Bolt Brewery - Little Italy

Have walked by a few times but always on way somewhere. This time had time to kill and a beer sounded great. Grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered an IPA (forgot the name but it was delicious)I'm a pickle girl and if fried pickles are in a menu getting them. These were pickle straws and I'm now addicted. Never had quite like this and I want more. Perfectly battered and crisp. It was a perfect break on a long walk.

Came here a few years ago and had a great time and remembered the beer was really good. Got to come back last weekend and sat at the bar to have a drink. The bartender decided talking to someone about his shift was more important than taking our order, then once he noticed people had sat at the bar, he took a woman's order who had sat down a few minutes after us, grabbed her beer, then chat with someone else, then took our order. I'm a very patient person, but also a customer service manager and I would be livid to see that at my work place. I ordered the blonde and it was hardly drinkable. Such a let down compared to a few years ago. At least we know not to waste our time next time in little Italy and just go straight to Bottle Craft.

My favorite brewery I visited the beer was amazing and I forgot her name but the bartender completely makes this place. Most definitely returning here.

This year one of my birthday celebrations was at the Bolt brewery. What a perfect first day of summer invited by a gym friend. The excuse other than celebrating one more year of wonderful and grateful life was to watch the soccer Euro league Spain-Italy. Not as full of people as I would have expected (considering this is located in Little Italy) but that made the gathering more intimate and cozy. I loved my mango flavored beer and the surf and turf. We all had a great time and will go back.

Came here on our tour of Little Italy Breweries and were disappointed that they didn't have any dark beers on tap, but we like fruit infused ales and they had a mango and orange on tap so we tried them. Well we came back to this place three more times because those beers were awesome (especially the Hard Pressed Orange) and the bartenders were all very nice and outgoing. Got the Spicy Pickle Fries on our last trip, but didn't try anything else from their menu. The open bar lets a nice breeze in and there is plenty of seating. At least one dark beer on tap would put this to 5 stars, but it is still a recommended stop if in the area.

Great little brewery. Perfect place to grab a beer after dinner and figure out the plans for the rest of the night.

Took a seat here to grab a bite before heading to the airport. We were greeted and seated immediately. They have a bar, indoor seating, and another bar facing the street. It's on India street which gets rather busy and can be good for people watching. I was happy with my soup and my friend got fish tacos with no complaints. Overall not bad. Thank you!

Ashley was a great bartender and super helpful and friendly. I am not a beer drinker so indulged in their cocktail selections including the prickly pear margarita and a lemon drop. Both were good! My husband had a few beers and tasted a few others. They have a great selection and lots of merchandise to purchase. I saw food coming out of the kitchen, which looked well prepared and the portions were sizeable. We didn't eat so can't comment. The bar has indoor and outdoor seating areas, so you can sit where you're most comfortable.

Cozy brewery on the corner of India & Grape. I tried both IPA's on tap, also the Orange and Mango brews. All excellent!The happy hour pricing and menu is outstanding for such a popular location. $2 off pints! Also a great "Taco Tuesday" price of $3 tacos.Service was pleasant and prompt for both my visits.

Had a lovely afternoon at Bolt. My wife had the Club and enjoyed it. I had a wedge salad and order of wings. Wife had a margarita flight and I had a local beer. Both were excellent.The salad was super fresh and I enjoyed it very much. The wings were excellent. But I was shocked that an order included just 6 wing parts. $16 is outrageous for a portion that small. Although we will definitely be back, we won't be ordering wings.
