Big Time Brewing Company

Big Time Brewing Company is a casual place on the Ave near the University of Washington Seattle to enjoy happy hour with friends, but that's all it really is. Came here for a happy hour event and we ordered some pizzas (cheese and veggie), French fries, and chips with salsa. They were extremely average. There wasn't much service either, no water was brought to us and nobody came to check in on us. There is only street parking available. There are gendered restrooms, but they are freezing cold inside during the winter. The water to wash your hands with is also freezing cold. I probably wouldn't come here again.

I got a local IPA that is made in house and and I also got some of their fries. The fries were amazing! Crispy, fresh, tasty sauce. The beer was also excellent. Seems like a great place to me. I would definitely come back

Nice urban pub with bar grub food. Pizza was ok could've been a little more crispy in middle instead of soggy. Beer selection good. You have to order your stuff and pay before you sit down . Bartender/waitress was AMAZING!! Handled so many customers and orders and all of it with grace and patience and she is who is deserving of these stars.

Today was my 3rd time visiting Big Time Brewing Company. It's a large space with plenty of seating. I've only had their beer once and it was tasty, I think it was a Hazy IPA (I was with a group that ordered pitchers). Today however I went for work and got the brew burger and side salad. The house salad was really good and actually felt healthy. The burger was also fantastic, it had bacon jam which was delicious. I'd say 4.5 stars but I don't have the power to rate like that on yelp.

Great find!! You could tell this gem here is where all the locals go to. I felt like I walked into cheers, they all looked at me like the new guy. Staff was friendly, there was this lumber Jack guy hugging everyone, must've been the owner. You order your food at the bar, so don't be sitting down expecting a waitress to get your order. The beers were tasty and the pizza was delicious. Slightly greases but nonetheless pizza was on point. Smacking!! The feel, the vibe is that of a local bar. Will most definitely be back when I'm ever in the area . It felt amazing to have beer, eat pizza and watch Husky game with a bunch of locals!!

It makes me sad to write this, because this place has always been a neighborhood staple for me...Understaffed, as many places are right now. Line onto the door. One bartender whom was also running food. I've always enjoyed this place due to the food...their pizza and fries have always been fabulous. We tried their turkey sandwiches today and that was a BIG mistake. Bread was grilled...at some point...but so cold and rock hard that it cut the roof of our mouths. The ingredients were nearly frozen temps. What the heck?! I would have expected a warm or at least luke warm Sammy and it was just awful. Inedible actually. Fries that came with it were still great, the sandwich not so much. After a $60+ tab it was certainly not worth it. We left unsatisfied and found food elsewhere.

Came here and just so happened to stumble in Wednesday night trivia. Pretty solid establishment with a really nice interior that feels like a pub.Ordered the pizza and the seasoning was really good! It looks like other nights they have music and other fun things going on. Service was awesome. Drinks are local! I ordered a soda and it was from a Seattle business

Excellent nachos. Like really really good. Came in for an afternoon cocktail and snack. It was pretty empty but can see it being packed during peak times.

We stumbled into this amazing pub near UW - we walked around campus for the cherry blossom festivities. Afterwards stumbled onto this gem, its ambience purely pub like which reminded me of London pubs. There was ample seating; bar, indoor & outside patio with lights. They also have TV's for those sports fans. Street parking is available or UW garage- it's free on Sundays. This is a pub where you order at the bar & their friendly staffs delivers yummies to your table. We've had chicken wings which the batter was crispy and tasty seasoning on the chicken. Nachos came out fully loaded with all the yummy toppings. Pizza was delicious; Hot, crispy crust with generous toppings. Ofc we've also had their burgers (forgot to take pix) & surprisingly the meat was juicy & flavorful, came with pickles and salad or fries...Omg! Fries were so crispy! They were the perfect combination with beer; we had a pitcher plus side orders to try local IPA's- you won't be disappointed! When in UW, hope you get to stop by to enjoy their delicious food along with local beer Huskies. Bon appetite!

I have not been there for a couple of years and always remembered how great it was. I ordered a pizza to go (Hawaiian with onions) and whilst I waited I had their dark beer. It was good. The pizza came and I got the British Lager in a can and went back to the hotel. The pizza had no onions on it, and the next day I was sick from food poisoning as this was the only meal I had all day.I will give them another chance as this may have been a once in lifetime experience
