Welcoming greet even when busy. Food has been consistently impressive and has many delicate flavors!Katherine provided great service and was genuine and attentive.I will definitely be back!Recommend: mix and matching tacos if you can't decide, but so far the ones I've tried were all great!Misters work great to keep you cool outside!

Loved this place, super cute, trendy and great ambiance. Hosts were great and communicated well on the wait. We ended up finding 2 seats at the bar. We had limited time for lunch and everything was very timely: ordering and food arrival.Service was okay, bartenders didn't seem to communicate well. The one who took our drink order forgot my drink and then later asked if the other bartender forgot our drink. Thinking just an off day for them or they don't love to work together. As a bartender, I always have high standards for the bar vibe.Our food was delicious. Ordered steak fajitas and shared. The starter salsa was delicious we asked for another just to have with our fajitas. We cleared our plates. With the starter chips and salsa and sharing we both left full and satisfied.Will definitely be back to try some more of the menu and give the bar vibe another shot!

100/10 experience! Blanco Cocina + Cantina is such a great spot to check out when in the city. Max was a dream with his service. He was kind and on top of keeping us taken care of. Next time we visit we will be requesting a table in his section. Tonight we ordered the Street Corn to start! It was so delicious with some spice, great appetizer. We indulged in their Margaritas - we had the Jalapeño & Pineapple and the Smashed Strawberry & Mandarin. The drinks were a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. For the entrees we ordered the Pork Chile Verde enchiladas and the Short Rib Machaco Burrito. Both were super flavorful and cooked amazingly. We will be visiting again soon since this spot is walking distance for us.

My bestie and I came to this spot before heading to the arena down the street, and it turned out to be the perfect pre-game destination for dinner and drinks. We both started with coconut mojitos, which were fantastic. We shared the grilled Mexican street corn and the nachos con queso blanco, adding short rib machaca. Both dishes were delicious and filling. The ambiance inside is a bit dark, which creates a vibe we really enjoyed. We will definitely come back here before our next concert.

I tried blanco tonight for the first time. It did not stand out for me. Service was attentive and friendly. I was not over impressed with the food. First was the food temperature it wasn't hot. Warm, but not hot. The queso dip had good flavor and the chips were tasty. I ordered the enchiladas with poblano shrimp. There were very few shrimp within the enchiladas. Flavor was good but over powered by the sauce. I also ordered two of the mezcal old fashioned cocktails. These were quite good. Lastly if you want your parking validated you must park in the garage to the west. Even then it was $7 with validation. I will probably try Blanco again but it will be at the Biltmore.

Every time we come to Phoenix, we end up here! The chips and salsa are great. Staff is friendly and attentive. They have great happy hour items and drinks. And the food itself is great. It can fill up quickly if games are happening, so you might need a reservation.

Update: I came here again for the second time about a month later because I was in the area for an event...but truthfully I had thought about those short-rib enchiladas nearly every darn day since I had them. This time we were there during happy hour! The Nachos absolutely slapped I could not recommend them more. My wife and I had drinks, nachos, queso, and tacos all on the happy hour menu and got out of there for $60 before tip, what a steal! Also, I am not usually one for frozen drinks but I got their frozen paloma since it was a hot day and I could have drank at least 3 more they were so good. Everything was just as good as I remembered, it still lives up to the hype, and I still highly recommend Blanco (both visits to the downtown location).

Went to Blanco a few months ago before a concert in Downtown Phoenix and it was the perfect spot for some drinks and snacks before walking to the concert. We started with the chips and salsa and the queso and they were both delicious. I also ordered the chicken tinga taco which was so yummy I will definitely be ordering again. We shared the pitcher of sangria as well as "The Margarita" which was so refreshing and just what we needed! They have a ton of seating and great outdoor/indoor bar spots as well which we really enjoyed. It was great service and our server was very nice!

Hyatt Regency employee suggested this restaurant for a great lunch. I had the Grilled Mexican Street Corn as an appetizer and a Short Rib Cheese Crisp as my main! The flavors on both were delicious. The corn had a hint of heat, some may say too much. The Cheese Crisp was huge, really shareable. More like a large pizza on tortilla. The guacamole was amazing!

The carne asada was spectacular and so was the ceviche. The staff was also very accommodating. I paid them a second visit and they did not disappoint.
