Our first visit to Blue Moon Waterfront Grille was a pleasant surprise, especially considering we live nearby and didn't even know it was there! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and seated us immediately, which was great since we were all hungry. After placing our order, the food arrived incredibly fast, and it was clear that everything was prepared fresh. I ordered the catfish, and it was hands down the best I've ever had--and I've eaten a lot of catfish! Our picky daughter even enjoyed her meal, which is always a challenge. The waterfront view made for a relaxing dining experience, and the music added a nice touch without being overwhelming. The outdoor seating gave us a beautiful view of the lake, adding to the overall ambiance. This spot has a charming "hidden gem" vibe, and we loved how it made us feel like we were far from the city, even though it's right in our neighborhood. If you enjoy seafood, especially catfish, Blue Moon is a must-visit. The atmosphere, the food, and the service make it a restaurant worth returning to!

Ambiance and service was fine... Sadly, the food and beverages has gone totally downhill! I would not recommend ordering a mixed drink. Stick with beer or wine. Key lime pie had zero taste. Our oyster-poboys had six small, over cooked, chewy oysters. The sauce was tangy and bitter.... Our appetizer, calamari, had no taste either... it's like everything was thawed straight out of a freezer. Quickly cooked and served. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.

Service and Atmosphere 10/10. Everyone was great and I enjoyed sitting outside by the water. The reason I'm giving Blue Moon 3 stars is because the food is just average for the prices. We got the calamari - they were okay. Not the best/not the worst. The sweet potato fries were a little salty and the burger was meh, average. I got the fajita bowl with mahi mahi which was pretty good - pricey, but good. Overall, the vibes are spot on. Perfect summer spot to sit by the water. However, just know the food is not stellar.

Came here on a whim after looking for a place nearby. It was cool outside so sat out under the sails. Plenty of seating outside and in. Staff was very nice and attentive. Got the kahlua and cream French toast with a side of eggs. French toast was delicious and would definitely recommend. The scrambled eggs on the other hand were not good. I don't know if they were made from powdered eggs or were just old, but they were rubbery and had no flavor. I'll stick to the French toast next time.

I go here often and it's such a peaceful experience. The view is beautiful of the water and boats. The food is delicious and the people that work there, from food, service, to the one behind the bar are the BEST...One of my favorite places to eat, drink, and hang out.

I got the blackened Mahi Mahi and the remoulade sauce on the bed of yellow rice was fresh and delicious! The 3 Cheese Mac n Cheese was also superb! The best part is the amazing view you get of the water while you're eating. The staff members are also very attentive.

Also had the Po Boy (not on menu with catfish) and love it too! Great atmosphere and service. Chelsea was delightful. All The staff were helpful when asked for something extra. Ended with the famous Bush Wacker! Yum!!!

This is the perfect spot when the weather is nice. Go sit on their large patio, watch the sun set and drink a bushwacker. You can watch as ducks fly over, boats come in for the night and watch planes taking off or landing nearby at John C Tune Airport. It's very peaceful here. Families and date nights alike- this is a good spot for you. If you're looking for a healthy menu, they do have a few options, but we did not try those. The Goods:- free parking in the large lot at the marina- service was excellent. Our server was very attentive. - food was freshly made to order but came out extremely fast - food was really tasty! - Bushwacker (icy chocolatey boozy drink) for the winHere's what we ordered:- Fried cheese curds - we got them "plain" which means they weren't dipped in buffalo sauce. A side of ranch and also marinara are provided and let me tell you- this dish was a delight. So good!- Mahi Mahi Tacos- yum! This dish comes with 2 tacos (you can add a third for $6) and some delicious sauce made with ranch. Also a side that's mixed with black beans & yellow rice. All very good. - French Fries - so crispy with a hint of seasoning and a lot of salt. Just how I like them!- Fried Coconut Shrimp - didn't love that sauce they come with but the shrimp were SO GOOD! The Not So Goods:- You do have to take a ramp from the parking lot to get to the restaurant. I'm not handicap, but I would imagine this ramp might be a little difficult for someone who is. - They don't allow pets on the patio so keep your furry friends at home. I'd love to bring my dog but this isn't a reason to keep me away. - take a jacket or sweatshirt if you sit by the water. It can get chilly. Love that this place is within walking distance in my neighborhood. We will be back!

Relaxing atmosphere next to the water. Food is great with some of the best catfish in town. Drink a Blue Moon or try one of their signature cocktails while you relax by the water. It's 5 o'clock somewhere.

Tucked away on the west side of Nashville. Enjoyable outdoor dining right on the water. Went for Sunday brunch and enjoyed our meal. I ordered biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were a little overdone and tough to break apart at times. Gravy was flavorful and potato's were great! My partner ordered eggs Benedict. Overall decent, poached eggs were not runny. Service was good and attentive! Truly enjoy the spot for good service and environment. Great spot to get drinks and sit outdoors.
