This is one of the coveted place to try out Gutti Vankay biryani, which stands out anywhere in the Seattle area. Highly recommended for vegetarian folks.

We used to come here all the time when it was called Paradise Indian Cuisine and the food was good.Customer service is terrible - staff is not friendly at all when picking up orders. The last few times I've been in here they don't say a word to me when I walk in the door. The food is not good quality for the money that you pay. Will not return here anymore.

This is the new restaurant that come up in the same spot of Paradise. Unlike Paradise they offer dine-in and takeout. Their menu is splendid. Offers appetizers, soups, veg & non-veg entrees, biriyani, pulavs, tandoor items, indo-chinese and breads. I have taken out food many times from here. Mostly ordered various biriyanis, pulavs, fried rice, curries and breads. Always enjoyed the food. The only thing to watch out for is the spice level. The Pulavs are not spicy as biriyanis; that's always an option if you don't prefer spicy food. But the flavor is different.Pick ups were always good. The food was ready; never had to wait. Also the orders were accurate and packed them well. Service has always been great!

I've been coming here for years but the new ownership (along with a dumb new name) has ruined this once great restaurant. It's been a hassle to do simple pickup orders from them this year (always late, slow service, etc.). But this time, they hassled me when I was picking up an online order placed by my wife. Even after giving them her name, they refused. I showed them an order email, they refused. No one has ever done this before. They finally allowed me to have the food I paid for if I agreed to bring the exact credit card from the online order with me next time. Whatever. Then we get half way through our meal to discover one of the most sickening things - a disgusting PEN, used by countless people, was sitting at the bottom our entree!! We were disgusted. Anything could have been on that thing - norovirus, hepatitis, E.coli. Wife spent the next hour in the bathroom physically ill from the thought of what we just ate.You would think at this point, end of story - we call them, complain, get our money back and move on. Nope. I called them and they refused to refund my meal. Instead they offer me a complimentary meal ONLY if I come back in the next 7 days. Who in their right mind would eat from a place after finding an object in their food. They apparently think the price of a single meal is more important than a customer. Smart people there crunching those customer acquisition numbers. I argued with guy and 2 calls later, they finally agreed to refund. Done, right? No, they just lied and tried to blow me off and never issued the refund. This was Aug. 22. I called back on Sep 6th and requested this again. More back and forth, trying to get me to take a free meal instead. They finally agreed to give me a refund once more. Never happened. Called them a 3rd on Sep 14th, same thing, promised me a refund and nothing. Called them a 4th time on Sep 18th, more bs about not being able to find my order, and after threatening a lawsuit, guess what, I finally got refunded my meal that they contaminated. If you like food prepared in a place with no safety standards, hostile pickup service and will provide you the most unbelievably bad customer service, then you found your restaurant.

My wife asked me to order Veg 65 Biryani from Momi Kitchen but because everyone liked the appetizer and curry I ordered last time from Biryani District so I ordered Veg 65 from them and I'm not sure why are they calling it Veg 65 biryani because it was just Veg biryani. Highly disappointed! If you like veg65 biryani from other restaurants in which they make veg65 balls and put it in biryani then avoid this place for sure!!

Exceptionally poor customer service. Wrong advertising of items on Ubereats and when we called to notify them, they did not care. The woman on the phone refused to give her name, and restaurant made no attempt to rectify. She was very rude, blunt and unhelpful. They refused to give the contact information of manager to speak to. PLEASE do not order from here. Grated paneer when there should be whole paneer, 5 small pieces of chicken in a $17 entree. The business uses multiple names like Paradise Indian cusine, Biryani District, etc to avoid bad reviews.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Shahi Paneer in every other restaurant is cubes of paneer and in their description they specified "soft pillowy paneer" and instead sent a grated paneer slop. When I called around 8pm on 12/30, a nasty woman answered who refused to give either her name or the manager name and argued "we make it that way only". No apology, no effort to make it right. The mughlai chicken had two one inch pieces of chicken and the rest was just strings of chicken melted into the gravy. Horrible food, deceptive descriptions and awful customer service. You will need to do a chargeback if anything goes wrong because they will not help you and don't even disclose their names even though they have our names as customers. They also deceptively list themselves under a different name on Uber Eats where they are called Paradise so you cannot see the terrible reviews they have here. There are so many other better choices for Indian food in the area, go elsewhere.
