This place is such a gem in Magnolia. The staff is so friendly! It is a small business place where locals frequent and they greet you and know you when you walk in the door. The coffee is good, the sandwiches are delicious! Highly recommend the Bada Bing or the T.B.A.S. This is my husband and I's Friday afternoon go to spot for lunch and it never gets old. Highly recommend!

I got the Friday special which is a roast beef sandwich and clam chowder. It's pretty good! They greeted me with a warm smile and the ambiance is of a cozy cafe. Definitely come here for the vibes and good grub!

I've gone to this place for a very long time. The price is a bit high, but the quality of the food is always on point. Family owned, so I will always support this place. There's also a little espresso shop there conveniently for you to get your morning coffee.My go to is the badabing supreme.

The area where this restaurant is located is a blessing. Staff serve with sincerity and love. When you enter the door of the store, you will be greeted with a warm welcome. I eat love today and leave. First time? Ask chef's favorite sandwich!

Grace is the owner of this gem of a sandwich shop located in Magnolia and she's been slinging sammies for the better part of a long long time. The Bada Bing is my goto sandwich, but you know what's even better? ... Being recognized the moment you walk in the door. As a small business owner, I admire the work ethic and commitment to community people like Grace add to the neighborhood. Support small, people. Support small people too, but that's another matter altogether. And it helps that she and her family make some of the best sandwiches in town. Thank you, Grace:)

What a great little family sandwich shop! My partner and I were looking for a quick lunch spot, and Blue Heron was perfect. He got the french dip, and he loved it. The au jus that the sandwich came with was super flavorful, and the bread was super soft. I got the TBAS (turkey, bacon, avocado, swiss), and I loved it. The bread toasted just the right amount so it was toasted but didn't cut up the top of my mouth, and they let you pick the type of bread and whether you want tomato and lettuce. All of the staff were so sweet. Some obnoxious karen came in and picked up her sandwich and told them to remake it because it wasn't toasted. For the record, the sandwich she ordered is a cold sandwich but she was like I don't care my son wants it toasted (eyeroll). The staff were super nice and accommodating to her even when they didn't need to be, which is just a testament to how great they are.

What an amazing little gem, in the great community of Magnolia! Stopped in for a coffee and was so happy to see they served lunch and breakfast. I had a breakfast croissant and white chocolate mocha, both were absolutely fantastic. The owner is a sweet lady who was so welcoming and warm. Definitely will be coming here every time I'm in the area.
