Needed a refreshing drink after a fulfilling meal from Smackin Chamorro Grill. Good this was right next door.AMBIANCE:Parking: Plaza parking! Not too bad finding parking.Seating: Inside seating with room for about 20 people. Great for small groups.Vibes: Welcome to Mira Mesa, there's no downtown place really just a lot of plazas to choose from to eat and such. The spot itself is warm and welcoming. I enjoyed the R&B music, the art, and other decor. Great place to hang out and catch up with a friend.FOOD:Okinawa Love (Recommend)Milk tea, caramel mixed with crushes oreos. You have the choice of sweetness. I had it litely sweetened. All in all it was deeelish! CUSTOMER SERVICE:Great! Quick and friendlyTL; DR OVERALL:4 Stars! Found this cute place on yelp. Easy to find with a private parking lot. My daughter and I wanted boba but there are more options like açaí bowls and frozen yogurt with toppings. They also had chess on a few of the tables. Friendly customer service and our drinks were made in a timely manner. I got the lychee slush w/ lychee jellies and my daughter got the crème brûlée hearts. We both agreed that taste was average but cute place and cute cups. Would def try this place out again.

Nice deco, roomy with table and chairs. Plenty of choice for boba tea drink, smoothie as well as frozen yogurt and gelato. Açaí bowl as added bonus. Relax atmosphere and not crowded as in Convoy boba places.

I stopped by this place when I was out mattress shopping on Miramar.It was a very small and cute shop, it had some Kawaii stuff.I was surprised since I thought the menu was very small and limited. I didn't even see the 'basic' toppings listed on the menu but then the lady flipped open the counter cover and they were all there. I think they will in time update their digital menu. I ended up getting the Thai Tea with boba. I was not a fan of the tea itself, it didn't taste as fresh to me. The boba were not soft and chewy either. I more and likely will give this place another shot since I normally try a place more than once until I decide if I'll go back.(unless the first time was super terrible where I know I will not ever go back) I am always willing to try new places in general, but if a boba shop is nearby I'll definitely give it a go.

There are so many options in this cute store for desserts! From boba to puff waffles with açaí- such delicious sweets. The boba itself tasted like it was cooked in brown sugar and made every sip so good. The service is pretty quick, the folks working seem to ensure quality service with each order! Such a great boba and dessert waffle find!

It was my first time in and the friendly barista helped me select a specialty drink, crème brûlée with boba, which was so delicious! Had a great flavor and the boba was super plushie!!!

Boba Love, or more accurately Boba Love 2 since the original is located in Murrieta, has replaced a tanning business in a suite next door to a Guamanian eatery in Miramar. With the word 'Love' in its name, the first thing that struck me about the interior was a lot of red, pink, and orchid colors. There were plenty of stuffed animals on display and even a social media friendly wall of red roses. A worker was busy in the back kitchen washing dishes and glassware when I walked in. He didn't approach the service counter until another set of customers arrived after me.There were three menu screens, the first of which featured five acai bowls and an acai smoothie. The middle screen listed the smoothies, hot drinks, and protein drinks. The final flat panel contained the fruit teas, milk teas, and specialty drinks. I have an affinity for fruit teas so this time I selected a Dragon Fruit variety with boba added for $0.70. The drink came as a pink liquid to match the themed decor of the shop. The regular sweetness was fine with my palate while the pearls were cooked to a soft degree.Only a few tables were available for inside seating, and they were well spaced apart. Along the back wall were two self-service frozen yogurt machines. Fro yo wasn't even an item on any of the menus so I cannot comment on the price per ounce. Overall, my Boba Love experience was positive enough for a four star rating.

Awesome place. Friendly and welcoming. My wife keeps making us come back and I can see why. This place will definitely be our go to place from now on.
