Blu Berry Frozen Yogurt

A really great spot to grab some frozen yogurt! Most of the flavors were gluten free and they had several low fat and dairy free options. It's a nice family friendly place and located in a nice area of town surrounded by other shops. Prices are reasonable and the service was great! Perfect for a Friday night out in Silverdale.

This froyo place has a decent selection of flavors, and toppings. It's my number one source for A Disneyland Dole Whip. The pineapple is dairy free and always on rotation.5 stars could be earned by a more helpful staff. (offer taste test, recommend flavor and topping combinations) Also several times I've been there the machine won't pump out or it's too runny.Not too big a deal because there's always something else to enjoy, but that's how you'd get five stars outta me.

I was terribly disappointed to discover that they no longer offer free tap water. The only water you can get is to buy a bottle of Kirkland brand water for 50 cents. I know of no other restaurant in the area that does that. How unfriendly! Next time, maybe I'll bring a paper cup in my purse and get water from the bathroom! Not because I can't afford it, it's the principle of the matter.

* I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this is worth noting (seems like others have had the same experience)Our first visit here was not great due purely to the customer service. The space is clean and they have a good array of flavors. BUT the lady working the front was extremely rude and seemed to hate that we even walked in to patronize the establishment. We asked about the toppings and she put out her hand and said she had to do it... which is fine because, you know, germs. But she then kept trying to shove the container back in our hands after each topping and made us feel bad for wanting any at all (we have kids and toppings are part of the fun).We vowed never to return... but after about a year, we decided to give it another chance. Same lady, same attitude. Never again :/

Okay with comfy seats and 90s music. But the service is awful. I was with someone who struggles with social interaction due to a disorder and they were extremely rude and abrupt to them as well as a curtly dismissed them. It was awful I would highly recommend retraining your employees to be more sensitive and patient.

Staff seemed friendly, good variety of flavors. Had a lot of seating indoors and outside. Little pricey for what I'm used to but it's the only frozen yogurt near Silverdale.

So good! I'm from Cali so this is the closest I get to yogurland or tuttii frutii. You can ask for little sample cups to try and frozen yogurt and they give you a little punch/stamp card.

This yogurt place was super clean and refreshing for a hot @ss day. Since I have a hard time with dairy I could only get dairy free yogurt but unfortunately they only had 2 options of non dairy :/They give you mini cups to try out the samples so I took advantage of that LOL Ok so then the toppings they have so many to choose from but be careful how much stuff you put in your yogurt cup because it will leave you in shock once you pay kinda like how I was at the end. I would come back again maybe on another above 90 degrees kinda day. Enjoy my pics:)

Delicious frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. I especially liked the cleanliness of the place, as well as the offered hand sanitizer and glove. The suggestion to use them to keep the dispenser handles clean was genius. Especially if you're in line during flu season, like I was!

Decided to give this place another chance because my daughter insisted. I'm glad she did customer service was AWESOME!!! Lady working the toppings was so kind and patient. Didn't rush us at all. I'm coming back for sure!!Frozen yogurt selection good but customer service just ruined the rating. I touched the tong because no one was there and the girl came up and said we do that. I was like okay. She looked annoyed cashier wasn't happy I didn't tip but I didn't care.
