From the first bite to the last, I was in sandwich heaven, and I can't stop raving about this culinary delight.The chicken sandwich at here is one of the best from taste and texture. The chicken itself is perfectly cooked - tender and juicy on the inside, with a crispy and well-seasoned exterior that adds a satisfying crunch. The attention to detail in the seasoning is remarkable; each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors that dance on your palate. The accompaniments of mac and cheese and perfectly salted fries were equally impressive. Definitely a place I will return to!

I can only speak to the food from a to-go experience. I've never been to the actual restaurant, but I've ordered via Doordash. I actually decided to give this restaurant a shot from the Yelp reviews; Yelpers, thank you! It is definitely a hit! The food arrived fresh, hot, and crispy. Ordered: wings, fried pickles, fries, special sauce, and the mac & cheese. I'd skip the mac next visit, but I'd order EVERY other dish. If you're a hot chicken lover (you can pick your heat level) or just a chicken lover in general...this place will not disappoint. Yum!I'll update my review with more details and pics once I visit the physical location.

Excellent chicken sandwich, made with thighs (always go with dark meat, always). They don't overdo it on the breading, and it's well spiced. I went medium, which is very mild - go for hot if you want more kick. The Haus sauce that comes with it - yum yum yum. I was dipping my fries in them too and wish I ordered extra. Order extra Haus sauce! And extra coleslaw too - it's just a buck! Located at the Underground Hall food hall in downtown Houston, down a flight of stairs, and in the very back. Doesn't serve alcohol but there's a bar next to it, and plenty of high top seating. Glad to get my fried chicken sandwich fix here.

A great spot for bad vegans, and not just because The Underground Hall's lighting makes it a challenge for people to spot you WAY in the back obsessed with Bird Haus.We've been all about their Lil Chicks box with an order of fried pickles to share on top of the fries that already come with the boneless tenders. The service was quick but welcoming. And this last time we swung by, we got our pickles first which made a nice app.Their fried breading here has a crunch that doesn't separate from the chicken or pickles, both of which have been flavorful and far from dry. The fries are well-seasoned, but they don't leave you feeling thirsty.Bird Haus makes me thankful that I don't work downtown. Just the thought of all that flavor would mess with my punctuality and overall productivity, even with Miyoko Schinner mains in my brown bag.

Ordered:Chicken Sandwich with Crinkle Fries (~$12): chicken thigh sandwich on buttered bun with coleslaw, pickles, and Haus sauce; medium spice aka a hint of heatAya's take:Located in the Underground Hall. I'm a sucker for fried chicken sandwiches! This was definitely not the best I've had. The size of the chicken thigh was small and the medium spice was lacking and not really indicative of what medium spice is in most other places. The coleslaw was refreshing and I really enjoyed the Haus spice dipped into the fries. Pretty filling and decently priced.

One of the best chicken sandwiches around. Super moist and crispy and plenty of flavor. Just the right kick but has you wanting more and more with each bite. I always stop by here when im in houston.

I had the fried chicken sandwich, Nashville style. It was so moist and delish that I had two in one day.

Located in The Conservatory Food Hall, this was one of nearly a dozen options. The Hall itself has a fun and casual vibe. Lots of affordable options, but they are still figuring things out. The fries were good and the sandwich was good, but didn't wow me. I ordered medium heat and didn't taste any spice. I'm used to hotter hot chicken. Service was pretty friendly and quicker than I expected. Coleslaw as a topping was a good choice that livened the sandwich up a bit.

Amazing chicken sandwich, the level of spicy was on point with the description, usually a "hot" option isn't spicy at all but this had a nice kick to it. The fries were seasoned really good and a nice sauce on the side made it perfect! We also got the chicken tenders and they were very delicious! Even the bread slices were great, not to mention the col slaw!

Love me some hot chicken and finally made it here. This place is pretty on pare with Micos. Great seasoning and cuts of chicken. Loaded Fries were okay, nothing to rave about, but the sandwich and tenders rock.
