Boba Gem Tea House

Really always enjoyed coming here till tonight ! The girlTaking orders had a bad attitude all cuzI pre ordered a drink and wanted a lid on it instead of it being sealed to go !! That nasty attitude cost you your tip ! I love my ube foam drinks here and I travel afar toCome so adjust the bad attitude ' it's just makes it a bad experience ! We all just wanna come and have a good drink without the nasty I hate my job and place attitude! Your face is very telling !!

Came here since we were in the area and had heard good things. Street side parking. It shares a space with a little Vietnamese restaurant.The drinks were super refreshing and the boba was a good texture as well. There was plenty of seating and board games to check out. They also offer a discount if you show your student ID! Can definitely see how this place would be popular with college kids.

Update:Came here 2 more times and once again we were not disappointed. The classic milk tea with ube foam is the BOMB!!!The new yakult series is delicious and refreshing. We tried mango, which was my favorite and pineapple that was also very good. Great for those who love bubbles. Taro tea with ube foam was also creamy and delicious. There are plenty of seats and the wait was not long.

Came here while I was visiting Seattle and had a craving for boba! I got a black sugar milk tea with lychee jelly and it hit the spot. I got less ice but also less sweet and it was the perfect combo. This place was solid but also nothing outstanding.

Super cute and aesthetic boba shop (but aren't they all?)! I love how it's a great place to hang out with friends. Service is relatively fast. The drinks are quite tasty - had the mango drink.

Check out boba gem for delicious boba tea with perfectly cooked boba pearls and and a great seating area to catch up with friends or chill by yourself. My friend and I had their taro milk team with Ube cold foam and I must say, while the drink was delicious and a beautiful purple color, the cold foam had a very slight bitter aftertaste, I think it's a very slight thing to catch, not enough to ruin the drink but still a flavor that I noticed. I would happily visit Boba gem again seeing as their drink was still delicious and service was speedy and great!

The place I wanted to go to was temp. closed due to some issues. Fortunately I stumbled upon this place and it really is a gem :) The boba shop is located inside a restaurant.I got the Taro Milk Tea w/ Ube Foam (less ice, 80% sugar). It is different from other taro milk teas that I have had, but it was really good! The foam was also delicious! I could really taste the flavors and the drink was really creamy! The drink was a little too sweet for me though, so would probably lower the sweetness level.The place was cute. Plenty of seating. There was also games to play. The workers were friendly!

No complaints. I love when boba places have board games and the ones here are all good quality not like the ones that are all missing things. if you're trying to find it and you're looking on yelp because you're lost, go into mama viets kitchen. Have a blessed day!

At around 9:36, we called to see if we can still can still order if we were arrived by 9:48, the lady was saying yes we could. Everything was just fine, by ordering all four drinks. The lady was really nice. While we waiting for the drinks, a man had came up to us to tell us to leave, it's around 10pm. We told him that we were waiting for our drinks to be done. After the drinks were picked up, we tried to get some napkins because the drinks was leaking, tried to clean up. The man came up again, "you need to leave!" And kicked us out by hurrying. The attitude was too bad! Never come here ever again! Jasmine green milk tea was fine, but the Mangonada slush was not good, Taro milk tea with Ube foam was great, and the match milk tea was fine.

Came on a busy Sunday and there were only two workers. Despite the business, the main lady making drinks was moving extremely slow and only turning out one drink every few minutes. It would have made more sense for the other lady at the counter to periodically stop taking orders and help caught up on the backlog. It took 45 minutes to get our drinks, will not come again.
