The sandwich was savory as can be. You can choose to have a big pão de queijo as the bread. Tons of gluten free and vegetarian options. This was a memorable experience and I look forward to trying more delights!

I've been to their other location in Inman Square, and was so surprised to be walking and pass one here! I'll start by saying this location is definitely smaller, but I enjoyed how many options there were for outdoor seating, and it's in a nice, calm area right next to the mall. I only got a drink today, and was so pleasantly surprised with the peach matcha latte! I ordered it with less ice, soy milk, and no sweetener. I was unsure if the peach puree would taste weird with milk, and if the lack of sweetener would make it taste bitter- but this drink was amazing! It was fruity with a subtle matcha flavor (not grassy at all) and the sweetness level was actually perfect for me. I found my new favorite drink! Hope people continue supporting this new location, and i'm super glad there's one here in this part of town. Also want to shout out the workers- multiple staff came by asking how our food was, and asked every single party both inside and out, which i've never experienced at the other location. Best service i've had at a cafe in a while!

They recently expanded from Inman, and I enjoyed my first visit! The pao de queijo ($3.25+tax+tip) was excellent, really chewy and flavorful. I had the breakfast gnocchi ($14), which was also flavorful and quite satisfying, though I felt like it could have used some more greens as a personal preference. The Red Jacket Orchards' strawberry apple juice ($3.75) was quite nice as well.There's some nice outdoor seating, though since I went on a weekend, I'm not sure if it would be as nice during the busy weekday times.

Bom Dough opened new location at East Cambridge! We tried when they opened and waited for it shows up on Yelp for the new location review. I love their traditional pao! Even tho it's bit salty side but I feel it's unique that hard to get from other stores/ restaurants in Boston. Staff recommended breakfast gnocchi and it became our favorite dishe from Bom Dough! Menu says "mochi" waffle but it's crispy only but no mochi texture at all. It's a huge portion so good for sharing too !

I highly recommend this restaurant! I visited when it first opened, and the staff was incredibly friendly. One of the servers suggested the gnocchi, and it was so delicious that I had to return for more. It was my first time trying this dish, and I was genuinely impressed by the flavor and generous portions. The waffles are also a treat--crispy and delicious, with a delightful texture. If you get the chance, definitely stop by to try the gnocchi. It may look like a caterpillar, but it's a savory and flavorful pasta dish. Give it a shot!
