Boba Whaaat

This place is so cuuuttee but don't be fooled by their cuteness & their restaurant name they make food here too!!Yes, its true they really do make a really good boba tea & my favorite is their Vietnamese coffee which is so delicious & gets me through work. My favorite food item here is the Vietnamese sandwich which is so delicious & I recommend everyone to try it out. (Btw they have some awesome artwork here!!)

I visited a few days ago. The drinks I ordered didn't taste as expected, and I was a very disappointed. They seemed lacking flavor and too watered down. Also I noticed the place was super dirty and the service from the person at the counter wasn't good. He was sitting down watching the television. Seemed lost and confused when I placed my order. I usually come for the friendly baristas. But this visit wasn't good at all. I will be making the drive up to my usual Boba spot because the baristas there know what they're doing.

Went here 3 times during our trip to Phoenix. The boba was perfectly sweet, not too sweet! And service was stellar.

walked in to the employees sitting down watching the tv ?? When I opened the door they all scrambled behind the back door and the man who took my order wearing a Popeyes hat, he looked so lost and confused when I was ordering. Overall weird behavior from the employees and just an unpleasant experience.

A need for improvement for food and service. I understand that it is a small business but if you are in restaurant industry, food and service are the 2 things that customers always consider. Food was ok. I ordered their rice meal and the portion is less than the price that I think can still be improved. Service was good enough but there is something that is missing. Maybe a simple smile to the guest would make a difference.

It's a small cute place, staff was friendly. Both teas were a little too sweet for my taste. Good but we didn't finish them. They only have one size available which if you have small kids isn't great since they really can't finish a large drink. Also tried the fried rice without meat, it was good. Better the next day.

This place has never been a disappointment. I love the taro boba here! Different from other boba spots they have a lot of food options here. You can get Pho, Nachos, Fried Rice, Tamales, or Enchiladas here. This place is all anime themed so eating in is very comfortable!

Pretty good spot. The meal is a portion size I can handle during lunch. The tea was very refreshing, staff was charismatic. will add to my lunch rotation with coworkers.

On June 22nd I and my wife were very hungry for Pho, yes we are pho eater we have visited most of Pho restaurants in Phoenix area, but this location it's very new to us so we decided to go in there to have Pho for lunch.....Pho was super bad, I never have had bad pho like this before taste like:......I can't describe how bad I can't even eat it let say children cook in their play how might taste better than this , but I will recommend people may have different taste..... that pic is after eating
