Blue Water Seafood Market & Grill at Petco Park

Food we ordered was not fresh and we didn't appreciated the taste. The services is just mediocre and servers were not experts on menu. The restaurant is big but quiet enough when we were dining. The quality of experience is not worth to pay $$.

If you're looking for a fresh seafood market for a quick lunch right on the beach, look no further! We came here after an afternoon on the beach and we're pleasantly surprised with this market. Ambiance: when you walk in, menus are placed on the wall for you to look at prior to ordering. When ready, just order from the counter, take your number and have a seat at any outdoor table available. What we ordered: oysters on the half shell: MP so they were a bit expensive for the size of them. They were very small (I'm not sure where the oysters were caught) but easily could have gotten a dozen vs. the half ordered.Salad: I got a salad and just ordered the fish on the side. All salads come with your choice of 6oz fish. Salad was a bit expensive at $23 but was very fresh and tasty with the homemade dressing.Ahi Sashimi: great portion of fish and the entire platter with rice was delicious Overall: great spot right on the beach, a little expensive if you're ordering MP fish but overall a great stop for some fresh seafood.

Blue Water Seafood in San Diego has been featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives by my patron saint, Guy Fiery, and for good reason. This place serves some of the freshest seafood tacos I've had. We tried their award winning "Track Taco" with shrimp, Maui onion, and mango slaw along with their snapper taco. Both were immaculately crafted with fresh seafood and were among the best tacos we had in San Diego. This joint brought me to flavortown for sure.

It was shocking to have a shrimp taco and a mahi-mahi taco and they were the best we have ever eaten.....best food at Petco Park!!

I'm not usually a sea food lover or fish eater but this place is beyond so delicious Tried their tacos fish and ships and the fried calamari sandwich everything was so yummy

Blue Water has really fresh fish cooked to order or packaged to take home and grill or bake yourself. Their fish and chips are really good. They are always crowded and there can be a wait if you want to eat there because they are small and don't have very many tables. We often get our order to go.

First of all over, there's tacos (shrimp) are not listed on there menus and the price is beyond ridiculous and not worth the quality of restaurant type tacos..! I payed almost thirty dollars for three grill jumbo shrimps in each tacos of three which the favor was horrible and to overbearingly sweet from there home made relish... Also, just only three bites or maybe four at the most but definitely "not" worth the penny I spent on these tacos...! I should of known when they are not listed and the premium tacos (halibut) that are listed are all out ... "Blue Water Seafood Market and Grill" definitely hooked and sinker me into buying poor quality tacos at Petco Park .... Never ever again will I buy "restaurant" so call "premium tacos" at Petco Park from these local businesses... If the quality is this "BAD", I can only imagine how worst it can be at their restaurants..!?! Beware Consumers...! Do Make better decisions where you eat and buy your seafoods from because quality and taste means everything especially when your money doesn't grow on trees..!
