Big City Bagels Cafe

Got a love streetside cafés in their location this place had a really cool seating in their menu was really awesome for a quick bite and for airport coffee? They were incredibly affordable but the cash in a brace to wear extremely friendly and very helpful and as a tourist I would stop here just to visit them but I had to have an iced decaf latte just as an excuse to try their coffee.I really enjoyed my iced latte with sugar in the raw melted over the top I found the price very agreeable for an airport. I Thanks again guys!

Mediocre overpriced smoothies. I had just gotten back from Costa Rica where they had the most amazing fresh natural smoothies that I have ever tasted so this contrast was very sharp. I was returning a rental car so decided to try out the tropical madness smoothie. The ingredients are very similar to some of the ones I had in Costa Rica but of course they are using frozen fruit here in America and the prices are twice as high. The smoothie of course did not taste fresh at all, looked very unnatural as well as not comparable at all to the quality of the smoothies I had in Costa Rica.

I want to give a shout out to Ella she is so kind and she always makes our drinks perfect like she knows what I want when I come when she see me like I love her, so give her a raise. Do some good for her because she deserves it.

Ordered through Uber Eats because resort does not have microwaves so thought salads / bagels would be best. Selected because considered by customers to be really good. Requested utensils. No utensils or napkins... bagels are tough. Flavor mediocre.

Ehh, I wasn't expecting world class service, or anything. Decent customer service would have been amazing. The two young ladies working behind the counter were too involved in their chit chat to notice my husband and I ready to order. He ordered a smoothie and I asked for an Uptown (coffee, espresso, Madagascar vanilla). I guess I should've known that something was off when the total was only $7 something (smoothie), but I didn't think anything of it. So we waited, one of the ladies hands off the smoothie and says, "have a nice day," but we stuck around for a min to wait on my coffee that was never rung up apparently. I mean, if they weren't too busy with their personal conversation, they would've heard the other part of the order.

I ordered two California turkey melt sandwiches, one for my husband and one for me, it was the most thin sandwich that we ate in our entire life, almost an empty sandwich for the price of $11.45 each, is not worth it. Also both young ladies need to learn a lot about customer services.

If you love jalapeño bagels this is the place to go! The cream cheese is like no other. Definitely recommend to all the heat lovers. Can't wait to try their pastries when ever my sweet tooth comes around.

nothing worse than getting home to eat my CoOp bagel than them screwing up order. ordered a 'toasted co-op' to go. got home, not tiasted. I absolutely hate cold bagels

Everyone makes mistakes, I was told to hop back In line if the mistake is made. Which was off to me, and then she got frustrated and then told me she would take care of me... but it was like i irritated her and my bowl was messed up originally. I hope her day gets better. I won't ever get no açaí bowl here ever !!!! Rather starve

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! BCB Cafe is the best!! Not only are their bagel sandwiches fresh and delicious, but they have supported our nursing department through gifts of their wonderful bagel sandwiches and cookies throughout the COVID ordeal. BCB cafe has truly eared our appreciation and made future customers for life!
