Biscuit Love continues to live up to the hype, delivering a good Southern breakfast with modern twists! I've had most of the menu, but my favorites are the b.roll (biscuit cinnamon roll) and the Southern Benny (biscuit, country ham, sausage gravy, egg). Biscuits are obviously good, depending on your taste - these are crisp on the outside and delightfully dense and flaky on the outside. They have a good selection of hot and cold drinks, and a limited alcohol menu (basically bloodies and mimosa variations). There can be a line, but it moves fairly quickly, especially in comparison to the Gulch location. Order at the counter and they'll help you find a table to sit - nice and efficient. Always a good breakfast option!

Serving old food to your customers is actually rude especially for baked goods like biscuits. The biscuit we got was dense and hard like a rock. No flakiness, couldn't break it with your hands. I tried to take a bite and couldn't risk my teeth so i just left them on the plate. The lady clearing our trays asked what was wrong and when i shared that it was old and too hard to chew, she asked if she could bring me a new one.I declined because 1. If quality check was done before delivering the dish to me, then they saw the condition it was in and deemed it good to serve. I cant trust that2. It didn't look or smell like they were still baking biscuits so no to another biscuit from the same batch.

Place is cute and popular for a reason.Food is very yummy- well balanced and nicely platedBUTIt's mostly DIY after u place ur order- there's no specific server checking for your table's drinks/ food, which meant our food came at drastically different times for each person at the table (some people finished eating before others even got their food)+ awkward traveling to and waiting in line at the little water jug in the restaurant anytime ur cup was empty (often, since the water cups were small and plastic)

We stopped by on our way to see the Vanderbilt campus while in town. The food tasted so fresh and the service was great! You can tell everything, especially the biscuits, were made from scratch. We started with fresh squeezed orange juice which was AMAZING and so refreshing. I got the brown sugar oat milk latte and my husband got a regular coffee. I will admit my latte was way too sweet when I first got it... I asked if they could remake it and they were so accommodating. My second latte was perfect! They said they premake the mixture so they probably just put more than my preference. We got the Princess & the S.E.C. (I modified to an over easy egg instead of scrambled) for our meals. The biscuits were so flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. You can tell they use real fresh ingredients. My husband's chicken was perfectly cooked and wasn't too greasy like fried chicken tends to be. The service here was also great. The cashier was kind and patient, and the employees walking around asked how our meals were and if we needed anything. I asked if I could have a side of jam and they brought it right away. The Jam was so fresh and clearly homemade.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in town!

A solid place for brunch/breakfast. The biscuits is what you get here and they always deliver. Coffee was solid and my favorite the prices were reasonable. The service here was fast and friendly. Nice place to stop by for a quick morning eats

First, parking there are two lots before you get to biscuit love where it is paid parking. First two times I did not pay, but sometimes there is someone who walks around and checks for parking so up to you, if you want to take that risk and not pay. Or you can find street parking which always seems to be filled. Second, we went on a Saturday around 11am so the line was decently long, it was a 20-30mins wait. The biscuit was disappointing, it was hard, dense, and difficult to chew. I was expecting a soft moist fluffy biscuit but that was not what I got. The other items like the sausage and bacon and eggs were solid. The crispy potatoes were absolutely fire. I highly recommend getting the potatoes. It was the best thing on my plate. The jam was also a nice sweet touch and balance from all the salty foods.

What a super cute space. It gave modern and vintage diner at the same time. The service was quick and friendly. I tend to order shakshouka wherever they serve it and Biscuit Love gets it right! It was so yummy and full of vegetables.. It also came with some of the best layered flaky biscuits I've ever had. I wish I bought more biscuits before leaving for the airport. I also had some green tea and they use a loose leaf steeper so it was extra delicious! Overall, I totally enjoyed my moment here and would love go back next time in Nashville!

Let me start by saying this place has a cute interior! Also, the customer service was great! We ordered the shrimp and grits not knowing bacon came on it, and my husband is pescatarian so I asked to order one without it and was happy to pay for it but they told me not to worry and made us a new one, free of charge. The biscuits are amazing but the bonuts were my all time favorite! The lemon marscapone was the perfect compliment. We really enjoyed it here and I am glad I had the chance to go while we were in Nashville visiting.

This staple was on our list when visiting Nashville. We picked this location because it seemed less frequented in comparison to the original location so we were hoping to get service quicker. We didn't wait long perhaps 15/20 minutes. The restaurant was well lit with natural lighting throughout which I really appreciated. We ordered: The B-Roll (10/10) - this was delicious. The bun itself was hot and gooey and just pulled apart, the pecan sticky bun sauce was tasty and sweet, while the pecans gave it a nice crunch to the texture. Plain Biscuit (5/5) - We had to try the actual biscuit solo since neither of our dishes consisted. It was flaky and buttery. The jam wasn't needed but it certainly was a nice addition to add a pop of sweetness. Bill Neal's Shrimp and Grits (6.5/10) - the grits were tasty, creamy and smooth. The shrimp were interestingly small, like dime size so I can't account for whether they were seasoned well or not because they were so small and had a very low impact on the dish. There was a gravy on the dish that packed a good amount of flavor with the green onion and mushroom. There was just nothing to make me say I needed to get that dish again. Chicken & B-Waffles (4/10) - the chicken was simply not Korean fried chicken. It was fried chicken in Korean sauce, that's different. Korean fried chicken is super crispy because potato starch is added to its batter and the chicken is fried twice. This second frying also cooks off the excess water in the chicken from the first frying, allowing it to stay extra crispy for a long time, even with a glazed surface. This wasn't that. Additionally, whatever batter was used didn't hold well as half way through the dish, I was picking up pieces of chicken only to find the batter left on the waffle underneath. Secondly, a bubble waffle is tricky to start with because they don't have the texture and fluff of a normal waffle so it's important to get the batter right, this waffle was flavorless. Note: If you're just going for the biscuits and to-shares, it's a 5 star experience. However, I personally like the complete package and if I had to chose I mainly go for the entree's. Based on what we ordered, where one entree was a "customer favorite" and the other a new addition to the menu, I could only give them 3/5 stars.

I'm a long time Biscuit Love visitor and had a beyond disappointing experience. I ordered a dozen biscuits for my child's school to celebrate the last day. When I arrived to pick them up, there was no butter or jam. I asked for some and was told that they could give me butter - but no jam and I would have to buy jars. I pointed out that if I ordered an à la cart biscuit that it says it comes with those things and they told me that it was built into the price for the dozen. I later calculated it, and it is actually more per biscuit for the half a dozen than the individual à la cart biscuit that comes with both butter and jam. And that was before I had to spend $10 on jam.I also ordered coffee to go and asked for some milk for the black coffee and some to go silverware. The staff was very annoyed about it and said "are you sure there isn't anythinggg else you need?" In conclusion, it felt like such a money grab and the customer experience was awful. I should note- all of these requests were expressed kindly with no rude tone in my voice. Call me crazy, but asking for milk for your coffee, jam for your biscuits, and some to go silverware shouldn't be too much to ask! Will not be coming back
