Blue Burro - Lemon Grove

The burrito was on point! The meat was very well seasoned. And the agua was very delicious. I prefer the red salsa. Will be coming back for this same meal. Also the manager is hospitable.

Blue Burro shares the space with The Buffalo Spot, so there were some of the same items on the menu, like the shakes!The blue horchata caught my eye, but it was a bit too sweet for me. I had to try their famous rolled tacos, which were loaded with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, cheese, salsa fresca, and Cotija cheese. It was good, but it's one of those items that you have to finish right away or it'll get soggy. The quesadilla was huge, but had too much salsa for my liking.

Blue Burro is great for some quick Mexican food. They have all of the usual taco shop options. Everything is made fresh to order. We tried the carne asada breakfast burrito and added pico de gallo. It doesn't come with potatoes which I actually prefer. Lots of egg and meat. We also got the surf and turf chips which were great. Their carne asada is seasoned perfectly. Their secret sauce they use is sooo good. Service is so friendly. They can get pretty busy here. Saw tons of phone and delivery orders. So definitely call ahead of time! They have lots of seating and the place is really clean, so dining in is nice as well. Highly recommend this spot!

Saw an instagram video about this place and living so close to it we had to try it. We ordered the carne asada fries and a Ferrero rocher milkshake.The good: The fries were amazing, they were crunchy and cook through. The meat was good. The milkshake was amazing definitely a 10/10 on that! The okay: the guacamole could have used more flavored, it tasted bland. The green and red sauce need more heat and to be thicker. Parking sucks but It didn't take away from my scoreOverall it was a enjoyable and we will try something new.

Great place! They have a little bit of something for everyone. Hubby got the carne asade quesadilla, kids got regular tacos and the 3 rolled tacos. Definitely try until blue horchata!!

First time here and had such a great experience! Andres was very sweet and attentive and made sure we were taken care of when we dined in. The food was delicious and def loved every item we ordered. The blue horchata was a hit and a must try since it's known for their place.

Blue Burro is a Mexican restaurant serving up all the typical favorites like burritos, tacos, quesadillas, fries & chips. This place has some of the best shakes too! We got the choco banana - they use real bananas for a real creamy delicious treat. We also tried their delicious signature blue horchata. We were thrilled they also serve beer, so we shared one over our lunch!We also tried:Surf & Turf QuesadillaCampechana Burrito They make everything fresh to order, and they get a ton of to-go and delivery orders.But between you and me? GO DINE IN!! That way you can enjoy a milkshake and beer with your food!

If the Blue Burro wants to make their Burro's their bread and butter, they will need to improve on them. I had the bacon breakfast burrito with out the french fries. I prefer regular potatoes in my burritos. I still have not bought into the who putting French Fries inside a burrito.At any rate, the burrito had good length but not enough girth. The eggs were well scrambled but needed to me seasoned. The bacon was lacking in the burrito but tasty. I thought the burrito needed a little more eggs and bacon. I was disappointed with the shredded cheese. It was not thoroughly melted and its coldness lowered temp of the burrito inside. As a result, I asked them to put it on the hot griddle for a bit to help melt that cheese and get the burrito to a proper temp. I really think they should put all their burritos on the hot griddle for a bit after they are rolled to help not only to crisp up and brown the flour tortilla, but to also help keep the burritos together. I liked the green hot sauce but not the red. The green hot sauce had a good balance of acidity and a touch of sourness and a subtle heat, but the red hot sauce was just to sweet for my taste. They fancy themselves with their Blue Horchata, and it is good. The young lady at the counter, who was super sweet, gave me a taster of their aguas, and the blue horchata was quite good. I really liked the cucumber water too.

They put big blocks of unshredded cheese on top of my carne fries. and i called them and told the manager and all the manager said was that they shred their own shredded cheese and that i can just put it in the microwave to melt the blocks of cheese. and i told him this is not what it's about, it's about how your employees prepare the food and send it out! And then i had to tell the employee who i was speaking with over the phone if i could speak with the manager twice! like really?!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Everytime I order from this place the order is wrong. What's the issue?
