Stopped by & grabbed a poke bowl for my eldest daughter. Tried the 2nd location I believe the 1st one is on East Plaza blvd in National city. She's ordered before alot from National city. This spot is North Park located on the south west corner of El Cajon Blvd & Kansas st in a little small strip mall across from jack in the box. Where Subway use to be for many years. Sits next to City Dragon Chinese restaurant. Parking is limited due to laundromat in same area. Inside was clean & quite & the service was good. The gentleman assisting with the order was very informative & explained the pokerito my friend was interested in. Ordered :Regular size Poke bowl with a mixed green base with ahi Tuna, salmon, and spicy tuna, avocado, cucumber, krab salad, white onions, Chipotle Mayo, cilantro lime, sesame oil, Seaweed flakes, Seaweed salad, cilantro and ginger. And she was pleased with the portions size for regular size bowl. And will only be able to eat a small amount She really likes the location & will look into going there again.

We went here because they "accidentally" sent us the 50% off happy birthday deal coupon. Before we placed our order we told them about it, showed the screenshot and said we're good.So we ordered 3 medium bowls and ended up paying about $75 and said that the birthday deal was a mistake and instead they'll just give a free cookie - just one. By the way, it was really our birth month and we even showed our ID but they said "it's no showing up on their member account."The food and service was just okay.

There's no shortage of poke shops in San Diego and Blue Poke has now entered the scene! Blue Poke offers "chipotle style" poke- a build your bowl method. The first time I went, I had a very solid bowl, but the second time, the quality wavered a little and they were out of a few items. Regardless, the bowls here seem to be pretty solid and I like the large variety of toppings to choose from. Don't be turned away from coming here because of parking. It's pretty easy in this area because there's a lot right in front and if it's full, you can usually find a spot nearby!

Definitely one of, if not, the best Poke shop I've tried. The place is clean. The ingredients are always fresh and very tasty. I can barely finish the small size bowl. The portions are great for the price. They have more options in bases, proteins and toppings than other places. Build you own bowl style so you can get exactly what you want. I love the ahi tuna, spicy tuna and grilled salmon or shrimp. They have a Chipotle spicy mayo that is delicious. I definitely recommend trying this place out! Luz helped me out and she was the sweetest! I'll definitely be returning!

I have been here a few times and every single time, the food is always amazing. I love being able to customize my own bowls and I especially love that they have so many options that you could add for both toppings and protein choice. I always get a large because I can never make up my mind on what proteins to get, so why not have 4 kinds in my bowl lol. When getting toppings, some do come at an additional cost, so make sure you look to see which ones do cost extra and which ones do not.In addition to the food being delicious whenever I visit, the staff are always really nice and helpful. I also like the vibe of the place too -- it is always clean and bright with colorful murals on the wall.

I've been here a few times now and they are consistently great! You pick your base, protein, and toppings, so it's quick and very efficient. We both got the salmon, yellowtail, and tuna! If you choose yellowtail or add avocado or mango, those are extra charges, fyi. My hubby isn't a fan of poke, but enjoyed his bowl for the first time! I'm glad they have another location that's closer to us as well.

I recently ordered from Blue Poke through GrubHub, so I can't comment on the in-person service, but the food was superb. I got the three protein bowl with two helpings of Ahi and one serving of spicy tuna. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the spicy tuna had just the right amount of spice. I mistakenly selected mixed greens instead of rice, which was a bit disappointing, but that's on me. Despite that, it still tasted great. I added edamame, cucumbers, carrots, avocado, and their hot Blue Poke sauce. I couldn't have asked for a better poke bowl - well, except for having rice, but again, that was my mistake. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

Seriously delicious and fresh poke in San Diego! Obsessed with their fire poke sauce! All the proteins I ordered were so delicious - tuna, salmon & octopus. Friendly & fast service! Clean and cute space with good amount of seating. Parking lot right outside.

These people were awesome! I sent my parter who never knows how to order my bowls. He saw him struggling trying to explain all the options so they guy was kind enough to take my order by speaker phone. I ordered a small bowl and added spicy crab, ahí tuna, and spicy tuna. The bowl had a good portion and everything was nice and fresh. I would definitely suggest ordering in person so can you play with different sauce options. This was the perfect fix to my sushi craving. Def not the same as sushi but it's a really good way to satisfying that craving.

I tried the winter special Shrimp Tempura and it was good!! The tempura is perfectly cooked, light and crispy on the outside and warm and tender inside, so so good!! They also have standard seafood options like tuna, salmon, scallops as well as plant-based options like vegan tuna and tofu. The service is good, everyone is nice and accommodating. It's a casual ambiance. Most people order to go or DoorDash their bowl because parking is really hard there.
