First time coming in and for a 'burger' place I'm saddened that the burger patties were thinner than these tomato slices. The patties were overcooked and was very disappointing--I could find thicker patties at Costco. The service was good and attentive so no hard feelings there, but I can't get over how thin the burger patty was. Even a smash burger is is thicker than this.

I wanted to love this place. Every employee we interacted with was very pleasant and wore a smile. We were seated quickly in the back near the bar. There were 4 of us and we all ordered different burgers hoping to get a nice sample of their selection.I also ordered the BBQ chicken salad.The burgers were fine - nothing special at all, something you'd find at a regular bar & grill that doesn't have any specialties. For this to be a restaurant specializing in burgers, though? Thumbs down. Again, they were fine - but there wasn't anything worth remembering - not the flavor, meat, toppings - nothing. The BBQ chicken salad tasted like a Cisco special, I'll leave it at that.Glad I tried it, but doubt I'll be back.

I thought the burgers were just ok. Hops n Drop burgers are much better. The fries here were very good. Crispy on the outside, hot on the inside. I loved that they had a coke freestyle machine, though they were out of a lot of flavors like cherry.You order at the front and they give you a number. It's self seating. The host was not friendly, but not rude either. He did his job passively and barely passed in my opinion.

We came in on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't that busy. After we ordered everything was out really quick. We got a blueberry splash, Mozzarella sticks, onion petals, pulled pork sandwich and a burger. It was all so tasty and the seasoned fries were really good. All the food we had was delicious! Good size portions and nice staff. We will definitely come back to eat again.

A good neighborhood burger joint in Newcastle. They offer a wide variety of burger choices as well as a full bar. During each of my visits while in town, the service has been attentive and the burgers pretty good. On my last visit, I ordered the Big Double. The burger was juicy and the fries was served hot and crispy -- very satisfying. If you're in the neighborhood with a burger craving, check them out.

We were in the area and hungry after hiking around Coal Creek. It was a bit confusing at the start. We didn't realize that you order at the hosting table and then sit down. Being this was our first time we weren't ready to do that, so we asked for menus and then sat down to take a look. Between this and some remote control buttons at the table to ask for service or pay, I got the sense this restaurant opened during COVID times, and was designed to keep people away from each other. That's fine, we just had to get used to it, and when we were ready to order I went up to the hosting station and made my order for the family, and paid for it (this is important later). We also had to get our own waters and sodas as there are no servers checking on your table.The food: Awesome! First off, hands down the best onion rings I've ever had. Family agreed. Usually you bite into an onion ring and the breading is too burnt, it cracks, and the onion inside comes out. These ones were like biting into a soft piece of bread, nothing fell apart, and so so delicious. The burgers were awesome, the chicken sandwich was awesome. The place had TVs everywhere so we could watch some college football.All and all a great place which we would go to again when in the neighborhood. Minus one star for the unusual ordering experience and lack of serving our table throughout the lunch. After all I gave them a 20% tip before I even got the food, that's awkward.

We used to eat at this restaurant at least once a month at the Trails in Silverdale. This evening there was 3 of us . Our food was ice cold. Hamburgers with Onion rings . The ketchup bottle was almost empty. I had ordered mine without pickles . Mine had pickles . That ruined it alone.We needed change to tip the waitress that brought our food to the table and we were ignored . So that brought her tip down. We would of given her more if we had some change.
