Friendly, hard working owners. Quick service and home-y like sandwiches.I couldn't have anything too heavy so I wanted the "Milano" but simplified to just tomato, cheese and lettuce. I was pretty bummed out they still charged me the full $8.75 for just a tiny sandwich of 3 ingredients. Overall, this is a great option if you work in the building and want a drink, sandwich or quick bite!

Quick bite to eat. Grabbed a chicken salad, which was reasonably pricey for the size. Owners are so friendly, hard working and fast.

Small Mom and Pop deli with a good selection of sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. I love their Panini sandwiches in particular! Great spot to have lunch if you're in the area. One other thing, they also serve Caffe Vita coffee.

Boathouse deli is short walk If you work/live in the block 900 -2200 Westlake Ave N.. There is indoor and outdoor sitting area. Not only is this a deli, but it's a small convenience store too. Food is good for what is offered.Oh yeah coffee drinkers can get their caffeine fix here too. Paul makes some strong espressos. (Milks and soy based)

Paul at Boathouse Deli (On the Mark) is a lunch time success each and every time I go there. I usually stick to a few favorites and if the line is really long he will call out down the line to get orders started while he takes care of ringing. This is one of those places where they know your name and ask about your co-workers and deliver a delicious variety of options. A fully stocked cooler of drinks and a section for the sweet tooth in all of us. Can't go wrong to head this way for lunch!

It's noon at work -- time for lunch! You mull over the possibilities for food. Should I trek to China Harbor? Ewww, uh no. Pasta Fresca for their pasta/pizza bar? That Sushi place up the Hill? Rock Salt? McCormick & Shmicks? Walk even further to splurge at Daniel's Broiler? Nah, there may be a plethora of choices along Westlake Ave N. along Lake Union to eat -- but 4 out of 5 times, I'm gonna walk a few feet out the door of our office to the lobby, and eat at the Boathouse Deli. The beloved deli is like eating at mom's for lunch. She's got her specialty Tuna Melt with onions and cheddar that she makes very, very well. Then there is the standard two soups or chili selections, which are all very good. Then there are the daily specials for each day of the week -- spicy chicken teriyaki, taco salad, spaghetti with meatballs, and so it goes. It's everything you could ask for for the neighborhood deli for lunch. Consistent, good food -- made by a VERY nice family. And Paul, at the register seems to know EVERYONE on a first name basis. The sandwiches are very good, and range in selection all over, from a delicious club with avocado, to a panini-style grilled sandwich with Italian meats. They also serve a full range of breakfast items, my favorite being the egg-cheddar-bacon muffin sandwich -- with onion, of course! You gotta love this deli. You just HAVE to. The only criticism I can really give, is that the specials are maybe a little TOO predictable. I think it works as a marketing strategy for the deli, as people know exactly what to expect on what day. And come noon, sometimes the line can get very long, spanning out the door, and the 12 or so tables fill up quick. But order service is quick, as is food service, especially considering there are only usually the husband and wife working. They always accommodate my special requests -- and rarely, if ever, get the order wrong. What more could you ask for from the local deli/hangout? If you frequent one of the many other local delis or restaurants in the area (and there are many), you should drop in and give this one a try.NOTE: The signs say this is the "Boathouse Deli", but I actually think it's official name is "On the Mark Deli". Don't quote me on that. But I'll make two entries, just in case. Oh, and look...for that stunt, I get an extra "first to review"! I am one sneaky bastard, aren't I? ;pPROS: JUST LIKE VISITING MOM FOR LUNCH -- GOOD AND COMFORTABLE. GOOD VARIETY OF FOOD. GOOD LUNCH SPACE. FRIENDLY SERVICE.CONS: MAYBE A LITTLE TOO CONSISTENT WITH SPECIALS.

This is a small little convenience shop with a deli counter serving up food made to order. I stopped in before a nearby appointment for a croissant sandwich and a hot tea. The gentleman working the counter was polite and seemed to have a good rapport with other regular customers that came in while I waited. My sandwich was hot, with freshly scrambled eggs and gooey cheese and thinly sliced ham that didn't slide out when trying to take a bite. Overall I wouldn't say it's a destination by any means, but worth a stop if you're in the area and looking for a quick bite.

The perfect place for a quick work lunch! Great portion size, friendly staff, and super convenient. The menu has as variety of items that don't necessarily make sense to all be sold at the same place but I have yet to have a bad meal!

We have been going to this little deli for a while now, every time I go to my Chiropractor upstairs. Our entire family loves their burgers. We always pick up dinner, and sometimes food for lunch the next day to go from here. Paul has always been a very nice man and we were happy to get our monthly burger fix from him. I also love the Tuscany Panini sandwiches. I recently saw a (probably old) menu for them that seems to have a lot more items on it that I thought the deli menu had so I will have to ask him about it. With this Covid Era, I am sure many places have had to trim down their menu selections. I look forward to going here next month!

Not only is the Boathouse Deli an excellent place to stop and get lunch, but it's unique in that there isn't much to choose from along Westlake Avenue North. Paul, the owner, and his wife are always accommodating when I have made special requests.Whether you want stir fry, teriyaki, a salad, sandwich, or soup, the Deli always fits the bill. It's not a sit down restaurant - it's a deli. And as far as delis go, it's hard to beat. It's always stocked with bars, beer, wine, ice, etc. as well.
