in a plate. Only thing I wish is the portions to be a just little bigger. Felt there just was not enough of everything except rice and could have put a little bit more food.

This is like a cafeteria that served Korean food where you can pick starter, entry, and side. The owner was very nice. After finding out that it was my first time visiting the place, he allowed me try all the item in the menu. The food was very delicious and great meal if you want something quick.

Excellent food and service. This was my first time to this Japanese Korean fusion spot. It was quick and pleasant. You order from one of two tablets when you talk in. The ambiance in nice was peaceful and a great spot for lunch or dinner. I had the bipnbap with an egg on top. It was quite good and a decent serving size!

Hit the SpotThis was our first visit to Bop + Roll. The restaurant is clean and the staff are welcoming and they even helped us pick out dishes based on our preferences.There's something for everyone at Bop + Roll, on this visit we ordered the chicken and steak Bop Bowls. Both entrees were delicious. The vegetables were perfevtly steamed, the meat was tender, flavorful, and juicy and the serving sizes are large, enough for two. I am looking forward to going back and trying other menu options If you're in the area you have to stop in and give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

It is about 115 today in the Scottsdale phoenix area. They had a fan going because I don't think the air conditioning was working that well. I was not comfortable sitting in there at all. The sushi is all I wanted since this business came up for sushi. They did not have a big selection of sushi at all. Now I think that they didn't because they have no fresh fish options. But even the rolls I did get with eel, shrimp and imitation crab meat was meh. I would never come here again. If you want noodles there are a ton of noodle restaurants in the valley. If you want sushi there are a million better places than here. This is definitely a fast food. Order and go type of place. Not meant to sit and eat.

Service was fast and friendly, portions were solid and food was tasty! I enjoyed the outdoor seating and that my food tasted fresh and was piping hot. No complaints.

This is a Really great casual Korean restaurant, hidden away in my local strip mall near the movie theater and is about 5 minutes from my house which is a great bonus. I dropped in here out of curiosity. To see what all the hype was about and was quite shocked with the results. Great Korean food with really friendly staff and clean professionally run and convenient atmosphere. I had the beef Bulgogi and glass noodle dish. It was delicious, the beef melts in your mouth and their perfect mix of savory and salty flavors that make it so appetizing. It's a large plate of food so bring your appetite... I certainly will be returning to this place again and again. They do have sushi and some really great looking noodle dishes on the menu which I have not tried yet but that's just another excuse to return again.

Very friendly service, awesome food and.A nice price. Was so good, came back twice in my short stay. I recommend this place if you like Korean food.
