My wife and I ate here on January 2. We went at 1 PM so it wasn't crowded because they close it 2pm every day. There was only one server, and she was working extremely hard, but always with a smile. We ate here when they first opened, it was crowded then and busy with several servers.On this visit he interior of the restaurant was less than clean and needed physical maintenance. We won't be going back. The food was OK.

Went in for a late breakfast. We were in a hurry and ended up getting the food to go and eating a few bites there, then leaving. The Waitress didn't bat an eyelash at our request and got us done and out the door in good time. I had the Biscuits and gravy. The gravy was wonderful and flavorful, but the biscuits were hard as rocks until I broke them apart and let the gravy soften them up. My wife had a chef's salad and it was large and had plenty of toppings. Overall - not bad!!

Been here before for breakfast and everything was good if not noteworthy. Thought we'd give the Friday Night Fish Fry a try and... man, that was very disappointing. Their fried fish was Cod according to the menu. It was hard to tell because each fish filet was paper thin then coated with batter. Even so, it would take two or three of these filets to equal the thickness of a McDonald's Filet of Fish portion. The fried shrimp seemed pounded flat and was like mush when bitten into after frying. Calamari was mushy, too. Maybe they're trying to accommodate the seniors without teeth? Could've just puréed that instead. Won't be returning for dinner anytime soon.

Service terrible! Rude, not very pleasant . Waited 30 minutes to order and then we had to ask! I asked for some hot water for the coffee that took 20 minutes to get! Their famous biscuits and gravy? Is the gravy supposed to have sausage in it? None in mine just some little black flecks( I thought they could be pepper but no sign of sausage) Almost $17 for that! First and LAST time. Photo of sausage? Gravy!

This is 2nd visit here. I highly recommend the morning breakfast sandwich with hash browns on side. The staff was friendly, warm and fast. I only waited a few minutes for a seat.
