I am always a take out guy so I can't say much for service inside. I mostly order bezwada chicken biryani and that has always been the best. No complains at all. I also tasted their food in one of my neighbor's parties and it was great. Only issue I run to with this place is the wait times. They say 30 minutes and you get there and still have to wait and it has happened few times . Rest food wise its been a good experience.

The goat biryani was pretty tasty; however, because of the spices (probably the black pepper) it felt spicy even though I ordered it mild. The restaurant had a weird smell upon walking in. I got used to it by the time I finished my meal. But it wasn't pleasant.Food is served in plastic containers, making it convenient to pack it in case you don't finish it. I do wonder about how green that is though. Oh well. The chicken 65 was very tasty! Really enjoyed it.

Almost didn't go inside based on the reviews. Amazing flavor, the store was spotless and staff was as friendly as could be. There was a wait and appears the store catered to a lot of delivery services. Well worth the wait. I had the Nellore Fish Pulusu. I wasn't sure what that was but it came out as a fantastic stew loaded with aroma and flavor. My wife had chicken Tikki Masala. She enjoyed.

This place is incredible for takeout. They give you SOOOOO much food- each biryani gives me 3-4 servings and on Wednesday they have buy one get one 50% off! Staff is friendly. Food takes a little while so be patient. It is so full of flavor and super affordable. I highly recommend this place for takeout.

We were very excited to see an Indian restaurant that serves dosas in the north/central valley. Previously we'd have to drive to Tempe, the west valley or Chandler for good dosa. Dosa are basically crepes made with different types of flour, and stuffed with a variety of ingredients. The are also usually a safe bet for vegans. Birayni & Bites offers 11 different dosa, so it seemed like a good chance we'd find some we like! When we arrived for lunch, we were the only customers. I asked the server which ones were vegan (aside from the obvious egg one) but the person at the counter wasn't sure, so he asked in the back. A woman came out and said they were (although some have cheese), and then confirmed the chutneys are vegan as well. Unfortunately, many of the dosa are named in ways that make it hard to figure out what is in them. After a couple of rounds of questions, we went with the onion spinach dosa and the mysore masala dosa. We also ordered samosas (but I didn't confirm that they were vegan, trusting that since they knew we were vegan, they'd say something). The samosa and dosas arrived promptly and were cooked perfectly - no undercooked spots in the crepes, as they can be in sometimes. The person who brought the food remembered we were vegan and let us know the mint chutney wasn't, so she took it back at our request. The onion spinach dosa seemed to have the spinach blended into the crepe flour, with the onions inside. It would have been better with a filling beyond just onions - maybe potato? Or include some cooked spinach inside? It was tasty, but not what we expected. The mysore masala dosa was perfect. It was huge, and had plenty of potato and veggies filling. The inside of the crepe had a chutney spread on it as well. We really enjoyed it! A+! Both dosa were served with two chutneys (the standard orange one, plus a creamy one - coconut milk? - that had a hint of peanut flavor - very interesting!). The soup served with it was incredibly spicy, but really tasty. The mysore masala dosa had a little bit of spicy to it, but nothing compared to the soup. The spinach onion dosa was mild. The samosas were fairly standard - nothing special, but a good price ($2.99 for two) and perfectly cooked. The pastry was flaky and the stuffing (standard potatoes, peas, chick peas, etc.) was warm all the way through. There was a bit of spicy, but not too much. We missed being able to enjoy mint chutney with them since it wasn't vegan, but the tamarind was fine. I would order them again for sure.I would love to make this place a regular for us, but... I really want them to provide a better description of each menu item - either online or on a printed menu. I really have no way of knowing what veg dum biryani has in it! Or a gunta chilli dosa! And please indicate which of the veg items are also vegan! The obvious ones (egg, paneer, etc.) don't need explanation, but is the dal tadka vegan or does it have ghee? I hate having to play 20 questions with the counter person. It gets frustrating for them to have to keep running into the kitchen with questions (and limits my desire to be adventurous). Please update the menu!Despite my vegan menu OCD issues, the restaurant was great! It is counter serve, but they bring the food to you. There are plenty of tables, and by the time we left, the place was half full. There are TVs showing music videos on all the walls, which gives the restaurant a nice energy. You need to get your own water from the dispenser on the side counter, and food is served with paper/plastic utensils. Not fancy, but it doesn't need to be! It was a clean, bright space. One minus - there's no ice for the water, and no fountain drinks (cans only).

The food to unbelievable. So delicious I crave it. But customer service is not their forte. Orders may not be right or on time ready on time. They have a weird online ordering system. But it's all worth it for the food.

Very average Indian food. Naan was too chewy and not soft at all. The chicken malai kebab was flavorful but who serves such large pieces? Biryani taste was fine but is not consistent. Ordering system is terrible as they are not aware of what they serve and it took more than 30 minutes before we received our order and this happens each and every time. Restrooms are filthy and don't seem cleaned after a pandemic. After all that is a good indication of the cleanliness of a restaurant. Found LIVE insect in the naan bread.
