This is the second location we've been to, and both have chaotic service. We walked into them being overwhelmed by phone and what appeared to be take out and catering orders, as they were loading their catering van and person after person kept coming in, picking up trays of food. We stood in line and waited for the kid to ring us up. We ordered the birria pizza because the price is better for the amount of food you get...and then halfway through our ordering and questions, he just walks away and starts delivering plates. He then returns and takes a phone order, rings it up, hangs up and walks away. Comes back, answers another phone order and by this time, the Karen in me is beginning to itch. My husband reminds me they're busy, although that's unrelated to this kid's attention span, but okay. After 3 calls, he finally finishes ringing us up, doesn't give us the water I ordered, and that was fine with me at that point. The further away I sat, the less Karen itched. We waited for a while, which makes sense given the amount of business and the size of our order. It was really cold in there. Other tables lacked dining tools such as napkins and kept getting up to raid other tables for these. Overall, very chaotic, but the food was good quality and tasty. Go at your own risk or call ahead because you'll get priority!

Can't recall the actual count on my visits to this place. But today's is the first for this Seattle trip. This writing is very brief. Straight to the point Three beef Birria tacos as served. Grilled onion and a roasted jalapeño. A covered salad bar features a couple offerings of add on items to make it more filling. The best by a long shot is the long-cut (across the equator) red onions, oregano and coarse chopped orange habaneros for the kick. No vinegar present on any of these items I am informed. (I'd use vinegar and dismiss the oregano)Also is a small dice red onion with cilantro. Needs salt, to temper the raw onion.Lime wedges and sliced radishes. Basic. Personally radishes are not my thing, but a pickled sweetened version changes that quickly. The tacos. Single Corn tortilla, an overly greasy mess, but if eating them right away is done, it will almost hold up till you reach that last bite. By the time I was nearing the third taco, it was a soggy mess. Don't wear your Sunday clothes, or make certain you lean way far forward to not ruin your clothing. I successfully pulled this off I think. It seems every single shirt I own sufferers this indignity: oil droplets on the very first time I wear it. Just trying to check calendar openings for my next visit.

This place is our go-to spot for birria. We have been constantly going here since 2020. This place just hits the spot. We used to get the birria tacos, but feel like we get more bang for our buck with the birria pizza. Their mangoneada is great also. Their customer service is good, pretty standard when it comes to ordering. They have the big menus up and small menus to look at as well. If you eat in, they bring your order to you.

The absolute best soft tacos ever! They were small but packed full of meat. The dipping sauce was to die for. My son took me here and I am so glad he did! Unfortunately, I live out of town, so coming back is impossible, but I will keep these tacos in my mind and forever hunger for them. Nice job, guys!

I order from here fairly regularly (delivery or takeout) and from their sister location in Burien. Even my husband knows that if he ever needs to cheer me up on a rough day, he just has to suggest Bierrieria Tijuana. The staff is friendly. I speak un poco Spanish but they must see me as a gringa as soon as I walk in because they always greet me in English. If you eat in the restaurant, they have a salsa and condiment bar. Sometimes they have a guy grilling meat outside and it smells so good. I've tried quite a few menu items but my go-to order is a keto taco ($4) and the beef consomme ($4.) For takeout or delivery, it will come bagged with some hot sauce, diced onions, lime, and 2 types of salsa. The taco also has a grilled onion and a pepper on the side. This isn't "health food" (it's salty and greasy, although the consomme probably isn't too bad for you) but it's one of my guilty-pleasure favorites. The taco is pretty big and with the consomme, you could potentially make 2 meals of it or share it. It's not spicy at all, if you're worried about that kind of thing, it's up to you to put some spice on there with the salsa or hot sauce. Speaking of heat, I don't know how they do it but the soup stays hot for quite a while - even if I eat the taco first, I can finish it off with some steamy soup. It's delicious.

I got an lime chia Agua Fresca, chicken protein taco (a taco with lettuce instead of the shell) and a bean and cheese burrito delivered for lunch. I LOVED the agua Fresca as well as the food I ordered! I love that they have the protein option for tacos if you're on a strict diet or just looking to cut out some carbs like me. The burrito was HUGE. I look forward to trying more of the agua frescas as they have so many flavors and get a few different kinds of the tacos next time !!

A*w*e*s*o*m*e t*a*c*o*s --- that's hard to read lolThis is the only restaurant that I found that does not have a surcharge on GrubHub!! How great is that.We ordered 3 soft tacos, carne asada fries, vampiro and birria torta. I highly recommend the al pastor taco. For $3 each, it's a steal. My only suggestion is to add some grilled pineapples. The vampiro with birria is also a must-try. The crispy fried shell is the perfect vessel for the juicy tender birria. The fries had a good amount of meat, but fries are pretty soggy.

I normally go to the Burien location, but this location seems to be much closer for me.I met up with some of my gal pals. Haven't seen each other since lockdowns. It was a much needed girl time. It was my first time at this location, and their first time at any location. I really love the sister location in burien. But thankful they opened more near me. One of my friends ordered the Mexican pizza. I actually didn't know they served that haha. My other friend ordered more of a vegetarian dish. Both loved it. But my favorite to order at all locations. I went to the one in Tacoma also. Is the Birria tacos dipped in consommé mmm. Did not disappoint as always. We got there pretty early around 430. It wasn't crowded at all, but 6pm came around and the line was out the door. During the pandemic the burien one the lines were wrapped around the building. That's before any of the other locations opened. So I can see how this location could end up to be the same. There seems to be plenty of tables and chairs so that's good. The only cons I have is that if you sit near the door, every time someone opens it you get a blast of coldness. BrrrEasy fix we just moved to a"Warmer" area. I heard there's an Auburn location but someone said it's just a food truck. I'll have to check it out since Auburn is closer to here than FW, Tacoma, or burien.
