Boba Tea Company

I always want to get a drink here when I visit this mall. So yummy. They have self service kiosks now too which makes ordering drinks a smooth process. Can't wait for another drink

I was shopping at the Scottsdale fashion square and wanted to try some boba. The place was packed with young crowd. They have kiosks to order but it wasn't working. The menu is a little overwhelming and confusing. I went with their fresh tea strawberry boba. They have a smoothie or iced option and went with their iced option. I have never tried a black tea flavored boba. It was bitter and didn't taste anything like a milk tea boba. It's more for weight watchers and a refresher. I wasn't impressed. The prices don't reflect the taste or the quality. I might not be returning back.

Good customer service. They are ready to explain the self check out. They also have so many flavors. They are great at helping you decide what you would like best. We had a great time customizing our drinks. Definitely recommend this place.

Just stopped here due to being extremely thirsty and every other place having a long line. Ordering process was simple and the drink was good. I would recommend.

I had stopped by there's a Boba Tea Company location located on the first floor of the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. At first I was kind of skeptical to see what kind of boba that they had here. I'm from LA where there's lots of boba spots so my internal bar was set kind of highI ordered the tropical drink and it was pretty good. I can't complain and it was refreshing since it was so hot out but as I was pretty good. Now I'm curious and intrigued on how some of the other drinks are but overall it was good. The team members were really cordial and hospitable.I ordered at the counter and they were able to answer some of the questions I had in regards of what some of the toppings were. There's different types of drinks in the different categories listed on the menu so it was organized with what I was trying to go for.

Was very surprised to find good Boba at the mall. The menu is a bit overwhelming, but the staff was very helpful in helping me pick out the right flavor. I don't usually stray from my matcha green blended selection when I go out for boba. I had one great experience years ago and have been forever chasing that same boba high. They didn't have that on the menu (I'm guessing it was too boba basic for them). With great hesitation tried a variation of my usual with their Kimono boba. I was pleasantly surprised. Plus the boba balls were excellent- just the right amount of chewy. My boyfriend had a fruity boba, can't remember the name of it. I think he had boba envy as I had the better of the two drinks.

It's the only Boba place in the mall. So I had no choice. My fruity was too sweet. But the thing that I really liked was I could get it with carbonation. Carbonated tea really fun.

Very difficult to understand the menu. When you ask the young servers they don't even point to the menu board but to another menu by the till. It was all double Dutch to us.I ordered a Bella and loved it. One of the other drinks went straight to the trash as it wasn't liked. We were asked whether we wanted something like a gummy at bottom of our drink. We didn't know. Was horrible.We went to order again. Got what we liked second time round, however, considering it was the same kid serving us.... he should have made it for free. Customer service should be alot better than that.

I am standing at the Scottsdale fashion square store and no one acknowledged me for 13 minutes standing right in front of the pick up area. They acknowledged everyone else. I saw a female employee put two drinks in the fridge and they looked like my order but my drink was made with a lot of ice (I ordered no ice). When I finally was tired of being ignored and it was clear every employee was intentionally not addressing people, I spoke up. I said i think she put my drinks in the fridge a while ago, no one said anything and I've been waiting patiently. I said I think she made my drink with ice too (I have a tooth sensitivity which is why I ordered no ice). Out of the 3 locations in AZ that I go to, this one is by far the worst customer service wise and quality control wise. I hope someone can look into it and train the employees. My boyfriend's drink (the Tara) was already melted because she put it on the fridge without announcing it (and I only assumed it was mine based on how the drinks looked). This was by far the worst experience and the drinks were 1. Melted and 2 made wrong. They fixed mine but it could have been avoidable, along with his melted Tara.

This is my go to place for boba tea, whenever I'm craving for one. I have been to both the location (at least that I know of) Scottsdale fashion Square and Chandler Fashion Center.
