My BF and I got lunch here while being in Seattle. We ordered the 3 tacos. I got mine as Al Pastor Pork and my BF got Carnitas (Not pictured). They were absolutely delicious. We will for sure be coming back.

The lady was rude & for us to be coming for the first time her customer service was horrible. I ordered a bowl as I thought & it looks like a kids meal to me & my co worker has the bigger plate which was a seafood platter. Food is great & a little on the salty side & my meat was cooked a little to long , but service was horrible. I won't be retuning anytime soon.

Small portions for the price. $13+ before tip for a taco platter consisting of two tacos, rice and beans. You can spend the same amount of money at one of the numerous taco trucks in the SODO area and have a plate overfilled with food. I guess you gotta pay more since this is a brick and mortar establishment. Parking is convenient since they have a lot plus adjacent lots across the street. BUT parking can be limited during busy lunch hours, so be warned. Service is pretty good with amble seating both indoors and out. Flavor wise it's pretty basic Mexican food you can find anywhere in Washington. I left fairly hungry for the money I paid.

I was going back and forth contemplating whether to give two or three stars. I have decided to go with two for the following reasons. Blue Water is literally diagonally across from my job so it is definitely convenient for breakfast burritos or lunch. It has a small, really cute, bright interior with a chalkboard menu. Definitely not a place for groups! I was skeptical about giving Blue Water a try because of their 3 star rating. When I walked in, I was not welcomed. I stood around for a minute trying to figure out which end I was supposed to order at until finally one of the employees spoke up. He was very short with me and spent the time joking and laughing with his coworker instead of engaging with me, the customer. I was able to watch them make my food which was cool, but I noticed how small the portions were for the price and was not impressed AT ALL. The rice was soggy and overcooked as well as flavorless. The carne asada (the very little bit that was in my burrito) had good flavor. I also ordered a side of chips. I was expecting fresh, warm, homemade chips, but instead got the bottom of the barrel chips pulled from a tin .They were soooo salty (and i love salt) and stale! I didn't finish them. For a small burrito, can of coke and small chips, I paid $12. I just didn't think it was worth it for the portions, low quality food and the level of customer service. They do offer punch cards for breakfast and lunch but I did not take one on this visit. I will probably give them another shot in the future to see if my experience will change my review. Then maybe, depending in how it goes, I may take a punch card.

Had a quick lunch here while working in the area. I wish they invested as much in the quality of their food as they did in the decoration of the restaurant. I think folks just go here due to the limited options in that area.I ordered a "shredded beef" burrito and ended up with some kind of ground meat that looked like it came out of a low-budget cafeteria. The meat had no flavor and the burrito was soggy. The rest of the experience was equally bland.

Very expensive for so little food. Quality of the ingredients was not worth $$. Food prep lady service was subpar, but give an extra star for the nice cashier guy! Definitely will not be back.

Did not like this place. The meat was burnt and there wasn't much of it. There's potential, they just need to step it up.

I work down the street from Blue Water Taco Grill. Ok, maybe like .7 miles. Close enough. Walking distance, yea.Sometimes in charge of ordering lunch for everyone (depending on whether it's my project or not) I will order from here. These guys are quick, friendly and happy to deliver. There's only been one time so far they have been unable to deliver and I had to make a quick pickup run (order the day before and you can get a delivery time scheduled). Their food is always fresh and on time. They also go out of their way to accommodate dietary restrictions and pay close attention to detail. I enjoy their guac, it's zingy!Shoutout to Jose for being so awesome!!

I wasn't expecting such great food and service! We were in the Sodo district on May 5th. Decided Mexican food was called for and we dropped into Blue Water. The food was fast, fresh, tasty and hardy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a deluxe chicken burrito. It was well filled, and I was very impressed with the tasty big chunks of chicken. The beans were deliciously creamy. I loved the flavor of the hot salsa, though it could have been hotter for my taste. My other had a chicken plate with corn tortillas on the side and some chips. Again, a generous portion and very much enjoyed. We will definitely cpme back!

What a joke, I ordered a breakfast burrito, turns out to be the world's smallest burrito if you can even call it that. Save your money!
