Unparreled, friendly service with Pop-up options all over town including a food truck. Word on the street is Bonehead is coming to not 1 but 2 brick and mortars in town. Mouthwatering delicousness, quality execution, and bada$$ staff will make Bonehead Burger your go-to burger stop.

The burgers we ordered were cold and the meat was tough. Not sure what the hype is about. There was no one there and we still got cold gross food. The price was high and none of us enjoyed the kiosk ordering or the weird seating environment outside. They have seating but the location is not good and neither are the views from the picnic benches. The only saving grace is that the staff was very nice!

Ordered this place through post mates spot one evening and it did not disappoint, the food was also still super hot and I live like 15 mins away.Was definitely really good and we all enjoyed the burger and tots :) Also, I have food sensitivities and this place definitely did not trigger anything so I'm pretty happy about that. I think they're a good solid spot especially if you're ordering something to go and they are open late!

Provide the size burgers that you represent in your pictures! They were greasy, small, and bland. The fries were old, hard, and the cheese on it was dry. This was NOT a fresh order!!! I was VERY disappointed.

Bonehead was in a good hub where you go into a small space (zero parking) and order from different menus different restaurants on a screen. They make it and put the food in a locker to take. Mostly for food pickup but you can sit in the small park bench areas outside.Not the best location..... not much parking if at all. There's tons of cars picking up food to go. But overall the food was delicious!

This place is pretty good! The ordering process is easy and since it's at a food hub there are also other options on-site. There are picnic tables outside where you can eat. The Kenny B burger was perfect for me size-wise. The meat was flavorful and had the crispy edges that make a good smash burger. They have options for all appetites, there is even a burger on the menu with 6 patties. You have the option to customize burgers by adding a patty, maple bacon, or switching to a veggie patty. They have various loaded versions of fries and tots and fries for side-options.

I've had their Kenny B burger on two occasions, one being a late night Uber Eats order and when I went recently at the Barrio Food Hub. Highly suggest that you order from your food delivery app because the location was quite busy making other people's delivery orders, and will prioritize those first. You arrive and place your order on the touch screen, then will get a text to confirm your order and for pick up. You then use the given code to pick up your food from the locker.Besides the logistics, Bonehead Burger might be the best smash burger and is one of the best options to order from the Barrio Logan Food Hub. Compared to other smash burger joints I've had in SD, Bonehead Burger ranks pretty far on my list. I do feel like it needs extra toppings on it though as well which makes me give a 4 star rating.

I love burgers, and Bonehead serves up what is by far my favorite! It's so flavorful and fresh while allowing the smash patties to shine. And their Bonehead fries are just as tasty - practically a meal in itself. Super friendly employees running the show. I cant wait for the Seaside Candy location in Imperial Beach to fully open (operating from Weds to Sun for now). It's going to be awesome!!

Met the owners during a night of debauchery at the dyno bar, and just now managed to visit this joint...When we popped into the hub to order, one kiosk was out of commission, and the other was occupied... waited 5 minutes and decided to order on our phone...highly recommend!Opted for the namesake burger... nice patty with crispy edges, plenty of toppings and a really dense bun. Bacon was a bit underdone which made the chew awkward, sauce was good! Selected the loaded tots as a side, and loved the top layer that had the cheese and sauce and beautiful maple bacon, but once the upper crust was gone it was nothing but tot coins, which were perfectly crispy but undressed too soon. I think I had high expectations because this food was rather expensive...Ambiance is ghetto picnic, service was through the window, and prices exceeded all of the above.Novelty, but the cost benefit analysis for this joint does not measure up... this joint does not make the list.

i ordered the Dirty Angel and was so disappointed it was mostly extremely salty tator tots (which weren't in the item description, I don't like tator tots) there was very little meat and sauce. Overall it was a salty disaster and ended up throwing over half away. My husband got the Bonehead burger and he said it was mediocre. We won't be repeat customers . We went to the Imperial Beach location and tho it wasn't super busy it took 45 minutes to get those two items. A waste of $28.
