NEED to go back and try EVERYTHING!Yall. This place has everything that you'd want. Parking: there is a lot and street parking. Had no issues.Vibes: stunning funky interior with a great cozy patio. Neon, wallpaper, and feathers are a feature. Service: good, pretty attentive Food: ok wow. This all spoke for itself...still dreaming of the steakJalapeño poppers: perfectly fried, EXTREMELY creamy, low spice, great flavor Ribs: my friend had the ribs and the bone slid right off. So flavorful and juicy. Steak: unbelievable. Flavorful. Perfectly cooked. I couldn't get enough. The sauces weren't even needed but were equally delicious. I cannot wait to get this again!Rice beans and plantains: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly paired to our entrees. We shared all three and that was more than enough for 2 people. Overall incredible experience and I want to try it all!

A couple of weeks ago, my friend and I decided to try Birdcage for the first time. When I walked in, the decor caught my eye. It was chic and exuded an art deco charm that draws you in. However, our evening began with a bit of a hiccup. Despite the restaurant being only half-full, we waited about 30 minutes before receiving any service, including a simple glass of water. When the manager realized, he offered us a complimentary appetizer: Sweet Potato Bravas. Our waitress was genuinely apologetic, too. When the Sweet Potato Bravas arrived, they were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The sweet potatoes were perfectly cooked - soft and tender - enhanced by a smoky chipotle seasoning. For my main course, I chose the Citrus Adobo Chicken (half: $13), which came with two flour tortillas and pickled red onion. The dish was accompanied by two sauces: Avocado-Tomatillo and Salsa Roja. The chicken was juicy and infused with a citrus flavor. To complement my meal, I opted for their Frozen Strawberry Cocktail ($13), which was similar to a daiquiri. While the slow start was a minor setback, the flavors and overall vibe at Birdcage left a positive impression. I would consider giving this spot another visit.

Wanted to try something new and had good reviews. Came on a very rainy Wednesday night around 7 pm . There were 4 full tables. Cute and cozy restaurant good first impression Had the chili lime street corn suggested on many reviews, it was pretty good but the fried corn tortillas it came with were on greasy sideGot the 1/2 chicken and steak. Feel a side should have been included in the price instead of an add on priceThe chicken was moist but lacked seasoning and the steak was tough and had grizzle was not very happy with this for the price Sauces were good

Such a cute resto!!!! Met a friend for early dinner here. Our server was wonderful and helped us with menu choices. I had the ribs (half) which were perfectly cooked and the blue crab claws! Omg! So good!! They have a nice bar and patio. Free parking is always a win in Atlanta. Will be back l to try other menu items.

Birdcage is a hot new restaurant in Grant Park! Inspired by The Birdcage movie- the decor is fun and colorful. And the food matches! The latin food with Miami flare is SO GOOD. We had an amazing time grabbing drinks and dinner here. I could see this being an amazing happy hour spot.

Walked in and got seated right away... ordered the peach passion fruit margarita, and it didn't disappoint.. the street corn was decent, but the fried tortillas made it better. I would buy those in a heartbeat.. we both ordered the half citrus chicken 8/10 (could have been left on the grill 2 more mins longer, sides were rice, plantains and black beans.. rice was 8/10, plantains 6/10, they were not sweet and they had salt on them, I wasn't prepared for the salt but the beans... beans were 10/10 they were sooo good!!! I would come back for sure..

I simply stumbled across this place while looking for a quick food option while leaving the zoo. The pictures of the food are what sold me immediately. Walking inside this place is so fun and inviting. The waitress basically recited the entire menu to us after seating us, which was nice of her but also a bit overwhelming. That moment aside she was very kind and attentive. I had the citrus adobo chicken with red rice and beans. The chicken was seasoned and juicy! The way it should be! The tortillas were also very good. 10/10 on the food alone. The waitress also mentioned the reasoning behind the fun decor, she said the owners inspiration was the actual Robin Williams movie "birdcage". I look forward to coming back again.

Our server Jackie was amazing! But even before that the hostess allowed me to wait for my friend and offered me some water which I really appreciate it. The ambience is very Florida art deco flamingos in all. I love that they have vegan options on the menu. My friend had a black bean croquettes and fried tofu, which was actually delicious! I had a type of taco which was amazing and so filling I could only eat half. She enjoyed espresso martini, and I had flavor of pineapple.Again, our server was on point. And the food was amazing. So glad that my friends suggested the spot. I definitely will be back to try some of the other things on the menu like the coconut cream pie.

I came on a Saturday afternoon while participating in an Atlanta comedy bus tour. We stopped so folks could stretch, use the restroom and purchase snacks/drinks. I don't think we were meant to use the restroom in this establishment but me and a friend did.The food smelled amazing and the workers were genuinely friendly. We decided to purchase to alcoholic beverages to go. The drinks were AMAZING and not overpriced. I will definitely return to try their food.
