Blu Burger Grille

I can't express enough how wonderful this place really is. On this day, I tried the beef sliders. The sliders were close to the best for me in city. Here's why: ratio to meat, bun, and flavor. Nailed it! Of course, I built my own. Bleu cheese crumbles, chipotle mayo, and lettuce. I also got roasted jalapenos!Nothing was skipped on. I could taste and see everything I added to my sliders. Okay, to the Truffle fries. Amazing! I did my food dance as soon as those flavors touched my pallet. Everything was fantastic per usual. There hasn't been anything here that I tried I didn't love. Keep up the 5 star food and service!Service is always pleasant and seamless for me.

We have ordered from here before and decided to give Blu Burger Grille another chance. We had never eaten inside before. The interior is nice and clean and the service was pretty friendly. We had an older woman whose name I forgot. We started with Chicken Wings and the Calamari. The Wings were really crunchy and hot but I wouldn't get the Calamari again-- it was pretty chewy and tasted either old or frozen. We ended up not eating it. I wouldn't ever get that dish from here again. For entrees we got some burgers. I got a BYO grass-fed burger on a pretzel bun, which was pretty tasty. The fries on the side were crispy and the aioli was the perfect addition. My parents enjoyed their burgers and my Dad loved the coleslaw. We ended with 2 gelato scoops, which were creamy and definitely house-made. Not a bad place overall-- I'd consider coming back.

Our group of six took the drive North to eat at Blu Burger. Even though the restaurant is not a large building they were able to accommodate us on the patio. It was a great evening to sit on the patio. Service was excellent all the way around. From the Hostess stand to our waiter, Brayden they all were very attentive and pleasant.Our group ordered a variety of different burgers. As a Professor of Meat Science, Blu Burger starts with high quality ground beef, hand presses the burgers, and cooks to perfection. We had a couple requests of Medium and the burgers were perfectly cooked.It is no wonder they have one best burger in Valley 15 years in a row.What a perfect end to the meal as the sun sets in the West!

This is a great spot with delicious food. While there can be short wait times, it's worth it. The drinks are enjoyable, and the outdoor seating is a perfect addition for milder weather. It definitely delivers on the promise of a casual dining experience.

Walking in I saw a sign that said "15 time winner of the best burger" and I had high hopes. Perhaps we came on an off day. I ordered their signature Blu Burger, medium rare. It was definitely over cooked, but not terribly so. The bacon, however, was a limp mess. Combined with the overcooked onions, it made for an in enjoyable texture experience. Service was friendly and fast.

I found this place on recommendation of a friend. BBG is tucked away in a strip mall.There is an outdoor dining area, which is nice, during the cooler months. Obviously when it's 115° in the shade...the three of us dined inside. The hostess seated us immediately.BBG offers all sorts of specials, as well as happy hour pricing. There is a full bar... I ordered their pear. It was cool and refreshing and not too sweet. My friends ordered tea.They have a great salad options and sandwiches too. The menu has gluten-free options. There are options to substitute burger patties for chicken breasts. All three of us ordered burgers with sweet potato fries. Our burgers were cooked to order and we're perfect. The patties were juicy and flavorful. My son loved his pretzel bun. The portions were good sized and we were too full for dessert. As we walked out, I noticed the gelato bar. They even make gelato martinis. I will have to make sure to leave room next time..As I mentioned, in the beginning of this review, there is a patio for outdoor seating. I was happy to see a sign on the way out, it's dog friendly.

Absolutely fell in love with Blu! Exceptional everything! Been a few times recently and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of it all! Kind of an end of a strip mall location, but don't let that fool you!

Blu Burger Grille, in my opinion has the best burgers in all of Phoenix metro. Everything about the burger is your choice, the type of bread, the type of meat, how it is cooked (finally a place where I can actually get a medium rare burger) the toppings as well as the sauce.

Rarely do we ever get dessert, but as we were sitting at the bar you couldn't miss the delectable gelato station. We each had a scoop at the end of our meal....I had mint chocolate chip and he had the sea salt Carmel truffle....bon appétit!!! This was only our 2nd time to Blu Burger and it didn't disappoint! I made my own burger with the Kobe beef and fries and Hubs ordered an American burger from the menu with sweet potato fries. No pics of the burgers as we were starving, however they were delicious!! Great service from the bar staff, manager, and hostess...they truly work as a team as they were packed. We were both impressed with the sweet potato fries....super yum! It's a nice spot with a patio off the parking lot, bar seats, and interior tables/booths. Definitely worth the drive!

We had another delicious meal here!! Service is always great, food arrives promptly & hot. and the quality is always outstanding!! We are cutting our calories so we shared this time and left fully satisfied!!
