I was so relieved that this restaurant didn't have thumping loud music. I was meeting a long-time friend for dinner after not visiting for nearly two years. We had a lovely time, great food (beautifully presented, too) and very good service. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and beverages and attentive without hovering. With all the choices along the Biltmore corridor, Bisutoro is a wonderful change of pace, beautifully decorated and a great place for good food and conversation.Sorry, no pictures this time.

Upscale version of Obon, I must say the decor was absolutely beautiful. They have happy hour everyday from 2-6 pm so decided to take advantage of that. Took my BF here on a Sunday for Father's Day around 2 pm. I thought this place was going to be packed so I chose an off time. Place wasn't busy at all. I'm not sure if it's normal to pay $20-$25 a plate for specialty rolls these days but that is outrageously expensive. I wouldn't be back here even though the food was delicious. We ordered the spicy garlic noodle which cost $30 and it DOES NOT come with protein. Not worth it at all!! It had so much vinegar that it tasted very odd and very very oily for my taste.Ordered some stuff off the HH menu and basically they just give you a smaller portion for HH price. Gyoza, poke, and the salmon roll (maki roll) was all so good but probably wouldn't be back anytime soon. Not to mention they charged me for a roll that I never ordered.

Where Allergies Bow, Sake Soars, and Flavors Flourish!Step into Bisutoro and bid adieu to dairy dilemmas! They not only catered to my dairy aversion flawlessly but did so with pizzazz. The drinks? The omakase sake flight steals the spotlight. The other drinks were good, but not super fantastic. They seemed to lack the main ingredient...alcohol. But let's talk food: their steak, cooked to a perfect medium rare, burst with flavor, while their miso cod, swimming in broth, was downright heavenly.Yet, it was the service that truly wowed. Like culinary fairy godparents, they anticipated my every need with flair.Bisutoro isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary experience where allergies vanish, sake reigns supreme, and flavors dance on your palate. I would definitely come back and even make a reservation for the sushi bar seating for another type of experience.

We stopped here for a late lunch on Saturday while in the Phoenix area for the weekend. It's located in a really nice shopping center on Camelback. Because we went in at an odd hour, they were not very busy at all. We sat at the bar and asked if they would turn the TV to the golf tournament and the lady at the bar happily obliged. We started off with drinks. A glass of Sauvignon Blanc for me and the Black Dragon (a take on an Old Fashioned, but with Japanese Whiskey and black sesame seeds) for the Hubs. He really liked his drink - he said it was a unique twist but very good.We ordered the pork Bao bun, but they were out, so we settled for the Bird bun. It was very good. I ordered the chili sesame tuna sushi roll, which was pretty amazing. The Hubs ordered the Bluefin Dragon. His was really good as well.Service was good but hard to tell if that's the norm because we were literally the only people in there for a little while. Nice vibe in the restaurant. Sleek and clean. Overall a good experience. I would go back when back in town.

Finding a great sushi place that isn't ridiculously expensive is rather hard in my opinion. I found Bisutoro on Instagram and I was pleasantly surprised! Service is great and the food is even better. I do think the portions are rather small but the quality makes up for it. This is place is very aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend!

The food was really nice, wish they had uni. Service amazing. Sat at the bar the bartender was extremely nice . Beautiful ambiance. I have just one thing, wagyu nigiri's 2 pieces was 26 dollars but they didn't have the sea urchin that comes on top, it would have been nice to have a price adjustment and the AC needs to be a bit higher. Other than that, Definitely recommend

Amazing craft cocktails from the AM bartender, food was fantastic, we got the fried chicken and steak fried rice, more than enough for 2 people and we had left overs.

Good sushi, super cute vibe, I don't think the value is quite there for the price point, but I'd like to try the appetizers and main courses. Especially the miso cod!
