Turkey sausage breakfast sandwich
Delicious Nacho Burger, the Nacho part is excellent but the burger definitely stands on its own. 1st time here, I'm impressed Mr. Flay

This location near the D Gates at the Phoenix airport was inconsistent. I recently passed through and when I saw the sign, I got in line (hey, that rhymes). Based on the one at the Atlanta airport, It was a no brainer to give this a try.On pass through 1, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and onion, but they don't do onions for some reason (WTF). I ordered it cooked medium and when it came out, the burger had absolutely zero red in it, and the tomato was thick cut with a tiny diameter. The patty seemed small and the bacon wasn't crispy either so it was disappointing. On pass through 2, I ordered a burger done medium and it came out what I would call medium well, but it was much much better than the previous burger. So in this tale of 2 burgers, if they cook it right, it will be pretty great. Keep it simple as it's a good burger that doesn't need much else to make it great. If they over cook it, then it might be subpar. Also, the meat is loosely packed which is probably why it's great. They don't pound their meat into the mold like some places.I don't eat burgers that often, so when I do, I want it to be great. Based on 3 burgers I had at this chain (2 here in PHX), I'd probably stop here every time.

Had a layover at the Phoenix airport and saw Bobby's Burgers, so I thought I'd give it a shot. There was a long line and a pilot was standing behind me and said good things about it, so I had high hopes. I ordered a Palace Classic Burger, fries and a drink. I ordered the burger 'medium', so they cooked it from scratch and it took longer than other orders (it was fine, I had the time). It's not that the burger was bad, it was just so very plain. The only seasoning was pepper, which I like, but there was no real taste after the pepper. Besides being horribly expensive ($24.39), it was just so bland. I ate it and it sustained me, but there is no way I am going to eat here again. Obviously there are other types of burgers they sell, but if their flagship burger is this bland then I'm not going to try any of the others.

Happened to walk by Bobby Flay's Burgers while on a Southwest Airlines layover at Phoenix airport. As huge Food Network fans, of course we had to try everything we could, and also take a picture. So we got (1) the bbq smokehouse cheeseburger, which included a very nice buttermilk fried onion ring and pretty good smoky bbq sauce with warm heat, (2) the most popular shake here - pistachio - and also a second strawberry shake, and (3) bacon cheesy fries. A calorie explosion to be sure, but we don't expect to be here again anytime soon. Plus, with four people to eat, the heaviness is limited per person.Burger was pretty good, and the strawberry shake was surprisingly more natural (unlike other artificial-tasting strawberry shakes like at In n Out) and reminded me of Haagen Dazs strawberry ice cream. Pistachio shake was very unique and not bad. Cheesy fries were crazy salty from lots of melted cheese, and the fries were well done - crispy outsize and tender inside.

I first started a 4 star review but the service took it to the top. It was my first time and I was impressed. A fresh breakfast sandwich as if I made it at home. Great flavor. Fresh brioche bun. A perfectly melted cheese with a secret Bobby sauce. It had a little kick to it. It's an airport co-mingling with all the rest of the restaurants and bars sharing the same space this was a great pick! Great A+ service!

Great spot for a quick meal on your way to your gate at the D wing of the airport.Stopped here for a burger. Had tge Southwest burger which is basically tge equivalent of a Carl's Je double western bacon cheeseburger. it had two hamburger patties plenty of gooey melted cheese, couple of onion rings, and a couple slices of bacon. To order a side of onion rings with it.It was a good burger. My first couple of bites seemed extra salty. Maybe it was just a combination of all of the elements of the burger. . It also had barbecue sauce however it was not quite enough in my opinion. Altogether, the meal cost me $25 after I added a small soda. It was kind of expensive for a basic burger combo but you won't find things too much cheaper looking for a full meal in the airport. All in all, I thought it was pretty good. I would try it again....

Not bad for airport food. The burger was good. You could get it well done or medium. I chose medium but came out well done. The cheese fries were shareable but the cheese was only on the top layer. So once you took care of that...time for some ketchup. I waited for about 15 minutes for the lunch as were a dozen others. A good alternative if you're looking for a burger. The part I didn't care for was tipping. But even the self checkout in the stores have that. Keep wondering when my tips are gong to reflect in my bank account! Overall not too bad. Airport prices as you might expect at $21 for the burger and fries.

This review is for the breakfast burrito only, as I did not try the burgers.Had an outstanding breakfast at Bobby's Burgers! The burrito was one of the best breakfast burritos I've had- everything was hot, fresh, well portioned. The eggs fluffy and the bacon was perfectly crisp and added nice texture to the sandwich. The salsa helped balance everything out, and the cheese sauce delicious. I like how the tortilla is whole wheat- adds a bit more of a feeling of it being "healthy".I didn't have to wait very long for my meal around 10 am on a Thursday, and the cashier was very kind. I feel like other airports would charge far more for a breakfast burrito of this caliber so I think it was an excellent deal for the amount of food you get. Will definitely be back to try more on their menu next time I'm at Phoenix Airport!

Ok, I figured I'd check this place out for my husband who's a burger addict. Service from Miss Raimey was fantastic. She is friendly and helpful. I will say I did experience an issue with this visit. The back of house staff bumped my order off their screen and did not make it. After 20 minutes of watching people pick up their orders I found a hole in the line and asked Raimey what happened to my order. She sprung into action and had the kitchen staff stop what they were doing and make my order. It took another 10 minutes, so 30 minutes in total. But I had plenty of time before my flight so I wasn't worried. Let me tell you, this burger was delicious! I'm not usually a fan of burgers because I find them rather dull. This burger was juicy and full of flavor. My only critique is they should use better pickles. But then again I am a bit of a pickle snob. I would definitely come back for another burger. I would just recommend keeping an eye on things and if you see multiple people after you get their orders, make sure they're making yours!!

Inedibly large chicken sandwich. Like 6 inches tall. The chicken is hot and crispy strips not a filet. The chicken doesn't have much flavor. The pickles are fine the slaw is fine. None of it is bad but it's so big and wet and greasy that it devolves into a sloppy mess. You get about 5 large onion rings. Again not a lot of flavor but crispy, hot, greasy. It could use more salt. If you're craving chicken, I'd go to chick fil a next door. If you want to try this place, I'd order a burger. It is Bobby's Burgers after all.
