Bocado Tapas Wine Bar

Bocado simply does not miss. I've probably been here 20+ times and never had a bad meal. The food tastes fresh, is always hot, and comes out quickly. Service is stellar -- Luke the manager and Bailey on waitstaff go above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. The restaurant recently expanded the space to include an outdoor patio with heaters.Must-get tapas:- fried goat cheese- mozzarella rice balls- remolachas asadas- patatas asadas- lamb chops

My family was excited to find a tapas restaurant in Worcester especially they had paella on the menu but the paella was their worst dish. It tasted like whole dish was precooked and just put together when ordered. All the seafood was very over cooked and the rice was soggy. My personal opinion on the paella is that if you put it on the menu this should be their best dish but they failed miserably.The wine was very average.But to be fair the server was very polite and other small dishes ware acceptable.The place was pretty dark. This is just an observation some people may like the places that are a bit darker but I prefer a little brighter places.All in all, I can't not recommend this place.

This is the second time we've been to Bocado since the new renovation, and we really like the ambience (although it is a bit noisy). Our server was great (shout out to Luis!) and the pace of tapas arriving at the table was perfect. One small glitch when they forgot one of the dishes, but not a huge deal, as they brought it promptly.However I would really like this restaurant to improve the desserts. They are overly sweet, and just not well done. Maybe they should consider partnering with some pastry shop nearby to get something amazing on the menu!

Really good food. The price fix combos are actually too much foodGood cocktails and decent wine list. They should add some more European whites

We went on a Saturday night to meet our friends. We had gotten a reservation and I recommend getting one. They have valet parking which is really nice and they also validate parking. There are two lots one is free parking and the other is paid parking (validated). The ambience is totally enjoyable. The bar is really nice. They have such extensive seating spaces and they were still packed which says a lot about how amazing it is to be there. The service was impeccable, extremely friendly and super attentive. They have a very extensive drink menu and food menu. They have wine flights and various experience options which I thought was amazing. Don't expect large portions but you can expect delicious food. I would love to go back in the near future.

Hmm... very stylish inside. The ambiance is very chill and relaxed. The lighting is a little dim so it kind of sets the mood of a more chill and refreshing environment. It gives off kind of fancy vibes but it isn't fancy. They also have a huuugeee menu. Lots of options to choose from but the food tasted mid. The presentation was great! I got great pictures but the food all tasted mid. Also look at that ugly avocado slice with the salad. Why does it look like its been frozen and unfrozen like 10 times.

The service was great and the ambience was too.We were full by the time the paella came but each had to try it, absolutely delicious. I can't stress how fresh the food was, delicious.

This tapas bar had a wide selection of dishes for vegetarians. The portion sizes were good and the service was very prompt. The rice balls and cheesecake board are the must try options on their tapas menu.I recommend this restaurant!

Probably one of my go to restaurants for a nice dine in. I recommend getting the experience multiple small entrees (tapas) and one entree with dessert. There are so many options, it's nice to have a bite of everything. Almost all their food is delicious and drinks are great as well. Highly recommend for date night, birthday and small group gathering.

We visited Bocado Tapas Wine Bar during Worcester Restaurant Week and tried several tapas. The standout was the octopus, which had a great smoky flavor and was perfectly tender. We also loved the mussels; the sauce was incredible, and we wished we could have poured it over everything else.The other dishes were decent, but we wouldn't recommend the butterscotch bread pudding--it was a bit dense and too sweet for our taste. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the staff was kind, though it was busier due to Restaurant Week. Overall, a good spot that is fairly affordable for tapas!
